객실은 넓고 편안했어요 저녁뷔페를 이옹했던 뷔페식당도 꽤 괜찮고요. 하지만 델리 카페 직원이 불친절하네요. 빵나오는 시간도 모르고요. 아침에 문열때 가서 문의하니 빵이 수시간후에 나중에 나온다고 해서어제 재고빵을 먹고있으면 새 빵이 바로 나오네요. 아까 말해주지 그랬냐 했더니 자기가 빵이 언제나오는지 어찌아냐고 하네요. 그분때문에 기분이 안좋아졌어요. 몇만원 쓰고 재고정리 해드렷네요. 하지만 수영장도 꽤 괜찮고 주변 북한산 산책도 할수있어 호텔 자체는 나쁘지 않아요.
