Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hospitality here was excepcional. Hotel staff and manager were absolutely kind during our stay. Hotel is located next to a big mall area, which is good for shopping if you are into that. Breakfast is buffet style and it was included in our price. We were here for quite a few days during COVID lockdown. We cannot thank them enough for all the warmth and kindness they had with us. We truly recommend this hotel in Yangon!

Small well run place. A bit away from the major tourist things but great if you need to be close to Yangon U. Rooms modern and well serviced. Breakfast Burmese typical —fried eggs, tempura, fruit, lousy coffee. Front desk extremely helpful — quick to arrange taxi (and you will need a taxi for almost everything).

Maximize to walk 5 minutes from the main road. The room is very big and the staffs are cleaning everyday. We are love this hotel so much because the front desk officer was nice , helpful and the manager Mr Naing win is leading for the guest service .We satisfied communication with all staff to stayed there. His help is voluntary with smiling every time. Once again we thank him because he promise a cheapest price next time. The restaurant is small but lovely. Overall, we are satisfied to stay there and we though this hotel will be improve for future.

The staffs are friendly and Manager Naing Win is helpful while we stay in the hotel. The location is quiet . The breakfast is good. We will come and stay again. We stayed up stair and reasonable price. They arrange transportation to center Myanmar. My friend recommend us to stay there if you want to visit in Yangon. The hotel is small but friendly and excellence for us . We will never forget their kindness.

Location is rather close to Myanmar Plaza, despite it being off the beaten track. Although the staff can speak minimal English, they will try their best to help you and communicate. Room was small but clean and value for money. Breakfast served was limited in variety but it wasn't too bad at all. Good for a few days for stay.

Hotel is located off the main road, you can ask the reception to Uber a ride for you or else walk out to the main road, about a 100 m walk. Reception staff were helpful and can speak simple English; room was big and clean, bathroom had a bath tub and was amply provided with basic toiletries. Breakfast was ok, nothing fantastic. You have to tell the reception to clean your room, change the towel etc, cos they don't do it daily. There is a TV in the room but limited channel and the reception is bad. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, away from the traffic but not too far from town and airport this is it. About 5 mins to Myanmar Plaza by car and 15-20 mins to city. Value for money.

small, clean, quite friendly, reasonable Prices, good locality, small walk from the main road, no restaurant around the Hotel, you can ask for Taxi at the counter work fast. But heavy traffic on the main road all day long, looses time to get out of that locality, All the rooms are almost same and reasonable, corner rooms at upper floor has more space and windows. Breakfast is small, not much choices but do the needful. Lady Manager was quite helpful, tried to help where ever possible, Resat all ok

Hotel front desk can communicate in simple English. They were very helpful as my friend was ill, so they sent porridge to our room for her. hotel also allowed late check out at 17:00 due to our flight departing at 19:55 and my friend need a place to rest. Room was big, shower was powerful. However, the location is not very good, about 3-5 mins walk to the main road. Sometimes taxi driver couldn't find it.

First time to Yangon, mostly for business, with a group of colleagues. This hotel is up a loooong driveway, in between the airport and the CBD, so is handily located for both (despite the traffic). The rooms are well appointed, tasteful and comfortable without being luxurious, with nice touches such as the handwoven bed runners, made by indigenous folks up in the North. The brekkies are great, one can select from Asian or European, plenty of fruit, and also the authentic Burmese breakfast of champions, Mohinga soup. Highly recommended! The only problem was a few gaps around the window, which let in some hungry mosquitoes. Once I'd figured that out, all was well. This is the umpteenth time I've had this problem (i.e. nasty night time visitors) in accommo around the region ... am thinking I need to be prepared next time. The staff are really lovely, good English, and very helpful and pleasant. We all enjoyed our stay, and hope to get back to Myanmar for a more in-depth look soon.
