Tropicana lagoon apartments where not short of phenomenal during our stay. Due to the current events of the COVID-19 outbreak we had our trip extended being unable to leave the island due to border closures. Despite being the only couple on the resort for most of our stay they still took intensive care of us and regularly got a chef in for their only customers at their amazing restaurant. Tropicana also still made plenty of bookings and made fantastic recommendations for activities ensuring we still had an amazing time on the island! Being a young couple stuck in a difficult situation they did more than look after us, they even helped us stay the extra nights financially and when faced with difficult situations they took it into their own hands. All of this great hospitality matched how nice and clean the resort was and if we were to be stuck on the island for an extended period of time there would be nowhere else I would want to be! We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at this relaxing, quiet and beautiful resort. The little restaurant was great especially with Olivia's smiling face greeting us for breakfast and dinner and thanks to Sarah in reception for recommending and booking a couple of tours for us which were fantastic. The resort was a few kilometre's out of Port Vila (thank goodness) but very easy to catch a local bus at the front of the resort into Port Vila and a handy supermarket about 5 minutes walk. We used the pool at the resort daily along with the free kayaks. Our family had a wonderful, relaxing holiday and recommends the Tropicana Resort for your trip to Vanuatu.

Absolutely loved my 5 nights staying at Tropicana Lagoon resort. The grounds are well kept with a lovely pool, small restaurant and bar area on the lagoon and beach. Had 2 dinners here that were delicious. The room is clean, comfortable with everything in working order and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff are the loveliest and very helpful. Everything about Tropicana Lagoon is relaxed and feels like home :) Paradise just a little out of port villa centre, very easy to catch a bus anywhere (negotiate day trips to tourist sites with your driver) we paid $7600 for a day trip to three locations for 2 people. Great to have your own driver and knowing you can spend as long as you like at places without being on a schedule. Overall, highly recommend Tropicana Lagoon resort for accomm in beautiful Vanuatu.…

A bit out of town, but still very easy to get around, the local transport is very easy to use and a lot of buses go past. The staff are very friendly & helpful and more than happy to help out with suggestions. The food is the restaurant is tasty and enjoyable, the biggest plus at Tropicana is that it is relaxing and peaceful.

Nice view to wake up to and watch the sunset. Water front with pool and little restaurant on a deck over the lagoon. Beautiful to sit out there and have a meal. Staff was very helpful going out of their way to make our stay memorable. Apartments need a little renovating especially wooden floor, bathroom and kitchen. Laundry option and daily room service is needed. Close enough to everything and easy access to buses and Le Bon Marche which is a grocery store just down the road. Free parking for rental car as well. Free kayak and SUP on premises.
