Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel garners appreciation for its range of amenities, notably the swimming pool, gym, and breakfast offerings, though there's room for enhancement in maintenance. Guests consistently commend the hotel for its cleanliness and elegant atmosphere, with a caveat about occasional disruptions at the pool. Room opinions are mixed, with the size and tidiness being positives, whereas some guests have reported issues with upkeep and outdated features. Service experiences are varied, with commendations for staff professionalism alongside accounts of sluggish and sometimes unsatisfactory service. The hotel's location is generally seen as advantageous, despite being somewhat isolated, and while the value proposition is acknowledged favorably, inconsistencies in service and pricing have been noted.

2nd stay at this hotel and this time it was perfect. Sound proof rooms with excellent rain shower and fantastic king size bed. Good amenities and excellent friendly staff. Smooth and quick check in as well. Wifi was good and ample parking if you rented a car. Will be back for sure.

The Hotel has good customer service, friendly staffs, great service of room when in need of laundry cleaning, or room cleaning. Gym and pool are very sanitized and hygienic. The wifi is pretty slow at times which they can improve on, but still good enough. To the toilets being clean and sanitized, the hotel is very good in accommodating and even gives great service when needed.

housekeeping staff that were on my floor were very cooperative and civilized. especially I remember javed and Subas were very educated and they were fully skilled in hotel management.

Hotel was ok for standard hotel. The room service was very poor. Bed sheets were not changed in 6 nights / 7 days, I had food left on my floor from a room meal for 3 days, shower products were difficult to get into that I had to stab into them with my teeth to use, pot luck on the towels you would get each day and a dirty cup left for 5 days

Very disappointed with this hotel, I originally booked through booking.com for the Hilton, to be told once the booking had been confirmed that it would no longer be the Hilton and this hotel would be in contact with me. Fast forward 8/9 months, I never had any contact from the hotel regarding my booking and with COVID-19 changing circumstances, I had to get in touch with the hotel to try and request a refund on my booking.

FIVE forms of contact later, and still I’m waiting for anyone to get back to me. I first emailed via booking.com over a month ago, then direct, I then phoned and spoke to someone who never got back to me over a week ago, a further email, and a phone call with the manager I believe to be called Aladdin 3 days ago, all of which I have still not had any response regarding my booking or enquiry.

The fact I am having to chase a hotel of which my original booking was not even with is bad enough, but to have tried contacting 5 times over the course of 5/6 weeks and still have no response is ridiculous, and makes me wonder why on earth I would ever consider staying here without the changing circumstances due to COVID-19. Not somewhere I would consider ever rebooking should they ever respond to my questions/query.

Booked a two night stay in an Executive Club Suite.

Photos of the hotel looked promising and on arrival the reception staff were very helpful and allowed me to check-in very early.

The room itself was tired and in need of some 'love'; however it was not disappointing as regards size but would avoid over rooms that overlook the swimming pool as there was a party going on until very late with loud music.

The TV in the Bedroom simply did not work and despite me asking on numerous occasions this has not been resolved.

However these are not the reasons why I have rated the hotel terrible - the reason is they are selling rooms with access to an Executive Lounge which simply does not exist.

When I raised this with reception I was told on one occasion the hotel did not have a lounge and then I was told it was undergoing maintenance.

Whilst this seems a minor point the reason I booked this particular room which was far more expensive than the standard rooms was for the access to the lounge.

We live in Abu Dhabi and due to an incidence of Fire in our building we were shifted by the management to Millenium Al Rawdah. We stayed at this hotel between 26th November till 15th December. We were provide a couple of Rooms and breakfast and dinner. I would like to thank the hotel first for taking us in as they had to provide us more than 140 rooms to all the tenants and were very upfront in providing any request which we had. Due to our situation we were without even basic necessities but the hotel was always ready to support us. Primary our thank you Mr Alaa the GM of the hotel and then to Mr Suraj the supervisor of the upfront office. Suraj and his team Ms Isha Mr Nawaz etc were always available and supportive. The F&B team of Chef Mr Cloud, Chef Mohamed Ismail, Mr Hisham, Mr Damith, Mr Linto, Mr Prakash, Mr Hemant, Mr Hasintha, Mr Bobby etc who were always trying their best to keep the residents happy with their spread out dishes. Surely they couldn’t have satisfied everyone due to the different culinaries each of the residents came from, but their did their best. A big thank you to the F&B team.
Lastly but not the least if I have missed out on thanking anyone my sincere apologies. A big THANK YOU to Millenium Al Rawdah, you
Made us feel at home and didn’t let us feel we were missing much, and each of you are a big family of Muraijeb Tower. God Bless each one of you for your brotherly affection showered on us during trying times for the residents of Muraijeb Tower, Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

This was a convenient location for us to visit friends, who were within walking distance and not to mention close enough to a variety of attractions.
The Service provided was as expected for a 5 star rating. We even requested an additional room for a night which was requested with no problems.
The buffet breakfast was plentiful and to expectation.
Clean large rooms and friendly service.
We would stay here again.

We had a 5 night stay at this hotel over new year. The staff are all very friendly and professional from reception, restaurant at breakfast, housekeeping, gym and pool staff, and security/porters.
Great value for money.
Massive clean rooms with big comfort beds. Great shower.
Lots to choose from for breakfast. Staff just need to top up the hot water flask, so tea is not luke warm at breakfast!
I’d highly recommend.
Location is £12 by taxi to Yaz Island and £8 to city/beach. Only 20 minutes from the airport. In-between city and Yas island.
Great view of Grand Mosque from outdoor pool. Pool is warm and 25 metres, with free towels. Well equipped gym open 24 hours.

The only improvement to make is to make sure guests have enough towels and that the hot water is topped up for making tea at breakfast.
