The DoubleTree by Hilton Doha - Al Sadd garners high praise from guests for its professional service and stylish ambiance, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's amenities, including a praised pool area, diverse breakfast, and well-equipped gym, are popular among travelers, though there are mentions of the pool temperature being less than ideal.
Spacious and modern rooms with speedy internet are appreciated, as is the hotel's cleanliness, which stands out as a significant plus. While there has been a booking issue reported, the hotel's value, location, and beautiful views remain highlights for many visitors.

We are currently staying at this Doubletree in Doha as a stopover before we fly back to the UK, we usually stay at the Hilton Doha but thought we would give this hotel a try because of the convenience for the airport. We had problems with the taxi driver trying to scam us and doing the usual pretending he didn’t know which hotel even though we clearly showed him the location at the airport and the Front Desk manager was extremely helpful and rang to complain about the issue, you should use Uber rather than the airport cars to avoid this. Our suite was very large and the bed really comfortable. The hotel opened on 25th December but us likely to become a popular choice with travellers. We had a full English breakfast with many other choices and the food was excellent, apart from finding it difficult to find the lift and the pool due to a lack of signage, we would highly recommend this hotel to all types of travellers, great staff at the pool with a very friendly member of staff from South Africa,

Going into hotels is not always interesting as you will be leaving your house where you feel more comfortable. however, staying at Hilton Double tree-Al Sadd is like staying at your own house, it's even home and not a house.
Its where you feel comfortable in your room, enjoy clean and tidy housekeeping services managed by a very professional and friendly team, led by the professional, always smiling, always friendly Ms Fleur.
it also where you enjoy delicious and very nice breakfasts managed by Chef Talal who always strive to provide you with the best quality of food. of course, the restaurant staff are always friendly and will always make you feel that you are the only one in the restaurant with extraordinary service. such staff are what will push you to wake up early in the morning and feel obliged to go as fast as possible to the restaurant; staff like, jeneene, Anita, Caroline, Minara, Marc, Marvellous and many others.
The security team is the welcoming team at the front doors, they are always smiling, and force you to draw a smile on your face despite any long or tough day you may have, such a team is managed by the great Nicolas and by the very professional security manager Mr. Ali.
The front desk team is where you find not enough words to describe. they are so friendly, always there to help you, always their to support you with all your needs and strive to exceed your expectations. they make you feel that you always have someone to look forward to meeting when heading back to the hotel, here I don't want to forget to mention Imen, Hind, Charles, Princess, and many others who make together one of the best teams in the world.
the pool area is always welcoming, clean and tidy and the bar is always pushing you to visit and spend some time in a cozy and refreshing atmosphere.
I got to meet the GM of the hotel who is always around and he proofed to me that such harmony in the hotel wouldn't be there without his high standards skills of management and hospitality.
If I was part of any committee that would reward hotels for their services, I would never choose any other hotel in the middle east area apart from the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel-Alsadd

Rooms are good hotel is good I was completely disappointed by the service of the Hiltion doubletree
Food - Always served cold in disposable plastic containers never improved after repeated request to serve hot. Food taste is not good , fixed menu is really repetitive , I am hardly eating something to survive .
Room Cleaning - Not provided , the staff said that this is MOPH guidelines and when I requested for MOPH instructions he denied showing me the document.
Laundry - Hotel provided linen towels used by quarantine guests being cleaned and denied laundry our clothes. We are in a helpless situation as the hotel rooms are not equipped with washer do our own laundry . This is extremely disappointing
Wifi : low range in our room, connection frequently getting disconnected , upon repeated request a technician attend the us to say there is no solution this what they can provide.

Small hotel with all facilities, they have many restrictions due to covid 19, like limited number access for facilities and restaurants , some still closed all with pre reservations, every thing sterilized before reused
Rooms has good space well furnished, but I don't like the companion of mattresses and pillows
Mattress very soft you feel that you sleep in it not on it, but the pillows high and hard, actually I couldn't sleep.
Swimming pool small but designed well to protect from exteam hot sun in Doha ,
Alcat Breakfast at main restaurant was good as no buffet served due to covid 19, they have a great barrister
Coffee shop at lobby was great also.
Recommend to the hotel , parking gate access should be with room cards no need for watchman
Overall all good experience, the best with this budget

As we walked in, during our check in, we were asked for a depositi for a charger, that is already unusual in a high end hotel.
The pillows were very hard and we asked multiple times to change them, after waiting almost an hour we were informed that there weren’t any other pillows, and we ended up leaving the hotel completely not rested.
We would have appreciated finding amenities in the restroom such as tooth paste and body wash, and not calling to get them.
Service is very slow, even when we asked to put the bags in the car, the staff didn’t understand and we ended up doing it ourselves.
Overall for a new hotel it’s a very bad experience, maximum a 3 out of 10, very disappointed in Hilton this time.

Situated about 20 mins from Doha Airport, the hotel itself looks relatively non descript from the outside, but surprisingly spacious and comfortable on the inside. The cab fare from the airport was around 70 QAR/$23/£18/20Eur. Just make sure to have cash, as the taxis don’t take cards – contrary to google searches.
We arrived at 1am after a late flight and disappointingly the sofa bed was not made up despite a written request via their HHonors App. Our bags also weren’t delivered after 30 mins in the room and it turned out that the guy from housekeeping who came to make up the bed ended up being the one to go get them. Not an inspiring start after a lengthy flight.
We booked a large double with a separate seating area, (with sofa bed) small kitchen and dining table. All of the usual items were present, e.g. Direct Dial Phone, TV, Tea/Coffee making facilities, hairdryer and adequate storage space. The rooms were large and airy, with quality bedding and reasonable quality toiletries (albeit very small). The rooms were quiet and we all managed a good nights sleep.
Breakfast was on level ‘M’ and finished earlier than we would like at 10am, but the range and quality of food was good although a weird set-up for the juice and water dispensers on the separate bar area had you walking on a sticky mess on the floor as the dispensers moved as you tried to use them and invariably every client spilled some on the floor. Service was ok, but not attentive, even though it was 9,30am and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Decaff coffee wasn’t available nor was fresh milk for cereal. We did get some milk when a member of staff turned up, but no decaff.
Summary
A nice comfortable hotel with a few little oddities, but overall a pleasant stay. I would stay again.

has a 2 night stay as a couple.on a half board basis.
check in staff were friendly and let us check in an hour or so early (although, somebody said i should have got a nice warm cookie on arrival - grrrrrr!)
rooms, common areas and restaurants were spotless and there were teams of guys / girls each day cleaning all the carpets and common surfaces.
room was excellent, very clean and comfortable.
dinner menu was a little limited but absolutely fine for a 2 night stay, and the food was good.
breakfast was the choice of the food options, a great selection with eggs made to order (salmon eggs Benedict was ace), but the overnight oats and fresh baked breads were very good also. coffee was pretty good, and the 3 or 4 drinks i had were way above the usual breakfast hotel standard. Servers were friendly and helpful.
favourite bit was the pool area and gym. staff were super friendly and helpful, a real credit to the place. will definitely return.

We stayed at Doubletree Al Sadd from 26 to 28th June. I had informed Akhil from Front Office that I would like to surprise my man for a memorable Birthday experience on 27th June. I secretly kept my birthday gift to FO and requested to place it in our room while we have our breakfast on 27th June so that my man wouldn't noticed that I have got him something for his day. After an hour of good breakfast, my man was running to enter our room to use the toilet and as he open the door, he lost his call for bathroom and became extremely surprised with what he saw. The room was well cleaned and decorated with plenty of balloons, a romantic swan set up on the bed with rose petals, my gift was placed on the table, a birthday chocolate cake, and a gift card from Doubletree Al Sadd FO team. He told me that it was his first time to experience it and that was the most memorable birthday surprise ever! He couldn't stop hugging me for a long time with extreme joy.
