Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very bad & rude staff. Rooms are not maintained in a good state. They don't accept payments by credit cards. Rates are extremely high or maybe they just took advantage of mine being new to Beirut.

I dont recommend this hotel to anyone!!

It is a good place for ceremonies, weddings and parties.
I've stayed there for couple of days but had to move to another hotel for many reasons.
-The hotel offers cleaning services once a day - in the early morning, even if we were still asleep, they had to wake us up to do that or we'll have to tolerate the room till the other day. Which was pretty annoying for honeymooners!!
-Although it is close to the airport, but the same reson can be very upsetting, cause it is a very busy area. we could hear the sound of cars and motorcycles all night!
-The breakfast was really good, just like all lebanese food, but not with a wide variety

i can say it is fair for the price, since it is considered average, and average was everything.

It's the worst place I ever stayed in. Very bad service unprofessional, not clean, bad odor and dirt everywhere. Called the front desk soo many times no answer went downstairs they portends they have a reservation phone calls and they are very busy to answer me, there is no service and no concept of customer care, I couldn't be able to stay there anymore, and they won't refund the money, I had a long flight the next day. I call a taxi to the Airport and spent the night sitting in on the bench in Airport. I will give this hotel Very poor rating.

I stayed there for 4 hours as i was on a transit flight and very tired. This place is the scum of all places i have ever been to.
1. They dont take cards, just cash
2. The area is not really safe
3. The room was totally disgusting, look at my pics.
4. The towels were dirty
I left early as i did not even feel safe to sleep on the mattress.
No safe deposit, no facilities whatsoever.
It seems no maintenance is done at all to the rooms.
The ac took ages to work and cool down the room.
No matter what, DONT BOOK THERE.

They should take care about many seriously negative issues including the reception stuff (so rude and not professional by all means) the unwritten and unstable prices, I called them and booked for a price but when I arrived to the hotel they asked for another price taking the advantage of being so late (near midnight)

After 9 hours traveling from Damascus to Beirut this Hotel gave us a sigh of relief and a pleasant feeling. Very neat and clean. Large corridors, beautiful fountain, welcoming front office staff, always willing to help with smile.
