The hotel was opened 2018 so it still looks new and clean. The room in the corner is spacious. Cons -Check in is fine but the Indian lady receptionist doesn't looks welcoming and not giving any courteous greetings or smile. I requested for a higher level floor and they grant it. -When we enter the assigned room, there is only one pair of slipper even though it mentioned in my booking that we are two person. -No toothbrush kit in the washroom. I saw the housekeeping outside and need to ask him for hygiene kit and he gave us. Pros +The only thing I like is the breakfast in the cafe at 5th floor. It's tasty and generous servings. +The internet is very fast which I give thumbs up!

The hotel is not for family or business travelers. The bars in the hotel are very loud and you will not be able to sleep until well after 2 am. The hotel really does not cater to Expats. Only 1 English Channel. The breakfast is very very basic. Do not pay for a room with breakfast you will be disappointed. The room itself is ok, WiFi good but unless you are coming to party hard this is not the place.

I am staying here for 3 nights, tonight was my first. Romilyn from reception is more than fabulous, the hotel offered my a complimentary upgrade to the next tier, which is fantastic, I really appreciated this wonderful gesture. I recommend that you look out for her, she truly is perfection in a human form! The room is clean and in excellent condition. the bathroom is spacious and everything was clean and in mint condition. The car park is spacious and lovely, your car is more than safe here, Great job! However here comes the bad news 1- You will not be able to sleep at night. I can hear the bass shaking the window of my room on the 9th floor. There is an afterparty everyday until 6 AM and its by the third party company, and according to the reception person I've spoken to (at 4AM) he said there is nothing that can be done about it, I have to accept it and go to bed. That's quiet sad because sleep is the most important thing. Given that I cant get my refund from Booking.com I have to wait everyday till it is 6 AM and once the party is over I can go to bed in peace. 2- The pool is very small and the area is not well looked after. The chairs are not organized and the walls around the pool have pictures of alcohol vendors, I dont understand if this is some advertisment but It really does not look professional since the hotel floors and rooms are really beautiful! 3- No travel kits (bath gel, shampoo or dental kits) in the bathroom, perhaps you are expected to bring yours with you. 4- The room service will never pick up the phone. I wanted to have the Arch burger, yet I kept calling for close to 15min at 2:30 AM but no one is handling my phone calls, I ended up ordering from Talabat which got me my food in less than 20 minutes. My Recommendation Avoid if you are a family, also if you are on a business trip, you will not be able to sleep, otherwise its excellent!

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip and for the price the facilities were good and the room was very spacious and clean. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating throughout. However, confusing tea/coffee facilities in room- Dolce Gusto machine but no plug adapter or pods to use it- have to call reception and pay for pods if you want them and no spoons/cups for drinks. Something minor but could be easily fixed. Overall, a comfortable stay and I’d come again.

At first was not sure what to expect, however was welcomed early on and upgraded without asking. They quickly learned about my profile and placed me on the right floor with minimum noise level from surrounding clubs. The best part has been staff response so quick, more like what I experience in 5 star hotel. The room service very supportive, particularly to mention the following staff in appreciating of their hard work and service are: Amil Kumar (Supervisor), Nasbhadur (Attendant), and Mary Grace (HK). looking forward to the reaming 6 more days!
