This is my favorite hotel in Tel Aviv if not Israel. The facilities are very clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, attentive and truly care about their guests and their needs. The location is perfect, being just far enough away from bars that it’s not too noisy at night. I love the rooftop bar/ pool, and the breakfast is outstanding! I will definitely be coming back :)

We have just returned to the UK after spending 16 days at the Carlton hotel in Tel Aviv. The service we received by the staff was outstanding. Having stayed at various hotels in Israel before this one is the tops. They could not do enough for us and whoever You spoke to who we’re staying at the hotel everyone said the same. As they had just opened after being closed for over two years due to the pandemic their restaurant weren’t up and running.but this will soon be done. Experienced many fine hotels in Israel. Carlton was clearly the best in terms of warm friendliness of staff, consistently great service, food quality and above all spectacular restaurant location directly over the Marina.

The hotel is run by highly professional people who make every effort to keep high standards in the awkward time of Covid. Food was outstanding and housekeeping really good. All in all a great experience. My diverse family had a wonderful time.
