It's a really comfortable hotel, with bare bone service. Just one (nice) person at the reception. No food included (no Israeli breakfasts) . But the best spacious clean room (two rooms actually, plus mini kitchen (no stove) in the heart of Tel Aviv. For a price that can't be beat.
It used to be our favorite hotel when visiting TLV. The pandemic and probably new management have changed things for the worst. Instead of friendly staff the team seems to be demotivated and could care less about the guests. The rooms are neglected and not well maintained, and instead of art there are cheap posters on the walls hanged with nails. There is no option of getting coffee in the hotel. This is what I would expect from a 50$ a night not from a 300$ one. Real shame. Will not be back
Lovely vibe at this low keyed, spacious hotel. We stayed two nights, went away for the weekend, and stayed three more nights. We preferred the first room (401) to the second (403) and were disappointed that we could not get a better room. But, the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is comfortable. Wonderful to have parking, although there is an extra, but small fee. It's our second time here and would come back again. Only problem, which is not the fault of the hotel, is the construction at the end of the street.
Very accommodating staff, and excellent room and hotel: i’ve been very happy during my stay at this wonderful hotel. The room I am in makes me feel like it’s my apartment, I have a kitchen area, a nice bedroom, and the living room. I like the style of the furniture, and there’s a nice window that lets in light. I’m very happy that the lock to the door is electronic, because I sometimes forget my keys, so this makes my life easy! But most important of course is the staff. They were very Very nice from the moment I stepped in, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone
Booking was not smooth and when I turned up at the check in counter, I was made to feel that I should not be there.(some mistake with the booking). The room was not 100% clean (bits of crisps on the carpet) and they no longer remember the room I prefer. Opening the parking was problematic: it was opened when I walked in to ask them to do so and it was closing when I was ready to drive in... The price is not great either. For me personally, it is time to look for another hotel for my periodic visits to Tel Aviv.
