This hotel is on a very good place 10 minutes walking to the ancient city. The room was nice and clear, well equipped. They cleaned it every day as usual. The staff was kind and helpful. We are very satisfied.

I stayed here in an economy studio room for a single night. The hotel is located on the main street and the tram/bus stop is only a few seconds walk away. Multiple restaurants and bars are also a very short walk away, essentially the location is very central and perfect for a

Good location in center Jerusalem right by Ben Yehuda Street and light rail. Rooms are neat and tidy with all that you need. Wifi is good. Service is friendly and helpful but house keeping does come early. Would recommend.

I've stayed at City Center a few times, one in August 2018 and another four in December 2018. Most of my stays were pleasant and uneventful. In one of them there was an issue concerning the cleanliness of the room I stayed in, but the manager (Gabriel) really put an effort into

I was very happy I did not rent a car for my visit to Jerusalem. I stayed in the Downtown Triangle, and easily walked to the Old City, downtown, and the big market. I don't even remember seeing parking lots within or near the Old City. I took the metro/train to the museums, and walked. Yes, the hotel will arrange a taxi, the Nesher taxi's run on Saturdays, even though it is a holy day. It was 75 shekels from hotel to airport.

I believe that they all have microwaves and an electric heating plate you can cook on.

Yes the front desk is very accommodating! we checked out of our rooms early in the morning at 6:00am but wanted to drive to Dead sea for the day. They allowed us to hold our luggage till 6pm. Also 2 people in our party stayed back and allowed to wait in the hospitality room for a few hours. it is upstairs with WiFi, TV and refreshments!😁✡Love this property 😍
