The location is great , close to most sights in Istanbul old town
Breakfast is plentiful and good
Very convenient to have a safe in the room

However … avoid the L shaped room (s), very unpratical and super noisy : it did not help that the curtains covered half the surface of the windows , so it was like being out until the wee hours

May be it is due to high season , that induces temporary staff, but reception service in the evening was ghastly : very basic English and hardly any knowledge of the surroundings like a post office or the like. Surprising for a relatively superior hotel. Also the bare use of hammam is not free of charge for the hotel residents: splurge and head to Ayadofya Hamman instead, it is expensive but worth every lire

Mixed feelings about this hotel. We slept very poorly due to the thin walls, each time a neigbor closed a door we could hear it slam very loudly. Unfortunately we also had a neighbor who snored, which kept us up at night too. The curtains were also very thin, not blocking all the lights from the streets. Somehow the room was always hot and stuffy. Elevators were kinda small and scary. The room was also a lot smaller than it looked in the images.

Most of the staff were nice and friendly, however there were some who would not even greet you or smile at you. The wifi was good. Breakfast was alright, not the best. The view from the rooftop was lovely. Best part of the hotel was the distance to all the nice places. It's only a 10 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia or Eminönu sahili.

If you are an easy sleeper, this is a great hotel for you. For us however, we barely had 4-5 hours sleep per night because of the stuff I mentioned.

Centrum Hotel is in the midst of tourist hotel row with loads of restaurants and stores. Room 507 had three twin beds taking up most of the room. There were no luggage racks so we used one bed for our suitcases. They did have a nice little table with one electrical outlet for my computer and an overhead lamp. AC worked so we had it on. Bathroom has a step-up walk in shower. Soap and shampoo in wall mounted dispensers. They did have an in-room safe. We had to move the next morning to another room. Beds were very hard and only a small blanket was provided.

Horrible hotel with rude staff. Same breakfast every day. I was charged for 3 dirty towels which got damaged due to hair dye, when only ONE of them was tainted. The same towel has been washed at home with normal detergent. see pictures on how horrible the rooms are.
the staff let the window open in our absence twice (with all our belongings inside) even after asking them not.

The food was not renewed, as if every morning we finished what we did not eat yesterday. terribly noisy, both from the street and inside the building, the walls are very thin, you can hear everything in general. Hammam doesn't work - it's just a tiled utility room with taps for water. The staff did not provide assistance with organizing tours or excursions. Black mold in the shower, broken beds, one (!!!) socket in the room. Sewn together curtains, which cannot cover the entire window, they hang only for the sake of hanging on the sides. Refrigerator not working, no kettle or water.

This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Breakfast is excellent while from the 6th floor where breakfast is served has amazing views. But the most important thing is their behavior. They are very helpful and friendly. In a problem that occurred in our team (Erasmus Team), they treated us perfectly while offering us every support we needed.

Good location for Istanbul. Cost about 500 Turkish lira for an Uber from the airport (1 hour drive). Room was slightly smaller than some of the photos appear. Rooms are super noisy and it feels like everyone in the corridor is in your room. The doors banging can feel like someone coming in to your room. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. No fruit, Lack of variety between the days. Worst breakfast in turkey by far.

I was with a group, so I had no choice for the hotel. Not a good choice. The only plus is it’s location: the hotel is near all the attractions within walking distance. Beside that, it was a very poor choice: minuscule rooms with an even smaller washroom. This latter being filthy: stained toilet, molded joints in the very small shower, dust in every corner of the washroom ( dust and hairs). Same with the room itself.
The bed was good as well the wifi. It was a cramped room with little space to move. Very disappointed. For the same price, there are a lot oh hotels around. The breakfast was minimalist. Good but limited choice. I do not recommend this hotel.

Bit of an old school hotel which includes decoor from the 80s small bathroom tight lift have to watch your shoulders when folding door closes otherwise you ll get hit by the edges that sticks out. Small old style bathroom too. Apart from that nice selextion of breakfast, staff they keep themselves to themselves quiet and out of your way but friendly. In central location easy access to trams blue mosque and the feeries. Overall good budget hotel.

My wife and I spent 17 days in the suite of this hotel. The service was excellent. Resolution treated us very well and had a great personality. And the staff are really good. Thank you for the good management of the hotel, which left a beautiful memory for us. We will definitely be back.

Hi, yes you can take the tram, but you have to change trams halfway. We took a yellow taxi outside the airport, which took us to the hotel.
