Pro: *location is very strategic, within walking distance to historical hotspot of Sultanahmet. *it follows the standard covid precaution although it has NO certification of safe tourism by Ministry of Tourism (I thought I did otherwise I wouldn't stay there) Cons: *I chose standard room which has no view and dark all day long. *Breakfast is relatively heavy: fried onion ring and french fries. And surprisingly there was no fresh bread. I understand how important to have fresh bread in any Turkish breakfast but none. *No sound proof as I could hear other guests coming at midnight. Luckily I only stayed less than 24 hours and only a night. Next time I will choose the hotel next door ...

The hotels room service was shockingly appalling. The duvets had no covers. The towels were old and falling apart. Room service came in around 4pm with only ‘tidying’ up of beds. Second day we were without toilet paper. Third day we came back to a blocked sink which didn’t get fixed after asking repeatedly. We could not use the sink in the bathroom and had to resort to using the shower. They left us with a blocked sink for 3 days. The whole floor was empty but they did not change us to another room. We have been to Turkey for 3 years now and have always had a great stay in other hotels as they made us feel welcome. But this hotels service was below average, standard of rooms was appalling and did not meet the 4 star rating it called itself. I would not give this hotel 2 stars. Would not recommend.

We rested with a company of girls in February. The weather was beautiful. The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious with great views. Rooms with balconies have a smoking area. The service and condition of the hotel is excellent, much higher than the stated stars. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts. SPA, saunas and pool are very clean. Massage is professional. We were very pleased with the rest. Special thanks to the staff and Guven Cakmakci ( front office manager of hotel ). We recommend staying at the choice of this magnificent hotel.

This was supposed to be a nice relaxing weekend strolling around the bazzar! instead we were rushed around at 3am after traveling all night to find a cleaner room, the rooms were horrific, the grime and dirt was horrific, I can honestly say I have never been in a hotel this bad, after moving us to the sister hotel at 3am we were then greeted with the exact same situation but only worse as we were miles away from our preferred destination... Please do your self a favor and avoid wasting your money and health on the PIT

Don’t you ever book in this hotel , as for the details there you go - when we first saw the description on their website , it was written free entrance for the following facilities ( turkish bath, gym, pool) and in fact i did called them on an international call to make sure of the info written and the manager (can’t remember his name cause it was 10 months ago) assured that once u are a guest there , you will have free access , which turned out to be a total lie , since you do have access but to an EMPTY room with just hot water....( turkish bath !!!!) 2- since our flight arrived at 6;30 am w booked a taxi from the hotel , after waiting for the taxi more thab 30 minutes who didn’t show up , we took a taxi from the airport, the front desk employee ( turned out to be the manager ) was sooo rude that he started blaming us for not waiting longer arguing that he did send the taxi 3- very dirty rooms and very dirty lobby 4- we asked to check the room before checking in and he refused claiming that other guests are still in it , we waited till 1 pm to check the room and it turned out to be like we excepted, very dirty , noting that they claimed that they did clean it !!! 5- while waiting in the morning, we took a tour into the hotel and went to the breakfast area , in which we found another disaster, staff smoking in the dining area , no gloves while touching food, staff gathering without paying attention to their few guests . Save your money and don’t ruin your vacation

It was the second visit for this hotel but it will be the last, because it was a very bad and disapointing one. The reception employees were unfriendly specially the woman with the blonde hair and the others also, except a guy called “Ingine”he was helpful and kind. The room was not clean and smells bad, the towels were dirty, they clean the rooms lately afternoon, the breakfast with no many options, the juices are horrible from the juice machine, the elevator was too slow, the lobi very small and cold since the door does not close all the time, the only good thing about this hotel is the location. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only good thing in this hotel is the location. Very small room, smelly, not clean enough, most things in the room broken or malfunctioning. I left the next day. And at the spa an unpleasant surprise : it was supposed to operate from 10-22. Still everything but the swimming pool wasn't ready. Extra towels only for the massage. No locker. No changing rooms for women.
