Located in an ideal area for visiting the city ... a stone's throw from Sultanhamet and a stone's throw from the Galata Bridge, the Neo Hotel is a little gem not to be missed. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff is very kind and efficient. In addition, despite the central location the rooms are quiet and the hotel offers a very generous and varied breakfast and lunch

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the 5days we were in Europe.
It’s a very nice hotel and i really enjoy it . They take good care of everyone
Thank you 🙏🏼

We stayed for a full week in the off season, January, and in one the best rooms, 601 penthouse. Big, comfortable, well-decorated room, with views of Galata and the Suleiman mosque. Excellent breakfast with attentive service every day. Staff is helpful and friendly (thanks Veyis and Arda), on everything from laundry to taxis to scheduling massages at a nearby hotel at one point when the in-house service was not available. The room and hotel overall are kept very clean, and the cleaning staff is also accommodative. The location is ideal, central to most historic sights and surrounded by restaurants and cafés. Only change I would recommend is a warmer, brighter choice of lighting in the breakfast room and lounge, which are nicely decorated but dim.

We stayed 5 nights at the Neorion Hotel. We had 2 rooms in the 6th floor.
The hotel arranged to pick us up at the airport (we were 5) and it was only 20 euros which was an excellent price for airport pickup in Istanbul, if you take into account that the airport is like 45 kms away from the hotel.
The rooms were nice, with nice views of the city.
Breakfast in the hotel is not in the rooftop terrace but on the lobby floor. The selection at breakfast was excellent. Everything you could imagine was available. Maybe the only thing that was lacking was the capucchino which we did not like.

The restaurant on the top flor was a great choice for dinner on the night that we arrived, so much that we went back on our last day.

The service was very good, the rooms were clean, the location was perfect (if you want to stay in the "old" part of town) and most of the most important attractions were less than 800 meters away from the hotel. So you could not ask for more location wise. Of course the new part of the city is farther away.

The staff at the reception was very attentive and helpful. We checked out at 6:30 AM and at that time the breakfast buffet was not ready, but they had prepared for us sandwiches and bottles of water for us to take with us to the airport which was a very nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay and if we go back to istanbul this hotel will be our first choice.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us visiting the major sights in Istanbul and we were able to walk to most places. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was varied and of the highest quality. Dinner in the Roof Mezze 360, taken twice during our week's stay, was delicious and great value for money. The service we received was very good, especially from Cuma, our waiter on both visits, who was polite and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Istanbul.

We give this hotel the highest rating for fine hospitality from start to finish. Zhanna and others gave us a very warm welcome. Although we arrived late, we were given some wonderful food to eat. Rooftop was a beautiful spot to drink wine and take in the sights of the city below. Our waiter on the rooftop for two evenings was Mehmet. Exceptional service! He took really good care of us, as did the other wait staff. Too bad there's so much cigarette smoke there, but we found that everywhere in Turkey. Buffet breakfast offered everything you'd want and good coffee. Most of the important sites are within easy walking distance.
The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed an on-site Turkish bath in the lower pool level. Staff arranged for a lady attendant to come in. She was very professional.
Upon checkout, there was an overcharge on the bill, which was immediately corrected without an issue.
We'd love to visit this hotel again!

We have just had three very good nights at this excellent hotel which is really well located for all the major sights, such that apart from a Bosphorus boat trip, we walked everywhere. That said, tram access was virtually on the doorstep. The hotel is extremely clean, the beds comfortable with good quality linen and quiet at night. The room was very comfortable and of a good size and full toiletries ( including hair conditioner, slippers and scrub) provided. Complimentary earplugs were left but not needed. Tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary water and soft drinks and a good selection of hot and cold food at breakfast as well. The staff are excellent receptive hosts. We booked direct and saved money and had our comfortable transfers to the hotel and back to the airport organised for us at a most competitive rate. Overall excellent value for money and we would return.

My family stayed here for 6 days in late July 2022, which was perfect for what we needed. The location was central to many sites such as the spice bazaar, Bosphorus ferries, Haghia Sophia/Blue Mosque, the trams, and subway lines. The hotel itself was a great value, but keep in mind that I booked way back in advance in springtime to get the best rates. The buffet breakfast had great variety and even my picky daughter was able to find many things to her liking. Mehmet and the staff were always willing to help with our requests and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Ayesha, Mustafa, and the other front desk staff spoke English well and guided us to make our outings the most efficient in time and money. We had a chance to use the pool and Turkish bath facility on premises and also the Terrace restaurant and they were fabulous. The rooms were a bit dated but well maintained and at this price and location that's to be expected. The A/C worked very well and windows kept noise levels to almost nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to come to stay here again when I visit Istanbul next.

Liked · my booking was om Nea Suites Hotel, when i come they told me that the hotel is full and they booked for me on their other Hotel, Neorion Hotel (it's 60 meter walking from Nea Suites, same company).
So, my stay was on the Neorion Hotel and Nea Suits, and my feedback is for the Neorion Hotel.
The staff on the Neorion hotel are very helpful, polite, nice and wonderful.
They give me Deluxe room, very nice view to Bosphore in one side, and Sulaymanye Masjid on other side.
Rooms are very clean!
Breakfast is very recommended. and they also have Mazzi (soft lunch) from 12:00 to 18:00
the hotel is very close to Sirkeci Metro/Trum/Marmary stations.
Thanks for Arda, Aysha, Jana, and everybody there.
My 2 daughters had very good memories from the hotel, staff and the city!
for sure, i'll be happy to stay again in your hotel.

Disliked · It would be nice if you prepare a Prayer room. After checkout on 12:00, and we're leaving just at 19:00, we wanted to pray and they told us there is no room for Prayer.

We recently stayed here with our teenage son and having a family connected room with two bathrooms and two separate sleeping areas really worked so well for us. It was more expensive than a triple room but cheaper (and safer) than two separate rooms. The only issue we had was that the air-conditioning kept cutting out so we'd wake up hot in the middle of the night and have to turn it back on. The cleaning staff were excellent and prompt every day, and also kept us well stocked with water.

Location wise, the hotel has a lot to recommend it. The location is great for all the sites in Sultanahmet. It's also close to the tram. Bear in mind though that Istanbul traffic is awful so if you want to go to Beyoglu/Taksim that it will take much longer to get there than the map would suggest.

The rooftop restaurant is excellent as well. Breakfast was slightly underwhelming. The staff were really nice but the food options were a little boring, especially the cold meats.

Transfers can be arranged through the hotel but make sure to get directions from reception staff on where to meet the driver ahead of your arrival.

Sorry, I did not make the access to Trip Advisor for long time and I did not read your question. Roof Mezze 360 can be accessed from the Seres Hotel. But also from the Neorionìs staircase if you are guest there. It is a very good restaurant!

Hello, I paid 35 euro taking a cab that had a stand inside the airport, just before the exit. For the return don't use the hotels transport (40 euro), there is a possibility to take a shuttle, just down the street from the hotel, that will cost only 8 euros.

Hi, I would say that depends what time and what day you are arriving as traffic to Sultanahmet can be very bad. In October last year the hotel offered a special price transfer of 20 euro one way. We used it from Sabiha Gocken however we were stuck in the traffic for 2,5 hrs (Friday afternoon) If you prefer a taxi it is a good value offer so perhaps worth checking if they still do it. On the other hand we were flying back home from the new Istanbul airport and we took a bus during rush hours . This took less than an hour as it quite quickly got out of the city. Personally I would recommend taking a bus. It’s cheap, comfortable and gets you right into the heart of Sultanahmet , as AJ P said it is a 10 min walk to Neorion , maybe 15 with suitcases. Hope this helps and have a great time!
