The hotel is very good located, near to a lot of touristic places (Bazaar,Mosques,Churches,Restaurants and Shops) . April hotel (April story) very clean place,nice breakfast with the Fireplace, and also really professional staffs (friendly,helpful) . Btw in the garden whenever you want you can have a cup of the tea or coffee and they serve to the Shisha (Nargile ) Finally; I really liked the place and advice to everyone.

Amazing hospitality from our hosts omar and Ali, great rooms with value for money. Very much recommended with location near to shops, walking distance to grand bazar and misir bazar (spice bazar). Restaurants are also near by and a lot of supermarkets. Walking distance to beyazit tram station, so easy to go to other places after buying Istanbul transportation card

Staff were super kind and always ready to help you for anything. Rooms are nice and cozy ... breakfast was delicious! The places we went to visit were close, you can walk everywhere. I definitely recommend it if you come on holiday with your family.

Terrible service. Booked the hotel, but a family emergency 2 hours later meant that we were unable to go. In the meantime they had sent a message asking when I will check in. I replied telling them what had happened. They did not answer our refund request through email and booking.com and ended up keeping the money even though I didn't go. Be very careful with this hotel, and I question others on here who say the service is "good". When booking, there were no details on cancellation policy as the hotel didn't have one, and they were effectively able to do whatever they wanted to do.

Mr. Yusuf and his wife were friendly and helpful. When we arrived there, we were warmly welcome. I felt i stayed at home. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. This area was quite and safe. It was near the sea and close to main attraction. If i have chance to come to Istanbul again, i will definitely book Turgut hotel.
Thank to provide 48 hours service to us. I am very appreciate it.

I booked to stay in April hotel as of 1st of April but to my disappointment i was diagnosed covid positive so i was unable to travel. Informed the hotel as soon as i received the pcr results on the departure day and to my very big surprise i received a reply from the Manager Jusuf saying that i am informing on the last minute and weather i do know how much money he is losing!!! My question was: Do you know how many people are dying? And he replied that he still didnt finished the talking ...The issue was the money lost due to non occupied room, and my issue was my whole disappointment for all the cancelled trip, the dreams i made for this trip and the fact that i am diagnosed covid positive... The hotel is beautiful there is no doubt about it, but when the people managing it treat their guests as walking euros there is no much left to say about the hospitality experience...I hope Dear Jusef you will find out, hopefully soon, hat not the walls but your customer approach will bring you the so wished money you are dreaming of. From my heart, i wish you good luck toward this journey, my wish and my blessing is to be first of all α human with empathy.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The area is quiet so you can sleep peacefully and relax. It is 10 min walk from the busy Sultanahmet sq, enjoy the views while walking to the sq. We will stay here again definitely.

Cozy ottoman culture boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff they help with anything you need and any questions you ask and they take care of you, The price is very reasonable also, I enjoyed so much my 2 weeks stay there and will definitely go back

We had a very good experience staying in this hotel , and excellent option because of the rates and the good service we got on weekend . We feel like in home because the friendly staff and enjoyed all the neighborhood , the place is very well located and conected with public transportation !
