We happily stayed in the hotel with 4 people (2 rooms). The hotel is situated perfectly near the main must sees. The rooms vary in size but are all big enough and clean. The staff is friendly and helpfull. They have a shuttle bus to get you from / take you to the AirPort.

I stayed with my family for 7 nights and it was certainly one of the best time of our lives.
Room size is perfect, bed was very comfortable, room temperature was just nice. It is clean and well kept. The hotel is just 3 mins walk to Aya Sofia, Sultan Ahmed mosque and 15 mins walk to the Grand Bazaar etc. Good location with lots of restaurants and Sultan Ahmed tram station. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view of Aya Sofia and the Bosphorus Straits.

I traveled to Istanbul solo. I wanted a hotel that was in a safe neighborhood, close to tourists sites, clean and had a Turkish hammam. This hotel had everything I was looking. The Breakfast was served on a terrace with great views and turned into a restaurant at night. The room was large, had a clean private bathroom, door for firescape/balcony. (I sat out there and had a few beers looking at the Hagia Sophia) the lobby connected to a tour agency that I booked a day excursion through. I was picked up at the corner for a half day cruise on the Bosphorus Straight for a reasonable price. What really made the hotel for me was the spa treatments. 2 1/2 hours of quality treatments for a great price. I have been to many different spas in several countries but this was my first hammam experience... I will most definitely be seeing a hammam again!

Enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the top-floor view restaurant! Terrific service and delicious local cuisine while overlooking both old and 'new' Istanbul. Additionally, my husband and I had a great time getting to know hotel manager Nej and learning about local history and customs. A definite recommend!

We recently stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel itself is an average hotel. We stayed in a room on the 1st floor the room size is average no tea, coffee or kettle available in room. No iron either which was a disappointment. The room was clean but the room was dark n had a damp smell. There is a window but hardly no natural light comes in. They have a tv with over 800 channels but unbelievably there was only 2 English channels which where both news channels. The thing that I did love about the room was the spa bath it was really nice to come back after a tiring day from sightseeing n just soak in the spa. They have a breakfast buffet which is ok not that much variety. I think the best thing about this hotel is definitely the location just a few minute walk to all the tourist attractions.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. We were assigned room 402, which was on the street (noisy). The radiator was leaking, and this was cleaned up on request but not fixed. The A/C remote did not seem to work. Half of the circular tub/shower door was MISSING. the toilet was free standing from the wall and it had been apparently replastered to the wall. A metal object of unknown provenance was used to prop up the toilet from the floor below. There was no lavatory stopper. The bed was two twins pulled together and the pronounced sag was visible through the bedcovers. The included breakfast consisted of cold cuts and soggy French toast, mostly. The view from the breakfast room was very good, and the location was excellent, less than a block from the Basilica Cistern, but this did not justify the completely outrageous charge of US$333 for two nights. Book this place only if your first 15 hotels are booked up.

Fantastic location, very close to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern....
Friendly and helpful staff... we didn't have a plug for the jacuzzi bathtub and we couldn't work out how to use the tv, but this was all rectified in minutes. Arif, night receptionist, kindly lent his Istanbulkaart (travelcard) for a few days which we topped up!!
Rooms are a bit dark, no bedside lamp, and no full length mirrors, although you can check yourself in the mirrored elevator!!!
Breakfast is nothing special, just your standard cold meats, cheeses, bread and boiled eggs, sausage, sometimes chips, yogurts, juices, coffee, tea etc... We did ask for an omelette but it was made very dry!!! However, the view from the terrace breakfast room does make up for the mediocre food.
Private taxi booked from hotel is a steep €30.. I did some research and booked transport for €19!

I stayed there for 4 nights. We were very happy with the staff, esp Mr. Anul at reception was extremely courteous. The hotel is very close to the main square and tourist attraction, literally a 3 min walk. There are many restaurants around the hotel, with plenty of good options. The breakfast was nice. The bedrooms are somewhat small from American standard, but clean and comfortable. But you really wont spend alot of time in your room, as the city is full of beautiful places to visit.
