Spent 2 nights here while traveling through Tajikistan. It was very homely and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit strange. Things which were hot were cold... Staff were a bit odd in the breakfast area. When they walked into the room they would run out if they saw you. Happened a few times.
The only thing which was a negitive was the location. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful but outside is an industrial area/street. I had no problems.
Wouldn't stay here again only due to the location. Price was great.

We stayed a night at the Lotte Palace in Dushanbe early last August just before heading out to do the rest of the Pamir Highway. It is a small hotel, I guess you could call it boutique due to the size but it was great for our needs. It was clean, quiet, affordable, with very helpful service and the included breakfast was good enough for us. We would have like to have spent more nights there and definitely will when we get back that way again.

We stayed two nights in this comfortable hotel with good prices. They also provide free airport shuttle. The rooms are large and well equipped including a jacuzzi. I would suggest the 205 at 1st floor. The manager Mr Daler is very nice and gave us many suggestions about where to go and what to do. Good breakfast. The hotel service is very good. The restaurant need improvements in service, kitchen service is slow. Colds beers were not available. The food is good with reasonable prices. I really recommend this hotel.

A beautiful mansion surrounded by mountains! High standard of the care, pleasant & helpful staff, great breakfast, beautiful garden & good service; what else one would like from a hotel! This hotel is really quiet and a good place for being relaxed. Nice atmosphere, lovely garden and staff. Riding bicycle all around the city is the perfect option that I liked, you can borrow them from the Hotel. delicious breakfast. Nice and beautiful building, it was picturesque.

Had a nice stay at this hotel (5 nights) and enjoyed the spaciousness of its rooms and the friendly staff. The hotel is not walking distance from the city center but transportation of all sorts are easily accesible. As I was on vacations, there is one thing that did bother me and its the amount of light that filters into the rooms since early sunrise. Blackouts would be advisable (at least in some rooms). Other than that, the hotel is a very nice!

The front desk went above and beyond in terms of service, hospitality, and courtesy. I was very impressed with everything except for the free breakfast and wifi in my room. The wifi was spotty and frustrating, although I was able to use it sometimes. The staff tried to help by putting a router outside of my room. I appreciated that, but it didn't really help much. They were amazing to help me get to an ATM and grocery store. I felt like a VIP!
I loved the free airport shuttle, television with a huge variety of channels, helpful staff, and very comfortable bed and pillow. I would highly recommend this new and delightful hotel to any traveler. I made a wonderful choice here.

Nice and well maintained rooms, fast internet connection, affluent breakfast, beautiful garden with roses, tea maisonette and very responsive staff. The only thing which can happen – if more and more travellers will stay there, it will be difficult to do booking. :) I am here already the second time. Hopefully will come back the next spring.

Staff took care of me from the arrival in Dushanbe airport up to the departure. Garden and hotel interiors reminded me of folk tales "One Thousand and One Nights." The spacious and luxurious hall and rooms, helpful and friendly staff, abundant breakfast, goodnight fruits, etc. All that in combination with very good internet connection. I was surprised that price included bicycle rental, swimming pool and fitness room. It was wonderful stay.
