Location: the room we stay 2429 has a great view of the city as well as the beach. Very nice balcony though, as we could sit, eat and enjoy the beautiful scene. However, it is a little bit annoying as the bar open the music a bit loud until midnight even though we close the balcony.
Room: Nice room, we always believe in the facilities inside the room of Vinpearl, we are rarely dissapointed. There was an issue recently. I have come to stay at Vinpearl 2 times. Each times stay last around 4 days. At both 2 times, our room key did not work. However, it is fine cause the staff helped us very quickly. I hope that this problem would not happen again at our next visit.
Staff: Staff is very friendly, some are hilarious to talk with. It is comfortable when talking to the staff. Most impressive staff I talked to was "Uyên Châu" at the buffet morning. She is funny and friendly. It is nice to talk with her.
Service: the progress is fast. When we have the problem, the action is fast. All other service like spa, is good as expected. GREAT JOB!
Food: Delicious, the buffet morning has a wide range of choice. Like expected.
Safety: Vinpearl has a great job creating a safe and clean environment to prevent Corona Virus. All staff have masks and it has some safe policy as well, like sanitize our hand when enter the buffet restaurant. I feel safe when staying at Vinpearl. THANKS!
General: it is nice to stay for relaxing purposes. In spite of having minor issues, I believe that Vinpearl could fix it and maximize the guests' experience. I would come to stay again shortly, maybe next month. I am looking forward to the improvement.

Here you can fully enjoy the comfort and convenience during your stay. The hotel has a convenient geographical location for moving to the commercial centers. The rooms are beautifully designed and refined. Each room has basic equipment such as television, air conditioner, refrigerator, hair dryer, The space at the hotel is extremely clean and cool. I have travelled to many hotels in Vietnam, from Vung Tau to Sai Gon, but this is the hotel I appreciate the most. Actually, I stayed here alone for only 1 night for my business in Nha Trang. From my feeling, the service was quite good for a 5-star Vietnam hotel, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was delicious. But the things which caught my impression the most were the small stuff in my room: some tags in the wardrobe, on the table next to the bed, on the hanger, brush, comb, and even the shave. They all were to protect the environment or encourage people to save our planet. That was amazing cus I haven’t seen any hotel like that before. And those little things really made my day. Love this hotel and I will come back next time.

1. We actually booked vinpearl empire due to its location. When we turned up, it was closed and security told us that we had to stay in a different vinpearl (beachfront condotel) which was located a few miles down the road. Very annoying as we booked based on location.
2. Unhappy when we turned up. Staff treated us very badly. We explained we didn’t have our passports as they were at the embassy and they said we couldn’t checkin. We were furious as we had a copy and have been staying in Nha Trang the last 2 months. We eventually managed to check in. Made to feel very unwelcome though.
3. We made a complaint that we had been treated badly as we didn’t book this hotel and vinpearl should not be advertising a hotel that is NOT open. We complained to Agoda about this as well. We did manage to get a room upgrade to grand ocean view, but this actually went against us (point 4)
4. PAY ATTENTION. There are government speakers beachfront which play music and propaganda from 5:30am. It woke us up every morning during our stay. So if your are paying extra for an ocean view front room, then be prepared to be woken up at 5:30 every morning. Also doesn’t turn off until 10pm at night. The room is very nice though. Only positive.
5. Pool only gets sun until 1pm.
6. We did get breakfast as compensation, but it was awful. Actually, the food at the hotel was awful full stop.
7. They won’t clean your room if your valuables are left out.
You have been warned.

As I am in hospitality industry my review will be from professional point of view.
1. Location (5/5): The hotel is situated in right behind the Nha Trang beach. There were restaurants, shops and food stands around which was very convenient.
2. Facilities (4/5): As we stayed in Ocean view type of room, we had amazing view. It was nice waking up to a gorgeous view everyday. The room was quite standard and there was a small kitchen area. However, only guests who stay for a longer period could use the cooker. Swimming pool area is not that big and I would recommend future guests to go there before the sun goes down because in the evening the water is quite cold.
3. F&B (3.5/5): We had breakfast buffet included so we ate there almost every morning. It was always so busy and i understand that it was hard to manage everything perfectly. However, there was one time we came and it was not that busy anymore. We didn’t have any cutlery on our table and even though there were 3 staff near us no one noticed. Staff need to pay more attention to their guests and provide better service or at least smile and greet them.
4. Staff (3/5): In general, I would recommend the whole hotel to get better training. They still lack of 5-star service skill. I already talked to the FO and they seemed to take the advice seriously. Even though Fo tried to reach us to apologize and explain everything, I still need to come back and see the improvement. The only department that I got a good service from was Housekeeping team. They always greet us and smiled.

We visited Nha Trang and stayed in 3 of the seafront rooms. The staffs and service are all excellent but the biggest minus is the noise from the surrounding night clubs. The rooms are not very soundproof, hence at night from 11pm the music was too loud to sleep. So if you’re here to enjoy the nightlife, this hotel is perfect for you. However, if you want a calm getaway, i would not recommend this one.

I booked a two-bedroom room at Condotel Beachfront, the room was a bit smaller than I thought, but in terms of design, it is very beautiful and the view overlooking the sea is certainly nothing to argue with. The staff at the main lobby were very enthusiastically welcomed and the procedure was also very quick, my family did not have to wait for the room for too long. The food here is good, but in terms of variety, I think it needs to be improved, I will still prioritize Vinpearl for my next trips.

Our family of four occupied two rooms 3311 and 3309 for 6 nights and it has been one of our best trips with the kids really enjoyed their time at the VinWonders theme parks (tickets included in our rooms). The buffet breakfasts were always excellent with a very large range of food selections. Our rooms were made twice a day (yes, one in the morning and the second time in the evening). Compliments to the room staff who did a fantastic job.

I‘m here with my sisters families on a short vacation but this location is very convenient and I got served very well at the restaurant every morning by nice smiling faces all the time. The breakfast is mainly buffet and it is very good quality with s huge variety of foods available. Probably starts around 7:00 am but have a look at the hotel website - it should be on there.
Menu cater to many different tastes, Western, Asian (including Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Indian) and some other tastes.
Large dining room with plenty of room.
There are more places to choose from in the Nha Trang area.
