Pullman Pattaya Hotel G is lauded for its laid-back ambiance and stunning ocean vistas that contribute to its chill atmosphere, despite occasional complaints about loud music. The staff's attentive and professional service often receives high marks from guests, who also enjoy the prime location near beaches and local attractions. While the hotel's cleanliness is generally praised, some guests suggest there is room for improvement. The value for money receives mixed reviews due to varying opinions on affordability and hidden costs.
Amenities like dining options are well-regarded, though some guests find the room features and pool maintenance could be better. Rooms are often commended for their views, but critiques about dated decor and sporadic maintenance issues arise. Finally, while many find it a tranquil retreat, noise levels can be a concern in some parts of the hotel.

This is the best price/quality ratio. The most important thing is that there is a sea in which you can swim, even everyone who lives in Thailand goes there themselves and rents sun loungers with tables to swim and relax there. If you take a room like ours with privileges, it is a clean, huge room with a view of the sea (when you fell asleep with the window open you could listen to the sound of the sea), a large balcony with chairs and tables, the furniture is not new but all intact, the bathroom has all the accessories, bathrobes , tea, coffee, water are provided a lot (4-5 bottles for 2 people and you can take more) there is a capsule coffee maker. In addition, breakfast is separate from everyone else, where the waiter brings what you like: tea, coffee, eggs of all types, always fruits, juices, drinks, red fish, cheeses, sausages, sausages, muesli, vegetables, etc. At lunch there is a snack (all drinks, canapés, or rolls and some other snacks, sweets). In the evening, dinner is also a variety of snacks, drinks (all types of alcohol, wine, beer, vodka, rum), fruits and vegetables always.
Two large clean pools that were open until 8-9 o’clock and when it got dark we swam in them almost always alone. There are not many people during the day either. There were always enough sun loungers, both in the shade and in the sun.
On-site registrations are taking place on the shore, it’s very beautiful to watch.
Outside the calving area (as you came out and went to the left) there is a market with fruits and tasty, inexpensive food, many massage parlors (200 Baht foot massage or Thai per hour)
On the shore they also offer massages for 400 Baht (there I can tell who does the best, since I changed 12 massage therapists before I found a cool one. I attached a photo of her, her name is Rita. I went for massages 2 times a day in all the salons, then I found Rita, she does it on the shore, very well)
Every hour there is a free car to the shopping center (5 minutes drive, 15-20 minutes walk) I didn’t like the room with access to the pool, the furniture there was very old, in the evening there were midges that bit, tourists complained that even the raptor didn’t help. It’s better to take a simple room, but in the central building, there will be a view of the city and only breakfast, but it seemed more comfortable to me.
Bottom line, I will be happy to return to this hotel!

We recently stayed at the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G with my family from October 5 to October 19, 2024. We booked two connected premium rooms, which offered a beautiful view of Pattaya city and allowed us all to stay close, making it convenient for the kids to enjoy their time together. The hotel facilities were excellent; the breakfast was delicious, and the kids had a great time at the cinema. We especially loved the pool area and the hotel’s beach, along with the beach club that enhanced our stay.
The location was ideal, just a short distance from Terminal 21 and close to 7-Elevens and local shops, making everything easily accessible. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating; a special thanks to Gerlie,Paot, Sharm, and Non for their warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Pullman Pattaya in the future.

We stayed at the Pullman in Pattaya for 6 days. We were searching for quite a while for a place that wasn't too central as we were looking for a relaxing stay. For this, this hotel is perfect. It is away from the partying and noise of the centre but still in a great location where you can go to local supermarkets, massage places and such by foot. If you do want to head into the centre of Pattaya, you can just take a twenty minute taxi.
Onto the hotel itself, the service of the staff is fantastic, especially in the executive lounge and breakfast buffet. We were taken care of by Ploy who remembered our names, our favourite drinks and even offered places to visit away from the hotel, such as the best local night markets to visit. The other staff were also brilliant and they were really attentive and also remembered our names and drinks etc. Definitely a 5-star service.
The buffet breakfast in the executive lounge was great with a lot of different options ranging from Thai to western food. The staff always offer tea or coffee on entry and are always available. I would have liked to see a bigger fruit selection as there were only about 3-4 types of the same fruit through the stay.
As others have mentioned, the rooms themselves are starting to show their age which a fair bit of damage and stains throughout the room. They could do with a little update at some point. However, this didn't negatively affect our stay and is only a minor point.
The pools are great with lots of sun loungers available with towel services. There is a nice poolside bar with lovely food and drinks available. The gym is also one of the better hotel gyms I have seen with lots of equipment.
Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend other to stay here if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Don't choose this hotel for holidays with children.
There's no infrastructure for kids at all, there's a nursery, but it's one name, a couple of broken old toys and that's it, leaving the kids with no one. There's no children's pool area. The pools are cold, by the way, I've never seen one in Thailand. Activity for kids, as they write, is paid, and there is no point in them, because this “activity” you spend with the child yourself, buy a toy and paint it.
There's a spa nearby, and how to go if there's nowhere to put the kids. Call a paid nanny, and what will she do with them?
The hotel level is definitely not an A, a B, or a stretch. No welcome drink to you, well, nothing at all. The Internet is falling off, the cards are being demagnetized. We rented out the number on the eviction, the wifi was turned off immediately, and you're sitting in the lobby waiting for a cab, kind of unpleasant in general.
The rooms are squalid, dirty, and old, with a window between the bathroom and the room. But the screen is scary. The beds are uncomfortable, I've never seen this before in Ty, probably just old. We lived in a deluxe, I don't know about Lanai. Only a change of towels, water and a bed made from the cleaning. They don't go to the balcony at all. No minibar, no coffee machine. Tea is bagged, and it's put in every three days maybe.
The only advantage of this “old man” is the location, the first line, breakfast with a chic view, in the evening at the bar you can watch the sunset, walk on the beach. You can swim, in principle the sea is good, but after the islands of course it is not the same.
There's everything nearby, and restaurants and massages and a market and shops, all within walking distance. Shuttle bass from the hotel in the form of a tuk-tuk, takes to Terminal21, but not to Central, although it's much more interesting. Hotel deposit of 7 thousand baht.
We're definitely not going back to this hotel if we still go to Pattaya. And I would remove the family positioning from them.
In general, if you are with children, it is definitely better to overpay and go to Centara, nearby.

The first thing you need to change is the manager.
The condition of the hotel is old yes we get it but not maintaining is just horrible.
My room is 2301, Villa lanai- our pool is full of insect dead coackroah and we have to take out the coackroach out ourselves. Next day a bee and all the small insects, the elephant water deco is not working as though the motor is not running to clear the water of the pool and it’s almost 4 days. I’ve called the lobby and ask someone if they can come and clean she started to tell me there is no one they are informing the manager and need to outsource a person, just to take a net and clean the pool? I’ve waited for one hour and I made 2 calls same answer with this outsourcing till I have to go myself to the lobby and ask again and after 45mins a maintenance guy came with a bet and clean the pool but it’s just not working anymore. To many insect.
The housekeeping lady is good but not the boy, he never seems happy. One night we were thinking to stay and relax at our balcony, they don’t provide mosquito coil for balcony the boy ask me to go out and buy at 7e. How much does it cost to provide one mosquito coil to a platinum member? Don’t expect to high because there is no above and beyond service.
Restaurant staff, service is good even for second floor lounge.
Lobby (front of house) staff have a horrible service I’ve heard them talking to guest rudely and even when we check in there is no explanation about the hotel. They wrote a number on the key access card folder don’t even tell what is the number for? Isit for wifi or isit number to gamble or what? We went back to the lobby and ask the number that they gave for wifi is not even working. So it shows how the manager train their reception staff.
For Villa Lanai we have 3 pools and because they busy focusing on the two main swimming pool nobody is taking care of the lanai pool that has pay more for it.
Everything is horrible accept the restaurant. We are platinum members but this will be the last we stay here it is not a 5 star hotel but just 3/4star

Upon checking in we were assigned a room on the third floor. This was one of their basic rooms, despite paying extra for a deluxe premium room with limited sea view. After 2 very long flights I at least expected to be given the room I had booked. It was a hassle to get to the room then come back downstairs and raise this issue. We were eventually given a better room but I shouldn’t have had to fight for it, and we were given a twin bed room when we had booked a double so had to have the beds joined together.
Pros -Leo and Pai at breakfast are extremely friendly and helpful. Always smiling and joking with you. I got an iced chocolate one morning and for the next 3 days Pai had it ready when I went to breakfast. They’re a credit to the hotel. -The hotel has a concierge/valet parking desk just outside the reception, from where you can book a free shuttle to dolphin city (takes you to terminal 21 mall). It runs from midday until 8pm. -The hotel were accommodating in letting us check out an hour later due to a late flight -The bar area in reception has comfy seats and sells drinks (I got a coconut shake for 100 baht) -The hotel has free WiFi, but this cuts off as soon as you check out
Cons -Staff said the meat in the restaurant was halal but I didn’t see a halal certificate. -Breakfast - there wasn’t a big range of foods -In the rooms, the shower suddenly went from very hot to cold, whilst showering -There are only 2 lifts for 12 floors and people often waited a while for the lifts then crammed on venturing into your personal space - so the hotel should invest in some more lifts -The shuttle service could be a bit more flexible and run for longer - it has to be booked in advance and only has seating for approximately 6-8 people -The housekeeping staff had radios and trolleys but they were very loud shouting to each other on the corridors very early in the morning -The oil massage in the spa was like 1600 baht but only 350 ish baht outside the hotel -The reception area is big but has limited seating when people are waiting for transfers after check out

I stayed for a night at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth, and as an Accor Platinum member, I believe I was upgraded one or two levels to a Premium Room. The room was on a higher floor with a partial ocean view (not full), but it was comfortable with a cozy bed and a nice bathroom.
The welcome amenity was a fruit platter, which I feel could be improved. However, the executive lounge was a highlight—watching the sunset from there was truly a memorable experience. I also enjoyed the afternoon tea and Happy Hour, which had a great selection of snacks and drinks.
The private beach and swimming pool were well-maintained and enjoyable. Breakfast had an excellent variety, and I was pleasantly surprised to find well-made Indian dishes as well!
Unfortunately, I wasn’t granted a late checkout, which was a bit disappointing as I had to leave by 1 PM. This was actually the first time I’ve ever been denied a late checkout—so yeah, it happens. Additionally, the safe in my room had some issues, with a few digits (1, 2, and 3) not working, which was quite inconvenient.
While I’d definitely consider staying here again, if I had to recommend one between this and Mövenpick Siam Pattaya at a similar price, I’d lean towards Mövenpick.
Nonetheless, Pullman Pattaya Hotel G is a solid choice, offering great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere.

So we visited the Pullman Hotel, it doesn’t even smell like 5 stars... it feels like 3 stars. We have never found so many nuances in any hotel. This one broke all records. Despite the fact that we are far from being picky, we were ready for old rooms and cleaning every other time, as we wrote in previous reviews. But unfortunately this is not the only thing we encountered. I'll start with the pros: there weren't many of them: 1. we were checked in as soon as we arrived, around 12:30, pretty quickly...deposit of $200. With sea views. 2. There were no comments to the reception throughout the entire stay. All!!!!! The advantages are over🫣 Cons: 1. the rooms are really sooooo old, but this was not so important in comparison with their cleaning: it was simply absent!!! There is dust everywhere, the floors are not washed at all, in response to a complaint, they wiped the middle of the room once. They regularly forgot to change the bed sheets. Coffee and sugar were not added for exactly five days out of 8 days. One day the water bottles (they have reusable ones) were taken away, but new ones were not supplied. But the worst thing was with breakfast. The hotel's access system is simply to call the number. And one fine morning, someone called our number instead of us🤨🤔🫣 in the end we were left without breakfast that day, so after the proceedings we simply didn’t have time! The point was not even that we didn’t eat... but that this hotel level was clearly not 5 stars. However, the breakfasts were not very... monotonous and only lasted for a maximum of 3-5 days. Elevators are a completely separate issue: 2 of them for 12 floors!!!! I would not recommend anyone to visit this hotel. There is something to compare with, even 4 star hotels had a higher level of service. The pool is normal, the area is also cleaned to the 3rd level. I think I wrote everything. A lot, but it was really boiling.

We just returned from our first stay at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, and I have to say, it exceeded our expectations! My husband, 9-year-old son, and I had a lovely experience here.
The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable—perfectly balanced, not too soft or hard. Our room had a cozy little couch, which was more than enough for my son to transform into his own “bed home,” keeping him happily entertained!
The hotel location is unbeatable. Set on a peaceful, serene beach with a very clean environment, it’s a great escape from the usual crowds of Pattaya. We were surprised by how clear the water was this time of year (October), which made our beach days even better.
Special thanks to Mario and Waii from the staff, whose hospitality made our stay feel warm and welcoming. Their attention and friendliness made us feel right at home.
Highly recommend Pullman Pattaya Hotel G if you’re looking for a comfortable and scenic stay with wonderful service!
