I had booked into the Nature View hotel on soi Baukhau but after two confirmation e mails I arrived to be told they had no room as I hadn't confirmed in the last 7 days, ridiculous I know as id stayed there many times before. They said I could stay at the sister hotel just round the corner on Soi Lenkee so off me and my buddy trooped. On arrival the front desk were waiting for us and our luggage arrived from previous place at same time. Check in was painless and we were given a safety deposit box with a key, Rooms were smaller than Nature View but still of a good standard, the same fittings and indeed bed covering was quite comforting. The pool was ok but got a shadow from the hotel next door fairly early on in the afternoon but as it turned out it made no difference as it rained for the remainder of our stay.
Its a good area to stay and it was cheaper than the original(whose pool is infinitely better) so all in all it was a pleasant stay. Plenty of bars and eating places in the area which is very busy but inside the hotel it was very quiet. would recommend it in the future. Costs around 800 bhat for room but no breakfast

I know everyone has their favourite hotels in Pattaya and this was mine until recently. I tried to book my room for January 2015 via e-mail. The room was originally for 16 nights. I was told by return e-mail that I had to pay 1000 baht deposit by cash before January. I tried to explain that I would not even be in the country until until the 15th and asked if they would accept payment by card or a bank transfer. NO, only accept cash. Having explained that I have stayed there many times, twice a year for the last 4 years, that I would find it very difficult to pay by cash as they had requested. In the end, I said that I would have to cancel my booking and book somewhere else, to which I got the reply "OK". Now they have lost 16.000 baht and all future revenue, all for the sake of not being negotiable on a 1000 baht cash deposit. Oh well, this is Thailand where customer service for the sake of hard cash means nothing.
The hotel itself is good value for money and rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Customer service is pretty poor and if you look upon the reception staff as room key holders then you will be fine. Don't ask for any more help. The hotel maids do a good job and I always tip them. The gentlemen on the nightshift do a good job also.
The hotel is in a quiet location but close to the nightlife. It's a short baht bus ride or 15 minutes to walking street. It's about 10 minutes to the beach.
I really will be sorry not to be stopping here again as this was a home from home but with little respect from this hotel, it's time to find pastures new.

firstly they now make you pay 1000Baht deposit which in itself is reasonable but unless you happen to know some one in Pattaya there is no way you can pay as they have no means for online payments, seems a bit ridicules given todays online facilities. Secondly and more importantly the head receptionist there is one of the most unfriendly Thai people I have ever met and dose not in any way go out of her way to help any of the guests, and in 2 weeks I doubt I ever saw a smile on her face. Wi-Fi to most rooms is very poor although in the foyer is very good. Given all the that the cleaning staff are very good, rooms are always clean and they do smile and seem happy people. Overall apart from those small issues it in a nice hotel to stay in, has nice pool, located centrally, free coffee till lunch time and the regulars who live there are always happy for a chat and to say hello

I stayed here for a week in october ,and then returned for a week in november, The rooms are a good size comfortable and clean. The first room I had was on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony to sit on, and was 650 baht a night, The second room was on the ground floor, the balcony was not so nice, but when you opened the front door the pool was right there,it was now 700 baht. The price rises in the high season.. I filmed the room and pool and put it on youtube.. The staff are a mixed bunch some more friendly than others, but they are all helpful if you ask them anything. There is no restaurant or breakfast, just coffee or drinks. Close by are many places where you can get breakfast from 50 baht up. Opposite the JP Court you can get fish and chips and mushy peas from 100 baht and nearby steaks or Thai food at good prices. Its a busy location with many bars and other entertainment establishments. The best thing for me was the pool,it is a very nice place to spend a relaxing afternoon.

Was introduced to this hotel by friends who've stayed there for years. While it's not the Hilton, is offers you a very a large comfortable/clean room at a good price.
Helpful pleasant staff make the stay more pleasurable, and the pool area is relaxing. Will return as enjoyed staying here

They need 1000 Baht deposit in cash. It’s impossible to book on line. I recommend staying in Opey De Place next door. Very similar hotel and same kind of price.
