Cons: Run down hotel. Only given two towels and had to ask for additional towels for our room. Mattress in need of replacing. Couldn’t change the A/C temp in room... either freezing or OFF.
Pros: location was easy to walk to essentials, great Mountain View from our room.
We are always very well treated at this hotel, so trying another one would not even cross our minds. We will be back very soon.

The Le Meridien is located in a great area to allow you to walk around the streets of Chiang Mai and find local bars and eateries. The hotel itself could do with a bit of a refresh with tired décor and rooms. But a pleasant stay nonetheless with no complaints.
