Clean modern hotel with great facilities and amenities. helpful and efficient staff, within what seemed like 1 minute of calling reception because my safe would not open, theres a knock on my door to fix it.
Theres a 24 hour bar downstairs and with all of the Bangkok traffic and street noise the room is really quiet
Good location on Soi 11, just a short walk to the BTS station and terminal 21
I would stay here again.

Great property in a prime location. Comfortable and spacious with cold AC, strong Wifi signal and dedicated, friendly staff. Small pool on the roof and fun restaurant in the lobby round out an amazing experience with toiletries on-request and a free area tuk tuk.

Good length pool to cut laps pretty much in direct sun most of the day. Pool towels provided.
The hotel provides an on demand tuktuk service til 9pm to Nana BTS and limited service to Asok BTS / Sukhumvit MRT.
Very pleased with the overall service provided by reception and cleaning staff.
I had booked the Executive Studio, 1 Queen Bed, Kitchen expecting a bath however the first room put in did not have a bath. Not all rooms will have a bath.
Location wise, you are close to lots of nightlife within easy walking distance.
I paid less than AUD80 per night. Much better hotel then their hotel in soi 8 which I stayed in last year.

the laundromat charges 90 baht for washing and another 90 baht for dryer, it seems we need to pay for both. let us choose if we want both or not. otherwise it was a wonderful stay, was there free shuttle service?

The room was comfy and clean. It is a big room for the price I paid. The location is great as there are loads of bars and restaurants of almost every cuisine there. The street has a very busy nightlife. The room comes with a kitchenette and a divider that divides the bedroom from the living room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Two things that can be improved. First, the tv was hard to use. Second, it is difficult to improve this but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to skip this hotel as the sound from the streets can be annoying. It didn't bother me that much once I fell asleep.

Its located very conveniently close to the sky train that takes you one/two stops away to the city centre where all the malls are if you wanna shop. Located on Sui 11 its good for nightlife and exploring all suis you can get excellent food. The room had a kitchen, work desk, sitting area and was very clean and comfortable.

Citadines soi 11 was my favourite place to stay in Bkk.
I have been staying here since pre-covid at almost once a month , every month or every other month. I always stay at the same type of room and have been allocated rooms on different levels with different types of fridges , room facing etc. I have never requested for anything. Older staff who were here before like Ms Jenny have always been very polite ! Imagine my shock the one time i requested for room with a bigger fridge and i was demanded to pay extra, by a very abrasive Manager called Ms May ( hope i spelled name correctly). I stayed 1 night on the 21st of Dec 2022. My family would arrive earlier and I did not want to have a discussion on the phone and I gave in. It left a very bitter taste for me. I know for a fact that I have been in rooms with bigger fridges for the same cost. Is this how Citadines Bkk soi 11 wants to treat its regular patrons? Not considering a small request? Are they only wanting new patrons and perhaps due to being busy now can be rude to the regular patrons without giving any respect to our loyalty. We stayed at the Citadines Sukhumvit 11 for 3 nights. It was a pleasant stay, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is located very close to the main avenue of Sukumvit and the BTS and MRT, so you can either take a taxi (but due to its proximity, they will charge you a high fare regardless of the distance) or you can simply take a walk. There's a lot of entertainment near by so it is great for a night out, but if you're a light sleeper, you might have difficulties. While the room was comfortable, it wasn't entirely well equipped for 2 people: the cutlery / plates was only enough for 1 person in some cases.
I'm not sure if this was simply the room we were in, or in general, but the plugs were not great. It was difficult to charge devices and you could feel the charger getting very warm.
But overall it was a nice stay and it is a location / hotel chain that I would consider in the future.

I've always wanted to stay here to try it out, and the opportunity arose due to a change in my travel plans. Booked a few days before staying and got a very good deal.
I was able to check in a little early on arrival, and requested a room on the quiet side of the building away from the road and the building works. This was not a problem, and the room was, as promised, very quiet.
Overall the room was spacious and comfortable in a studio apartment style, though with a little sliding door between the bedroom and living area if you wanted some privacy (though not a sound or lightproof door). Everything you'd expect or want was there, just in mini. A small mini kitchenette (blessedly with a fridge), a small two person couch, a small bathroom and a small double bed (big enough for two, but far from a King size).
Air Con was efficient, and drinking water was available. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom itself, but I don't mind that set up at all.
Property also has a pool on the roof (no bar) which was fine, a self-service laundry (though I'm not wholly sure how much it costs, it was token driven but no sense of the costs) and a small gym. No breakfast available at the moment due to renovations of the breakfast/bar area.
It's a fair hike up the Soi from Nana - walkable for most people, but a bit of a distance and can be awkward towing a suitcase. Soi 11 is busy day and night, and at night is not the most salubrious of spots - but anyone staying in the lower Suk area should be well aware that it isn't exactly a family friendly environment, but great for party animals.
I'd stay here again happily.

Prime prime location. Prompt cleaning If you an early sleeper the noise from the club's n roads may disturb you, if not it is definitely a budget stay. The room was cleaned everyday. There's a cloak room that holds the luggage post checkout. Extremely accessible to clubs, terminal 21 mall, cafes etc. Go for it.

Taxi is usually the best way. But do not be fooled to pay more than 600 bath. You could take the skytrain to Nana station, that’s the closest one to the hotel
