From arrival to departure staff are very accommodating, professional and courteous. I am greeted by name, doors are opened for me and both check in and check out are seamless, smooth and prompt.

Reception and Security have always been of highest standard and professional.

Rooms vary in size and configuration to suit any traveler. I have always found if availability permits and I request it staff will attempt to find me a larger room or one with other facilities, from full kitchen to basic mini bar, crisp air conditioning, spotless rooms, crisp linen and amenities. And on occasion balcony. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff I've had the good fortune to come to know, the convenience and proximity to BTS, readily available taxis and a multitude of store, shops, delivery and food services available. I've not utilized either gymnasium, spa, swimming pool or laundry services though I have lazed by the pool enjoyed a quiet beverage and soaked up the atmosphere on almost every stay.

This hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Sala Daeng BTS and Silom Road, or the hotel provides a shuttle service during the day. The reception staff were efficient and friendly. We booked a Premier One Bedroom which was extremely good value. The room has a kitchen with fridge, stove, micro wave, with plates abd utensils. If you need anything else for the kitchen just call Housekeeping. There was a sofa and coffee table and a good sized flat screen TV, as well as a desk and lamp. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, safe, and wardrobes. The bathroom is a good size with toiletries provided. Basically it is a serviced apartment. We didnt have a view, just the building nextdoor, but higher up you would, or at the front or rear of the building (we were on the side). We didn't have breakfast, but there was a promotion going which made it more than reasonable. There is a very good gym, and an "L shaped" pool that wraps around the rear of the building. The pool is deep compared to many Thai pools, and refreshingly cool. We had an issue getting the channels on the bedroom TV. We rang reception and someone came up and fixed it in 5 minutes. All requests to reception were handled promptly. Parking is available. Like a lot of Thai carparks the headroom appears low, however we have a huge 4wd car and managed to park without any problems. The rooms are spotlessly clean. If I were looking for something to criticise I would say that some of the furnishing is getting a bit worn, but not to the extent that it looked bad or I wouldn't want to stay there. I would say given the very reasonable price for the room (and there were several room types cheaper or dearer for that matter), the size of the room, 2 TV's, cleanliness, the kitchen, pool, and parking--that Siri Sathorn is a hotel I would happily stay in again.

We have just spent 7 nights at the Siri Sathorn in Bangkok. We stayed here as it was close to another hotel our friends were staying at and we wanted to be close to the activity and street foods on Silom Road.

The hotel is an inexpensive, clean hotel in a great location. The standard rooms whilst cosy were clean and comfortable. The linen was clean however the towels were quite thin in materials. I think we paid $38 AUD per night with breakfast.

The hotel provided bottled water each day and house keeping freshened our room on a daily basis.

The hotel has a gym and swimming pool which are both well maintained.

Breakfast was simple providing sufficient choice of western and asian to start your day.

The front desk staff are friendly in particular Chris and Cha who assisted us one evening when we were having some issues with noise from a neighbouring room. Cha quickly moved us and provided an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite on the 15th floor which was a huge room with great views overlooking Bangkok - thank you Cha.

Would we stay here again, most definitely, the price and location were what we were seeking and it delivered on all points.

For about 800 Bht a night its an ok hotel. What amazes me is the lack of attention to the small details, for example, the room was quite spacious but sparse, no problem there. The toilet is nicely fitted out with a rain shower and lashings of hot water, but, how long would it take to scrub the mould from the tiles? Would it be so hard to adjust the feet on the fridge? Just small details that make the place look cared for and loo seat that is loose and not square with the loo. Watch out for the family jewels. Would we stay here again? Yes.

I booked this hotel for my vaccine trip,in fact,I've been there a few years ago before the covid and now the price is something like half of what I paid at the time.

The location is very good, right in Silom area(about10-15mins walk to sky train) very convenient,so many 7/11near by and so close to BNH hospital

Due to the Bangkok locked down, there was hardly anything open but lucky we liked to eat in the hotel anyway, the food was very good and authentic and the price was resonable,we also tried some of their cocktails and we enjoyed everything.

The staff are very friendly and always go out of their way to help you

Yes,I'll recommed this hotel to anyone

This once very nice serviced complex has been allowed to deteriorate to such a degree that I wonder if it's fit for occupation. Shabby would be a fair description, and I don't even mind shabby if at least the accessories are in good condition but the towels here are dirty off white and almost threadbare. I booked a room for 2, so one would expect to get at least 2 towels....maybe even some hand towels but no, I was rationed one shabby off white towel and that was that. I decided I'd call reception to ask for another towel but the in-room phone didn't work. I enquired where the advertised in-room safety deposit box was, only to have one delivered by a boy and he thought it would be just fine if it wasn't anchored down. I told him to take it away. The soap and shampoo dispensers are broken. The room smells of cigarettes yet I was told they "fine" guests 5,000 baht if they smoke in the room. Disappointing.

I was so impressed with the executive suite and I came back and stayed at the deluxe suite, for 6 days, and wasn't that impressed. There are various differences in the deluxe suite. My friends room has a bay window, none in mine. I also checked out their standard room and premier suite. The layout of the standard room is nice compared to other hotels. If you don't need a bathtub, I highly recommend the premier suite over the deluxe suite which has the tub.

The customer service was impeccable. Puspa at the front desk and other front desk staff were helpful, friendly and professional.

There was no towel service at the pool, oddly!

The restaurant staff didn't speak English very well or not trained well, they couldn't tell me where to get a tower for the pool. They told me to go to the front desk, then front desk told me to go to the gym upstairs.

You'd to go to 1 floor up (to the gym) to get towels, then take the elevator back down to the pool. Because their connecting door from the gym to the pool is closed.

I didn't have good experiences with the restaurant staff, I asked for 1 thing and they nodded, but they turned out to not understand and gave me something else completely different.
Toon, a restaurant staff was sweet but her service could be improved.

Housekeeping is also very sweet but the rooms are not clean. Moldy bathrooms!

All and all it is management issue, not the staff.

I still like the hotel very much. The location is great. With constructive feedback, I hope they can manage their property better

Booked Siri Sathorn from 8 to 12 Jul. Siri Sathorn used to be my favorite hotel stay in Bkk. Unfortunately, after the recent stay, I've decided to choose other hotel instead.

The staff team has changed, hence the warm and welcoming feeling is no longer there. No smile from the egg station lady during breakfast. Less initiative of opening door for guests. Poor maintenance of room. I think the room I've booked used to be the service apartment but they turned into 2 rooms instead. No soap for washing of hands. Used to provide hand towel but not for this time. Shower drain clogged easily. (Whole shower floor seems to be 'flooded' after shower.) TV channels had reduced (no English movie channel). Able to access Youtube on the SMART TV for the first day but not for second day. Called for technician but phoneline didnt seems to work (engaging tone). Went down to the front desk and asked for assistance. Front desk crew requested a technician up (with no smile) and verdict was no wifi, hence cannot be resolved. Nonetheless, it worked on the third day again. This concluded that the room wifi can be pretty weak.

Sleep has been disturbed. As the wall are quite thin, I was waken up everyday at about 6am with the sound of the housekeeping pulling the cable of the vacuum cleaner. Door has to be slammed otherwise there will be beeping sound even when the door is closed. The beeping sound of the opp room had also affected my sleep on the first day. (Think the guest forgot to slam the door hard when they were out).

I could say a very sad disappointment of my recent experience stay at Siri Sathorn, and I told myself that my next stay will be a different hotel. Nonetheless, special thanks to the front desk crew Nemo. He was one of the staff team that make me feel welcome. And also the lady wearing braces who waited for the guests in the restaurant with a friendly smile. Other than that, its goodbye.

I checked into a premier suite at the beginning of June. My plan was to wrap up final details of an enterprise I set in motion back in February. That has turned into a four month stay which has felt like home from the first week. Not everything goes as planned when one is so far from friends and family. But no matter what unexpected issues arose management was always there to assure me that all was understood and there was no reason to add to my stress. From the supremely competent and invariably courteous desk staff, to the ever on-the-spot valets, to the housekeeping staff always attuned to my needs, to the uber-professional room service people — I’ve wanted for nothing since I arrived. Nothing but a way to pay homage to the men and women at Siri Sathorn by UHG who seemed to have as their mission to make my stay unquestionably the most comfortable, the most in which I truly felt among friends and family.

Just completed my fourth stay at Siri Sathorn Suites- the value is unbeatable. I loved the two bedroom suites but now they’ve refurbished to transform them into Family Suites it’s even better. Staying with friends you get your own adjoining one bedroom suite with a shared entrance. This allows you to have the inner doors open so the kitchen, dining and living are are shared while providing you with the privacy of your own room and on suite bathrooms. Can’t wait for Them to give me a complimentary upgrade to the penthouse suite!
