I have stayed here for 12 nights while I was visiting Bangkok for work. The staff are very responsive for any questions I have before my arrival and the way they have replied are friendly and made me feel welcome.

The hotel lobby is bright and very very clean. The check in staff Pakanatee is very friendly, efficient and had helped me with the questions I have. Not too sure if she can remember name but she can definitely remember my face and also my room number.

The interior of the room is bit dated but they have kept the room extremely clean and maintained very well so I am satisfied with it.

Breakfast selection is not as many compared with the other hotels I have stayed in Bangkok but I am also satisfied with it. You can choose the eggs, sausages and main meals from their menu. Their black coffee are freshly brewed and tasted really nice. I also loved their breads and salad selections. The waiters in the restaurant are polite and very attentive.

The housekeeping people are also very attentive, if I have any needs to would attend to my room in a short time unlike some of the hotels I have stayed on the same st.

On my 2nd last day, when I went back to the room, I found out that my room has no electricity at all. So, I called the housekeeping but at the same time I also called the reception and they have sent Mr Natpakarn to come up to help. Luckily he came as the house keeping people thought I need help with my luggage....... While waiting for them to send the maintenance guy (around 20 min or so), Natpakarn kept apologies to me for the inconvenience. They then finally found out someone might have thought I've already checkout so cut off the power in my room. Everyone made mistakes from time to time and I am okay with it and thanks Natpakarn to help to translate and explain the situation.

On my last day, after I finished my breakfast. Ms Nathapakan called me and handed me a shirt. Not sure if that's because they don't have too many customers in the hotel but it was really nice that they know my name.

I would definitely come back to here again for my next trip.

The only thing I am not too happy is the laundry wont' come back on the same day unless you pay double and there were not many items you can tick so it gets very confuse if you have items not listed on their sheets. Also instruction they had on the dry clean is scary... It stated dry clean will come back within 7 days which is ridiculous.

By the way, love their slippers. very comfortable.

Thanks to Pakanatee, Natpakan, Nathapakan and the staff in the restraint made my stay welcoming and enjoyable.

Dear Brian L, Thank you for this generally very positive and complimentary review of your visit to Cape House Hotel, Bangkok and for your generous recommendation. During this worrying time of the Coronavirus we have had to reduce our normal, full buffet breakfast but all à la carte items are still available. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed our good, strong coffee, however. We are grateful for your very kind words on our attentive staff. We are very happy to have supported you in your work and we look forward to your return next time your business brings you to Bangkok. Hopefully, then, you will be able to enjoy the full delights of our renowned buffet breakfast. Cape and Kantary Hotels supports SOS Children’s Villages and the TSPCA. We do not serve foie gras, birds’ nest or shark’s fin and we stand firmly against the exploitation of Thai elephants for commerce or entertainment. Sincerely yours, Cape House Bangkok Management

After a flood in my new condo I selected Cape House for an extended staycation in Bangkok. Even with all the Covid 19 precautions, the staff made my feel like a very welcomed from Day 1 a Day 9. And perhaps that’s the most important aspect of my review: The consistent high quality of this staff from reception to housekeeping.

I do want to acknowledge the health and safety protocols that were implemented consistently throughout my staff. And as others have mentioned the property is extremely clean with many nice amenities which I took advantage of: The fitness room; wet and dry saunas; pool and jacuzzi; executive lounge for high tea and daily goodies. I also enjoyed the breakfasts and the variety offered as options.

Since this was an unexpected trip I appreciated the washing machine in my room and the refrigerator, micro and dishes/utensils. They even arranged to refrigerate my meal deliveries when I was running late.

The location of Cape House was important due to the proximity of my condo so I could check on progress. But I also took advantage of several new places in Sidhorn Village - which is about 100 meters down LangSuan. My favorite new morning hangout there is Peace Tea House. Try their ginger tea. So many cool options for meals also. Seriously - you cannot beat this location.

Although I had to leave my home because of an unfortunate incident - my time at Cape House was relaxing and peaceful: Just like home🙏🏽

We selected this apartment and location after extensive research on this and other forums. On our arrival the hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our overall impressions of the one-bedroom apartment were very positive over the course of our stay. We were very pleased with the amount of living and sleeping space we had and there was also ample storage space. Although we didn’t eat in the apartment it had all the amenities necessary if you wanted to cook for yourself. The room was always immaculate when we returned from a day out travelling around the city with fresh towels and toiletries etc.

A varied self-service breakfast was available every day from 6-10 am and there was something to suit all tastes. The staff were very good at helping with any special requests and making sure all the food and drinks were regularly topped up. Access to the Executive Lounge on the 15th floor was a fantastic bonus with drinks and snacks available throughout the day. All the staff were always helpful in answering any questions that we had as this was our first trip to Bangkok.

The location is perfect for access to various food and shopping locations; numerous malls and food outlets are a short walk away. You also have convenient access to a the local BTS station. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this location again and I wish all my holiday accommodation was as good as this! We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Cape House is located very conveniently, just a 5 min walk from Chit Lom BTS station. It's on the same side of the street as the Mercury Ville shopping mall, and across from the Central Chit Lom department store, which is itself connected to the bigger Central Embassy mall. Both the Mercury Ville and Central Chit Lom malls are connected to the BTS station too. The downside is the room wasn't exactly looking in great shape. We stayed in a two bedroom suite, which was sufficiently spacious for four, but not exactly sprawling as some reviews made it seem, and it looked like it had seen better days - worn tiles, a scratched bathtub, tarnished stove, tired sofa, etc. We found strands of hair on one of the beds as well as on a towel... the pillow cases were a bit stained, they smelled clean so it was probably something that couldn't wash out properly. It was hit and miss with the staff's attitude too. The staff in the restaurant and the doormen were service oriented, but others like the one in the executive lounge were indifferent. Everything just seemed very average, yet for what Cape House is charging, we expected better. It felt like an awkward middle ground: either we could have paid less and stayed in a cheaper hotel of the same standard, or we could have topped up the rate a little more, and get to stay in a more brand-name establishment.

Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would consider staying here again in the future.

Location is convenient - close to BTS station. Taxi and grab cars would pick up at hotel lobby for tourists but would prefer if we walk out to the main road during peak time. There's a quite a number of convenient stores in the same row, as well as coffee cafes, spa, a commercial area as well as shopping malls within walking distance. For families with small children, there's a children's play gym opposite the hotel (not owned by hotel).

Our room was a 1 bedroom suite. There was a small dining area, living area (with tv) and a little kitchenette complete with microwave, fridge, induction cooker and washing machine + coffee/tea making facilities. Crockery and cutleries provided. Dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent not included. Iron + ironing board can be requested from housekeeping.

Bedroom has a double bed (mattress not too hard/soft) and another tv. Bathroom has a shower stall and a bathtub.

Down side for us was the smoke smell. We were located on a smoking floor and while we were not smoking, sometimes the smoke would come into your room via the air vents.

The room also had USB points for phone charging etc. Unfortunately out of 4, only 2 was working.

I stayed at Cape House for 6 weeks in January and February and had an amazing visit. The staff were very helpful, and friendly and the services were excellent. My service apartment was very well equipped, and comfortable with a sitting room, bedroom, full bath and kitchenette. The executive lounge, the pool, gym and restaurant - No 43 Italian Bistro- were all top rate. The location, close to major shopping areas (Central Chidlom; Central World and Central Embassy), restaurants and the BTS make it an ideal place to stay. It is a 10 minute walk to Lumpini Park. I highly recommend this little secret hideaway.

The Cape House is one of Bangkok’s better kept secrets. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the serviced apartments are nice and clean. My father started coming here over 20 years ago, and now every time I travel to BKK for more than just a day, I also do the same. The upper floor units have a nice view, but all units inside are nice. The location in the heart of the business district is ideal. There is a lounge on the 15th floor that offers small snacks that are just enough to tide one over between meals, and there are three 7-Elevens within very easy walking distance. Villa Grocery is at the end of Soi Lang Suan in the new shopping centre, and Central Chidlom at the opposite end, so you can find almost anything you need without even going far. The kitchen utensils in the unit are a bit thin if trying to seriously cook, but otherwise, decently stocked.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel in a 2 rooms apartment (including living room and 2 bathrooms). So, highly recommended for families 4 persons. The area is near the malls and not far from main attractions. The staff is very friendly and useful. They supported us every time with what was needed (taxi, restaurant) but what it’s more important, on arrival, because of a small technical issue, they gave us immediately another apartment.

Cape House Langsuan, Bangkok is an incredible place to stay when visiting Bangkok. I have visited Bangkok 18 times over the past 14 years along with my family, I can honestly say that we have found the jewel in the crown with this one.
It is located in a very user friendly position with access to the best Shopping Malls , restaurants and transport you could need.
The Hotel itself is very Boutique in it's style and amenities , the staff are absolutely brilliant as nothing is too much trouble the breakfast is also very good and a wide selection of items on offer.
All in all an absolute pleasure to stay in we highly recommend Cape House Hotel Langsuan for your next stay as we will be staying here for all of our future visits.

Main reason why we chose this hotel is due to its location. It is just a short walk away from Central world, Erawan shrine, Siam Paragon etc. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and convenient stores nearby. Getting around is also easy as the LRT is just mins away.
We opted for the 2 bedroom residence. It is tastefully designed in classic white washed style. Truly gives you a “boutique” hotel feel. Comes furnished with well equipped kitchenette, dining and living area. Also has a laundry machine and microwave oven. The 2 bedrooms can fit 5 of us comfortably with ample space.
Our reservation came with breakfast and also access to the executive lounge. Breakfast was good. The spread and variety is decent. This is not a big hotel so don’t expect a large spread of food. We were satisfied with what we had. The executive lounge at the top floor served some light refreshments (patties, cakes and fruits) and free flow of coffee/tea. Loved hanging out there as there were hardly anyone and we had the whole place to ourselves.
The pool is small but when you are out most of the time it doesn’t really matter. The sauna is heated and after a long day of walking it is nice to take a dip.
All in all, we love the hotel. Gives you a homely feel. Service was great and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this place.
