Thailand is one of the most popular place for tourists to visit. Location was a bit far from BTS, it took about 15 mins walk. But less traffic jam there when you hired grab taxi 😁. Staff was nice there. Their putonghua was better than English but was ok. NO air-con in lift! Room was spacious even for the basic room and it was quite clean. There were swimming pool but a bit small. Fitness room and sauna there but I didn’t have time to try. A 24-hour convenience shop next to lobby. The price was below 1500 bahts per night only. Really worth it I think. Recommended.

A comfortable 4 night stay spent in a 2 bed suite which is essentially an empty apartment with kitchen (albeit empty). The building is a mix of residential apartments and hotel rooms.

The pool area is small but always was empty which is curious as the hotel is over 30 floors.
There is a small gym and sauna/steam there too.

Very quiet stay which was great. The shop in the lobby was ok for some essentials.

Not much in terms of food locally. Had to order in via Grab.

Accommodation brand new and clean. We walked to the BTS to get around Bangkok which we found heaps easier than haggling with Tuk-Tuks and taxis (rip offs!). Check out location prior to booking as others mentioned, not much close by. Suited our needs perfectly and close to both airports.

We book the Jasmine Grande Residence Suite which was about 45 mins from Bangkok airport. Upon check in we were told that our balcony was not available to use because of security concerns. We booked the Grand Suite for 6 days with 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6 people, large living room and kitchen. We got the suite and there were only 5 towels for 4 people to use for the entire 6 days, no paper towels for the kitchen we had to request more towels every day. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard to use.
We requested an additional key because we were supposed to have 4 people in the suite , they said we need to pay an additional $300 baht per day to use a loaner key because we were only allowed 3 keys for 3 people because we booked 3 bedrooms. We advised them that we booked the Grande Suite that sleeps 6 people so we are entitled to have 6 keys to use anytime we needed, still we were told that would not be possible unless we paid. During the first 2 days we decided to place the do not disturb sign on the door and we were told by the hotel that they needed access to be able to do extermination for insects, we told them that we do not wish to allow anyone in the room to do extermination during our stay as we don’t know what kind of chemicals would be used and didn’t not want to get sick. A few days later they left us a note saying because they were not able to service our room we need to contact the front desk if we need further assistance as they won’t provide daily services for us. We were becoming so annoyed that they constantly harassing us that we decided to leave the property 2 days early. We just packed our stuff and left. I have stayed in more than 3000 hotels in the last two decades, 80 countries , 460 cities in 6 continents and NEVER in my life have me or my friends or family been treated this way!! This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any hotel!! We spent almost $2,000 US dollars for the stay and it was a HUGE waste of money!!!
They also tried to add fees and charges for taxi services when we already agreed on a price and paid in advance!! The taxi tried to take us to several places that we DID NOT ask to visit and when we told the guy at the front desk he said that’s not what he was told by the driver. Skinny guy about 5 feet 8 inches tall at the front desk. Very unprofessional and rude!! Our bathroom also got flooded and it took them about an hour for someone to show up and fix it.

This hotel has great prices, a very convenient location, and a nice minimart attached to the grounds that close late. The front desk staff were quite strict, but i can respect that as they're just doing their job. The swimming pool was a good size for kids to play, the breakfast buffet was superb, and our suites were large and clean. I'd definitely recommend suite rooms for those with families as they provide a washer too. It would've been great if there were clothes drying racks but they provided me with 20 hangers in no time. This was our 10th trip to Thailand and this hotel was a pleasant stop before heading back home.

Great hotel facilities such as onsite shop, massage, pool, sauna etc. but a very shabby hotel.

Our room was pretty rough around the edges and smelt like old cigarettes. It was fairly clean but not brilliant.

Our room had a washing machine which was a nice bonus but the balcony was inaccessible so couldn’t dry anything.

We couldn’t stand under the shower as it was a hose on the wall and far too low. The bathroom floor also got extremely wet not matter how hard we tried to keep it dry (its a wet room so drained away fine) but once wet it was very slippery. There’s also a small step down into the bathroom which could easily go unnoticed if not careful.

I had arranged when I booked the room to have a cot for my 12 month old but on arrival they said they didn’t have one. I made peace with her sleeping in our bed but late that night we had a knock at a door and it was hotel staff with a cot. Perhaps they found one in the basement as it was covered in dust and broken! (Latch to hold up the part that folds down to put baby in was broken).

Breakfast was fairly standard a fair choice of food but not great quality.

Hotel staff were generally friendly and somewhat helpful.

Overall I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed elsewhere.

I was looking forward to my first holiday in 3 years, after covid.
I went Thailand last week and stayed in jasmine grande residence.
The entire trip was unpleasant as the hotel is partially under renovation as the construction noise was very loud, starting as early as 9am in the morning to late evening.
I could not have proper rest in the hotel during the entire daytime.
I could not even sleep on Saturday morning as the noise started very early.

I wish the hotel has put notice in the website to inform guests, so I can have other options in making choices to stay in Thailand.

This place does not live up to the 5 star as stated . It is so unclean with stains all over Walls , I booked a three bedroom suit it was hot stuffy and smelt . There was no washing machine as the pictures show’s . The balcony’s don’t open they won’t allow it , the pool area is dirty . The food is basic and very limited . There is nothing to do around the hotel area it’s a total shambles . The area for tourist and people looking for a clean nice hotel is in the area called siam with loads to do there .

Service is top notch.Breakfast buffet was ok, but it did have a espresso machine that made a great coffee to help offset price for me.
I had a very large and very clean room, with balcony that was sealed shut by hotel. Pool was small but decent. located about 1k from bts station and gateway mall. Very good value.would definately stay again
It was about a 700 bhat cab ride from don meuang airport, and about a 75 bhat total bts from ekkamai station to mo chit then, [a1] bus to airport to return.Easy combo and a great savings. cheers

We had a three bedroom apartment for two families. It was a little bit off the main roads but a ten minute walk to the BTS (Sky train). Room was cleaned each day. We were on the 31st floor and the room was amazing with a kitchen and dining are with the largest room having a jacuzzi bath. We would definitely use again.
