We were on a cruise sailing around Asia and we had an overnight stay in Bangkok, so decided to book this hotel for the evening and have a night in Bangkok. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. We were delighted to find out that we had been given a complimentary upgrade and our room enjoyed panoramic views across Bangkok.

The hotel benefits from a lovely rooftop pool with skyline views as you swim - particularly attractive in the evening. The outdoor spa area was comfortable and relaxing. I'd like to thank the reception staff who offered me the use of a plug adapter when I realised I had forgotten mine, it was much appreciated.

The hotel room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was equally as spacious and the shower was good pressure and very warm. However, the towels desperately need replacing - ours were badly frayed and very washed out.

In the evening, we used grab taxis (same as UBER in the UK) and went to Asiatique and had a nice local meal, wander around the shops and markets.

The breakfast provision was a little basic and there was nothing that particularly grabbed my attention. The cooked offering did not look very appetising. We had a very quick continental breakfast.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Has the basics but don't expect miracles. It is new and in an unusual part of the city. I had some business there so for that it was good. The breakfast is under par. There is no laundry service but they do help to get the laundry to an outside service provider. For dinner there is some great street food outside, about 150 metres to the right when exiting the hotel. Not a tourist hotel.

Rooms were very comfy and clean.
Breakfast was - ok - needed more western choice for Uk travellers.
There was only curry / rice / noodles for breakfast.
No yoghurt or toast (I felt quite rude asking for more bread)
The pool needs a better lay out and more sunbeds - no sun at all where sun beds were.

stayed for a week in this hotel and the experience was the best I have ever had. The service was second to none and the views of the city were great. The Howard lane was the place to be there was different sections in the restaurant serving different cuisines and the food was some of the best I have ever tasted.

this hotel is a great addition to a less congested area 10 minutes drive from Sathorn road and the Silom shopping area and they provide a shuttle to the BTS skytrain Surasak station too.
the rooms are brand new and spacious as the hotel has just opened and the still unobstructed view from the infinity pool shows the skyline of Bangkok shopping and business areas.
there is a small coffee shop in the Lobby area, a function room with garden terrace and a restaurant on an upper floor overlooking the river and western area of Bangkok

We stayed here as a stop-over from the airport and it is perfectly placed - aprox 10mins from airport. You are met at the airport which is always nice when you are in a foreign country. The hotle is fab. It has lovely rooms, great food and good bar. The pool is small but does the job. Very friendly staff willing to get you anything. We could not fault it. If you want to do some shopping then you probably want to go to another of their hotels a bit closer to the centre of the city as it is quite far out and expensive to get a taxi.

I was here with a big bunch (70+ people) in a conference, organised by travel services.

Its reasonably priced (travel guys were beaming all the time !) and has very good room cleanliness and hygiene upkeep. The rooms have international compatible plug point which help when you have just one multi plug charger and bunch of equipment to charge every night.

The staff is super cool and quite helpful with what your need, while they don't have irons in every room, its always available on request ! They also make up very well for qucik checkin checkout and quick info conversations !

Breakfast spread is reasonable, I would say business travellers will be contented. Its may not venture to a gastronomical delight but fills one up with a decent variety. Indians. V, and vegetarian Indians will have a far better experience given the limited choice menu they can have in Thailand, ofcourse, expecting a segregated cooking maybe stretching it a bit too far.

Location wise its not in the thick of things, like to walk to places near the hotel. But a taxi ride takes you to places within an hour, traffic is a global issue!
