I stayed at the hotel over a recent weekend after making the booking though their website online. Booking online was simple and fast and a few days later you get a confirmation of your booking. I checked in at 9pm and a bell boy shows you to your room, I normally give a tip of 20 Baht. The room was a newly renovated room but still the same old rock hard bed. You do 3 bottles of complimentary water in your room and a voucher for a free welcomes drink. Wifi is absolutely terrible and you may as well give up trying, hot water in the shower is nearly nonexistent, breakfast is both Asian and western food. If you are looking to be in the heart where there is plenty of night action Nana is the place to stay, but there are many other hotels in and around Soi 4 far better than Nana Hotel.

The hotel is around all the major atraction, entertaintment, street food and easy access to transport to the major city which is Bangkok.
The worker at the hotel, can be sometimes a bit rude and I believe they need training on how to treat valuable customers. The breakfast its reasonable good.
You have to make sure the room/ rooms are clean and free from bed bugs or other insects, because they can spoil your lovely night.
I think 1 to 3 nights the max. to stay. Bill Diaz

Hotel is older but everything you need is there. Room, pool and breakfast buffet is above average. Location of hotel is perfect for bars, restaurants and the Nana Plaza. Laundry service is inexpensive and was done by midday if turned in on the morning.

A very pleasing hotel. from the moment I checked in and left the staff were kind and always helpful. The hotel is near all amenities and entertainment areas so you do not have to travel far for night life and night shopping if you do not want to. The Nana hotel rooms are lovely to stay in and the air conditioning system is very quiet. There are toiletries in each room and towels for you and guests as it is a guest friendly hotel if you wish a friend to come over for a drink(s) or chat(s) in your room. The cleaning staff do a very high standard of cleaning and clean every day to rid the hotel of any hot weather bugs or flies which might creep in due to the amount of wood furniture the hotel has in the building. Room service is always available but I think the prices of some food on the room service list should be a bit lower.. The toilet / bathrooms have showers and baths so you can choose how to wash. Security is of a high standard at this hotel and they make you feel safe and secure while staying at this hotel. The TV channels are good but only 82 compared to some hotels that have 150 channels but who wants to be watching tv in your room all day. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel a lot and they make a great coffee in the cafe area where you can seat and relax. Lastly my favourite thing at this hotel was the breakfast which is included in the price of your stay at this hotel. This hotel provides a top quality breakfast. I did not miss a day as the breakfast was cooked well and ate well. The high quality of food and amount of choice was perfect. I only wish they could cook omelettes like they do in a 5 star restaurant (get the omelettes cooked right for that top standard) but it is still worth eating.

It was coming on THIRTY years ago that I first walked into the reception at the Nana, and what I thought would be a single night prolonged itself into a THREE years stay.

And I found myself walking again to book a room. Obviously the advent of Hooters (and the loss of the charismatic Golden Beer Bar) altered the layout slightly, but intrinsically nothing much had changed; the rooms, down to the carpets were much the same, as was the breakfast and there were even a few members of staff that I recognised from three decades before.

The place was still decked with young ladies 'looking for company', even though in these Covid ridden days, it's a touch trickier exercise.

Love this place or hate it, (and I love it), this hotel is an institution and long may it be so.

This old hotel still has a great charm and a very nice hospitality. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. I like their breakfast, which is a combination of Thai and Continental blends. Situated near a busy Nana Plaza and Nana station, it's very easy to get a good public transport from here.

Hospitality of the hotel was so nice ,,,great thing- opposite to NANA PLAZA Gentleman clubs ,, if it is truly fun with friends i say NANA Hotel the best place to hang-out,,,,

Check in was easy but they are still using big keys to unlock your door. Staff were friendly. Such a pity because otherwise it is a reasonable hotel in a great location with good services. Oh, I must mention that the WiFi in my room was very, very poor.

Check-in went smoothly and although I only stayed here one night, I found the hotel to be good. The room was clean and comfortable with large bed, a safe deposit box, coffee making facilities, a good selection of English language news / movie channels. The bathroom was clean with a bathtub and shower with good water pressure. The breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of Western and Asian food. The hotel also has a swimming pool and is located a few metres from the nightlife. I was pleased with my room and the price I paid for it. The only drawback was the noise from the bars located nearby the hotel, therefore it would be advisable to get a room on a high floor at the back of the hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Pros: Good breakfast, swimming pool, welcoming drink, coffee making facilities, safe deposit box, clean room and bathroom, location.

Cons: Outside noise during the night.

A lot of rooms are a little dated , although some have recently been refurbished.
Safe deposit in most rooms with a fridge and aircon.
Found the mattress a little thin and uncomfortable.
Maybe they need to be replaced as well.
Very noisy at night if you are on the front or side of the hotel.
Bars open till 2.30 and the music seems to get louder after 12.00.
Reasonable price and good buffet breakfast , hot and cold food.
Helpful travel agent in foyer and friendly hotel staff.
5 minute walk to skytrain
