Spent 5 days at Peninsula Bangkok, must be renovated, not at the standard of the Peninsula’s hotel.
Service was not perfect, room cleaning was sad for a five stars. In room technology was very updated .

We had just come from the Shangrila in HK, and the 4 Seasons in Chang Mai. The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful river view. The staff is polite, but lacked the attention I had at the other hotels.
The room was very pretty and comfortable, but also quiet small in comparison, and we had a junior sweet with a balcony overlooking the river. There is definitely a need to update especially for your electrical needs. Thank god we had a multiple power outlet, as there was only once place to connect for charging.
