Such a beautiful hotel and excellent staff. All the restaurants were delicious and the pool was a great place to spend many hours. Thank you to Bow, our hostess at breakfast, for always getting us a good table!

We arrived early for the Sunday brunch, because we had the old timetable that it starts at 11.30 am. Now it begins at 12.00 pm.
But Khun Nuk took care of us. She found us a table for two in the lobby and we got soft drinks and a snack.
Shortly before the opening of the brunch we got our table in the Madison.
The brunch is served partly in the Madison and partly outside in a nice surrounding.

During brunch Khun Ma-Meaw and her colleague Jae cared for us. They were fast in taking away the empty dishes, asking several times if we need something else. When we ordered some food or drink our wishes were fulfilled fast.
They were the whole time friendly and smiling.
Their supervisor Janni kept in the background but we got the feeling he knew all was fine.
We had several salads, cold cut, Greek wine leaves, Beef Wellington, Lobster Thermidor and other goodies, including very fine cakes.
The beef was medium well done, tasty and nearly melting in the mouth.
No dish was bad.

Also the price is high, the value is it worth. We sure will come back.

We stayed for 3 nights at end February, in a suite that gave us club lounge access. We had a lovely view over the golf club so it felt like we were not in the middle of the city.
The room was one of the largest suites we have stayed in with a large bathroom, bedroom, lounge.
The room was very quiet & dark at night so we had a great night's sleep.
The club lounge had a good selection of food & drink. Great for a pre-dinner drink & appetizer.
The breakfast was served in either an air con area or an outdoor courtyard.
The outdoor pool was secluded & quiet. The steam room & onsen were separate for men & women and were of excellent quality.
We ate at the hotel's Japanese restaurant, where the food was of exceptional quality.
The service was amazing throughout the hotel. Starting with the pick up from the airport (with staff picking up our bags from the carousel), throughout our stay & to our departure - every member of a staff we encountered was helpful.

Not sure how this hotel got to be so highly rated, but for the money I would have rather paid a tiny bit more to stay next door at the Waldorf Astoria! The lobby 'bar' doesn't actually have a bar to sit at & you're forced to listen to depressing piano music day & night. The 'nighttime bar' is really a removable pop up 'bar' in the outdoor courtyard (not air-conditioned) with a DJ & a scattering of a few people, hardly what I'd qualify as a bar & again seriously lacking any type of atmosphere. I can also say the same for the 'World Famous' Sunday Brunch which we ended up cancelling (thank goodness!) since it too was set up in the non air-conditioned courtyard with zero ambiance, and definitely would not have been worth $130 USD per person, even with the booze! For the rooms, we were assured we'd be in quiet, top floor rooms & after several noise complaints about the neighbors on both sides of our two rooms, the Hotel's only solution was for us to pack up & move to another part of the hotel, NOT to move the noisy, screaming partiers on our floor. Further, out of our 4 nights stay, I only received turn-down service the first night & after the 3rd night I had to ask for it & then they sent 3 ladies to come to my room & it was quite uncomfortable & embarrassing. It is a good location since you can hop on the sky train right outside the front door, but for the price I'd take my business to the Waldorf next time!

We stayed here for 5 nights, it a lovely Hotel, the location is great a few minutes walk to the train and Central World a huge shopping Mall. The rooms are lovely and spacious and beautifully decorated. The choice at breakfast was amazing. The pool was not a great outlook was still lovely. The pool staff would move your umbrellas and give cold water and a lemon drink. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back in the near future once this crazy COVID 19 has disappeared.

We spent 15 days quarantine here in the Anantara Siam and I can’t say that I could complain about even the smallest thing so far . All staff is very helpful and committed to make the mandatory quarantine time that is required upon arrival due to Covid 19 in Thailand as easy and pleasant as possible .

Especially I need to say that the cooking here done by the chefs Ali and Jan are exquisite as I never would have expected it to be . The dished surpassed my expectations by far and are presented and decorated with an astetic eye and love for detail…..

The food is creative and prepared to perfection .

Especially because I am doing a ketogenic diet which requires a lot of knowledge and know-how to do it right ,I believe that I have given them not the easiest task to fullfill but they surprised me on a dayly base with new thoughtful creations .

Many thanks 🙏 to the team-
And next time I return from abroad I am sure to return here with pleasure!

Hands down the best pick for ASQ in Bangkok

We loved our stay here for the first stop in our honeymoon! Our room was beautiful and clean and the hotel property itself was stunning. We loved having the pool to relax in after a long hot day and the food was incredible (a little pricey for Thailand but delicious). They even left a sweet dessert in our room for our honeymoon. The location was the best, right next to a skytrain stop and a short 10 minute walk to the metro. Also very close to Lumphini (10 minute walk) and a ton of malls and shopping. We felt very comfortable staying here with the covid precautions, masks were required inside (all staff was masked) and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in Bangkok!

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff and services! We arrived by Grab from another location. When we were at the check-in counter, my girlfriend realized that she left her phone in the Grabcar. Luckily the staff, namely Miss Tanya was super proactive, to investigate the type of car with the company, and with a few phone calls, she managed to get back the driver to the hotel, and the phone was found! Thank you, Miss Tanya! After check-in we arrived at the room, a wonderful preparation was waiting for us. Photos attached. This hotel was amazing, we could feel that. The pool is also super nice, where you can relax and order some fresh coconut for refreshment. The breakfast is very delicious, have a large variety to choose from, with a view to a fish pond! The location is very close to sky-train, so easily accessible by public transportation. I would recommend staying at this hotel for anyone, even my family and friends. Thanks for having us, a pleasure as always with Minor Hotels.

The pool terrace is open from 7am to 8pm daily. For adjoining rooms, guess you can request during booking and follow up by an email follow up. This hotel is renowned for this customer service; this I think they will do whatever they can to grant your requests. Even for early check-in and shower facilities use, I believe they will allow it.
