Fabulous hotel the staff are amazing so helpful. Especially Aoom. Breakfast buffet is vast. Afternoon tea in the lounge delightful. The pool very refreshing. Wish we had longer. We would definitely stay here again when visiting this wonderful city.

Hotel's Favourite
The stay at the Lebua Hotel has been UNFORGETTABLE. The staff has been friendly, always willing to help and make your stay unforgettable. I have to name Jacopo Lachin Manager of the Lebua Hotel, it was a pleasure to meet him, the Tower Club waitresses who attended us very kindly every day and were always attentive to our tastes and needs. The maids, always impeccable, left the room perfect, the mexican ladies Fatima and Karen who are in their training stage but already seem like true professionals, Kob who from the concierge helped us both to locate a taxi, to find laundry and to do a call to resolve a problem. The views from our room on the 58th floor of the city of Bangkok are impressive. Enjoying these views every day has been the best gift. The Chao Phraya River is always bustling. I want to highlight that one of the advantages of the Lebua Hotel is how central it is and the good communications it has, since within a 2' walk you have the 1-BTS station (fast, comfortable and very good stops in Lumpini Park, Shopping Centers,. ...) 2- boat stop also next door (to go to ICONSIAM or any other boat) 3- tuc tuc stop 1' away,... On the 52nd floor is the Tower Club where we had breakfast every morning and where we could have a snack at noon. One of the things we liked the most, in addition to the treatment received, was the pastry shop. Every day there was a different cake and each day it was tastier than the previous day: pistachio, chocolate, carrot, lemon.... Delicious! We 100% recommend Hotel Lebua for your future stay in Bangkok ขอขอบคุณพนักงานทุกคนที่โรงแรมเลอบัวสำหรับความเป็นมืออาชีพที่ยอดเยี่ยม พวกเขายอดเยี่ยมมาก K̄hx k̄hxbkhuṇ phnạkngān thuk khn thī̀ rongræm lex bạw s̄ảh̄rạb khwām pĕn mụ̄x xāchīph thī̀ yxd yeī̀ym phwk k̄heā yxd yeī̀ym māk

Everything was exceptional! Growing up in Las Vegas, which is all about hospitality and tourism, I haven't seen this level of service. It was incredibly hot and humid. Once we were out of the taxi, there was someone there to welcome us, and escort us in. Instead of bringing us to the check-in counter, we were seated in some comfy oversized chairs, and someone else brought out some bottled water and damp towels to cool us off, which was so cold it was almost frozen. It was so amazing! And they brought the papers to us, so we checked in there. The breakfast was equally amazing, as was the staff throughout our stay. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The service has been great. The river view from our suite was unmatched and the multiple bars and restaurants inside the hotel were all top notch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There's 2 sections for break and you can eat right beside the pool. Highly recommend pink bar for service the drinks the food and views. The hotel is a little dated but the experience was worth every penny. Ae and Nina from the front desk were very polite and helpful and had answers for all of our questions.

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay here in this Iconic hotel! Such attentive staff. Check in was great. Our suite was wonderful - so much space, so comfortable, so quiet...so clean! The view from our balcony was astounding on the 56th Floor. It took our breath away. A vast array for breakfast - all very fresh and beautifully presented. Pool area was lovely. We visited The Sky Bar and Lebua No3 - two experiences we will never, ever forget. It was my birthday and I appreciate all the special touches and the amazing staff whose kindness and attention to detail made me feel very special. The staff took time to take photos of us and made us feel like VIPs. Just a short walk from the hotel to the river - so we used the "hop on, hop off boats" to sightsee. A very efficient way and enjoyable way to get to the important sights. Thank you Labua. We have lasting memories of a very special place and a superb stay.

I was staying in the lebua tower club. We stayed for 4 nights. We got free lounge access which was amazing. On our last day it was my birthday, the staff surprised me with cake, candle and macaroons. Such a lovely touch and service. Made me feel very especially. Thank you to the amazing staff.

Great one night stay in a club room. Breakfast was unbelievably good. I had sushi..& it’s plentiful. Great gym & pool. Pool in shade from lunch. Club rooms are huge. Suites are great but some are smoking rooms so be warned. 6am to 6pm the lounge is open. Not very late which is my only gripe. Great food options & drinks. The reception is nice but under the other tower is just a wasted space. Could make this an amazing space. Great location too.

I first stayed at the Lebua a month after it opened and have returned maybe 6-7 times since then. This was my first visit since Covid and there were definitely some noticeable differences. I still laugh that nothing has ever really with the building lobby. The size of the rooms are excellent but they are badly in need of a refurbishment! Even simple things like no PowerPoint or charging cable facilities next to the bed need to change. I love nothing better than looking out over the river from my balcony with a coffee in the morning. But dammit, get some Nespresso machines happening rather than filtered coffee! The breakfast Buffett used to be incredible! Now it’s just really good. It took a long time for several areas to be replenished but it does still have a great variety! Check in always takes ages and is convoluted. Mind you, every staff member I dealt with was magnificent. I stay here for the posterity and location however if the value for money and quality doesn’t get looked at soon, unfortunately it won’t be an attractive option.

I think the problem with Lebua at State Tower is the gap between expectations and reality. The website led me to believe I would have the most luxurious, snazziest stay of my life. I was massively looking forward to it - until I arrived. The entrance is strange - either through a dated shopping mall or the car park; I had to ask the parking attendant if I was in the right place. Check-in was a major hassle that took ages. I didn’t have a credit card on me (had booked with debit card), so was frogmarched to nearest ATM (for security deposit) as if I were under arrest. I began to wonder how nice my room would be when I saw how old and grubby the lifts were. My room was big and… fine? It was like a 1990s American Holiday Inn. Felt more 4-star than 5-star. With nicer lighting, a little update and a few more luxury touches, it could be really lovely. The bathroom was nice. The famous balconies are now, apparently, permanently locked so you can’t go out on them. I then planned to go to the sauna (listed in the hotel information as being, along with the steam room, in the fitness centre). I got to the fitness centre and was told there was no sauna or steam room. So I went to the 64th floor to look at the view. It was nice. I might have stayed for a drink but couldn’t get staff’s attention so just headed downstairs. I ordered room service for dinner. A £40 (!) hamburger was fine, nothing special. The mashed potatoes I ordered on the side were really good. After midnight, when I went to get in bed, I moved the pillow and saw about 10 ants. As it was so late and I was in my pyjamas, I thought about not saying anything, but really couldn’t sleep as I kept spotting more ants in the bed. So, I went to the front desk and a bored young man said he would call someone. Knocky, the night manager and the nicest member of staff I encountered, came up with me to see the ants and moved me to another room. He was very polite and quite apologetic. It was now about 1am and I went straight to bed in the new room. In the morning, I hoped for a better experience. Again, the website claims that the breakfast is ‘legendary’ and ‘the best in Bangkok’. I would describe it as adequate. When I checked out and was asked how my stay was, I said ‘not great’ and explained to the receptionist what happened. I asked if a discount on my dinner might be appropriate, as I’d been up in the early hours dealing with an ant problem, and was told I had already been given an upgraded room as an apology. I really had no need of an upgraded room at 1am. I asked the (quite rude) receptionist if there was someone else I could speak to and she said no. I had to leave and didn’t think it was worth the fuss, so paid my bill and asked for a taxi to the airport. This took so long I started to worry I would be late for my flight. In isolation, none of these things are a big deal, and pointing them out makes me feel like a bit of a Karen. In a 4-star hotel, or even one billed as a regular business-stay 5-star, I wouldn’t care. But I had been told to expect the experience of my life. I had saved it for the last night of my trip, and was really looking forward to it as a treat. It did not end up feeling like a treat in any way, which was a real shame. I was working during this trip and stayed in two other excellent hotels; one was a two-star at less than a fifth of this price, which I genuinely enjoyed more than this. If I come to Bangkok again and want to go somewhere nice, I’ll go back to the Chatrium Riverside. (The two stars are for location, which is good, and the couple of nice members of staff I met.)
