My stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok was extremely satisfying. The condition of the room was very comfortable, matching the standards of a 5-star hotel, and I really appreciated the fact that the minibar drinks were replenished daily for free. The pool on the 7th floor was the perfect size for family fun, and the food ordered from the poolside bar was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel offers a buggy car service to Siam Paragon, so it was very convenient to travel back and forth to the mall comfortably until 10 PM.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its staff, who are incredibly friendly and always make an effort to assist guests. On the last day, when I was booking a car to the airport, Mr. Earth at the reception showed such kindness that it made my trip to Bangkok end on a beautiful note, leaving me with an even more positive impression of Thailand.

The loveliest hotel ever. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to make your stay outstanding. The rooms were well equipped and you don’t even need to bring a tooth brush. We paid extra for breakfast and it is well worth it, sets you up for a day of sight seeing. There is a complementary bus to the large shopping centre which also links to a short walk to the BTR. Also very central for all the local shops, restaurants and night markets. Highly recommend it.

Good value for money. I upgraded to the club level for this stay. Got snacks for my welcome and everything in the mini bar included for free, although no refills. Breakfast, tea time and happy hour drinks are included in the club room, so I'm basically getting fed 3 times a day. These are all at the Club Level on the top floor of Tower 1, so the view is an added bonus. The team on the club floor is always so welcoming especially Om, Apple, Phat and a few others whose names I didn't catch.
The rooms are really new and well-maintained as this hotel is still under a year old. The room is furnished with modern interiors, a king bed, a chaise lounge and still feels pretty spacious. The bathroom is equipped with a standing shower, a separate bathtub, double sink, and a toilet with a bidet. The club rooms are located on the higher floors of the building.
The swimming pool and gym are located on level 7. Again, both are very well-maintained. There are more than enough sun lounges by the pool whenever I go for a swim. There are even a few pavilions installed with couple sun lounges. The pool itself is equipped with jacuzzi jets perfect for relaxing your muscles after a tough day of shopping in the vicinity. I love that the surround of the pool is filled with palm trees, travelers palms, lotus and various other plants, and a white and gold Thai sala at one end of the pool.
The location of the property itself is quite central and it is close to lots of shopping complexes. There's a free buggy service that runs every 5 minutes to Siam Paragon and back. And from there, you can go to a lot of other places via BTS.
10/10 will come back again.

When I first arrived at this hotel, I thought everything was great. Both the service from the lobby staff and the size of the room left a deep impression on me.
However, the shower area in the room has a serious safety issue that I hope the hotel management will address. The floor on the shower area are not slip-resistant, and it's very likely to slip when walking on them after they get wet! This is based on my family's personal experience. My husband was the first to use the shower facilities, and he slipped slightly, telling us to be careful. Later, when my son used it, he was careful but still slipped and fell while turning, fortunately only suffering minor skin abrasions.
I suspect the hotel has received similar complaints before, as there was a tiny non-slip mat placed on the floor of the shower area when we entered the room. In my experience, most hotels would place non-slip mats on the side for guests to use as needed. However, this mat only covers about one-third of the shower floor and cannot fully address the safety issue.
Imagine if elderly guests were staying here and slipped under these conditions; the consequences could be severe.
I hope the hotel will genuinely address this safety issue, as no advantage is more important than safety.

We had an amazing stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok. The hotel is absolutely luxurious—everything feels new, elegant, clean, and beautifully designed. I really appreciated all the little details they put into the décor.
The service was top-notch, with the staff being super helpful and friendly. especially Khun Por, Khun Zeen, Khun Beaut, Khun Namtarn, Khun Candy, Khun Kanan and all Front Desk staff and Concierge team were very nice, The service center was extremely helpful whenever we needed anything, like cleaning services or other requests. You can chat through the application made everything very convenient.
And the location is unbeatable—just a quick walk to the Siam BTS Skytrain and right next to malls like Siam Paragon and also they offer golf cart service to explore, Khun Sor, Khun Din and Khun Guide concierge team were very polite, drove the golf cart smoothly, and displayed exceptional manners.
The pool, gym, and spa were incredible, really well equipped, and everything was spotless. Honestly, there’s nothing I could fault about the facilities.
As for the room, it was fantastic—spacious with classy decor, a really comfy bed, a beautiful bathroom, free minibar, a huge TV, and even a coffee machine. We couldn't have asked for more.

A respectable hotel that I would recommend. Everything is good. The location is next to Siam Paragon, a 5-minute walk, and there is a free delivery service to and from the complex with golf cars. The hotel belongs to a Thai company and they have other hotels in Bangkok and outside the country. This hotel is newer than their second hotel, which is close to Icon Siam, and is considered really new. Our reservation was premier room. The only problem we faced was the air conditioning. The air conditioner suddenly became hot and the remote control would not accept any adjustments. They seem to have an incomprehensible system. If the receptionist explains how the air conditioning system works in the rooms upon check-in, that would be very helpful. Pictures speak.

The hotel had a wonderful feel the moment we arrived, there was a short delay because a few people arrived at once but we were greeted and made to feel we would be seen soon which we were. Location was perfect, short buggy ride to the nearest mall(you could walk if you didn’t want to wait a few minutes) which had a large grocery store where you are dropped, from that mall you can hop malls all the way to Siam square. In the other direction there is a 7-11 a few minutes walk. Our room was so comfortable with complimentary soft drinks and tasty nibbles. The pool was spacious with many loungers,the great guys at the pool made up your chairs with two towels, nothing for you to do except relax. The breakfast so tasty. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble from check in to check out the luggage guys, cleaners, waiters the guys at the pool. Absolutely splendid

The staff is very kind. When I went down to the lobby to take a taxi, a staff asked me if I needed help first and helped me get a taxi. While my son went to get food, the staff at the restaurant folded the napkin from the chair again and put it on the table, and removed the dishes right away. The welcome cookies in the room and various free snacks were also good. But the thing is that you have to explain the location of the hotel to the taxi drivers properly to visit the hotel. Sorry. I didn't see your question until now. It usually costs around 500 to 900 bahts if you take a taxi,depending on what kind of cars you take. And there arw washing machines in some suites but I am not sure the name of of suites they call. But i did stay in one of those rooms. Sorry for the late reply.
