I visited Bangkok last month with my wife. We had booked our tickets through the popular travel portal Antilog Vacations and got a lucrative package from them. They are one of the pioneers of tours to Bangkok and the site is a must check out in case you are planning a trip there. The LIT Bangkok was booked as our abode for our 3 day 2 nights stay.
One of the first things we noticed was that the LIT Bangkok was located in a convenient city centre position in the Pathumwan area. Consequently most famous shopping arcades and tourist spots like Siam Square, Siam Paragon etc were a stone’s throw away. The Phaya Thai Sky Train station was located nearby too. Moreover we saw later that the hotel is also next to the National Stadium, so taking the airport commute is effortless too. The entrance to the resort though was located through a narrow strip of land and unless your driver is aware of the route you might face some issues. The chances of this happening are less though as the LIT is a popular resort and almost every cabbie knows the place.
The first gaze of the resort was quite intriguing as it had a Thai look and feel to it but the international décor switches the ambience and gave it a nice dual appearance. We were soon directed towards our room and the butlers carried our luggage to our room no. 201. The room was around 500 sqft and was very well maintained with posh interiors. Free internet is a great add on as the wifi offers reasonably high speeds. Coffee maker, fridge and LCD TV are also present inside the room.
The food is another high point of the resort. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a huge spread. The lunch had dinner buffet had Thai dishes along with Indian fares. Recommended!!

Stayed here with partner and daughter in feb 2020, it was immaculate, the whole place was so clean, it was an excellent location with a 2 minute walk to MBK and the another 5 to 10 minutes walk to Siam Paragon and all other shopping centres, it was a welcome relief to get back to hotel pool which again was immaculate, breakfast was not huge but a great choice and variety and all very fresh. The staff were very accommodating and so polite at all times, nothing was too much trouble....luved it

The location is quite typical, nestled between the poor and old with full access close by to the modern malls and sky train, so to many it is perfect. We found it limited unless you are happy to travel a bit.

The spa, staff and food are very good. The rooms are good without being plush. Everything is clean and works well.

We just feel that it could be even better but in the end it is good value for money.

It is 45 minutes drive from the airport.

I love the idea of some rooms is very design. Some things i found it a bit weird on the second floor you can see the pool when you take you breakfast but you do not have access easily, you need to go downstairs then take the outside stairs to go again to second floor then you can enjoy the pool. They have a great small gym but if you need to go to the toilet is not near to the gym. If you want to take a shower after gym you need your room card and you have access to the steam bath. In general is a nice hotel and you have a lot of shopping mall around and also a metro station.👍

After we booking the room the reception told us that all the rooms that we looking for are fully booked and she can upgrade our room but with no extra charge.
But when we checked we get the most regular room much cheaper from the room we paying for.
When we came to tell the reception about it they told us there is nothing we can do and they won't make up us for there mistake.
I highly recommend for anyone who seeing this, stay away from this hotel!
There are so manny good hotels in those prices in bangkok.

Please allow us to clarify that your reservation of Extra Radiance Room was made on the same day of your arrival. LiT Hotel is located down a narrow lane and its a shot walk to National Stadium BTS.

The hotel has an array of very different style hotel rooms. The rooms are a decent size and have a bar fridge  a mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes and some type of thing useless slippers.

The beds are okay but a little firm for my liking.

They provide free bottled water and Wi-Fi but the Wi-Fi is very poor and drops out regularly.

In the rooms there is a desk a large LCD TV with a very poor selection of stations with five of the 15 channels in English so you're pretty well stuck with BBC News or some corny movies.

There is a bath and a separate shower and the water pressure is quite good.

On the ground level there is a gymnasium and on the first floor there is a swimming pool and a pool bar.

The hotel is a short walk from the MBK center shopping mall.

I think this hotel is a little overpriced for what else is on offer throughout Bangkok but it's not bad for two or three nights stay.

Lit Hotel is located in a good place, just a few minutes from BTS station, and you can walk to Siam Square. There’s also a convenience store and MBK shopping mall; they had everything we needed. The hotel was clean and pleasant, and all the staff were friendly. Porter looks for a taxi with a taximeter because some taxi drivers try to get more money than they drive from tourists like us. The staff in the hotel restaurant are caring as they serve foods that are not in the buffet if possible.

Stayed here for a week and had the full support of the team. They were responsive to all my requests and made the stay extremely enjoyable. Location is a little far from the main road but that means you don’t get the traffic noise and crowds when you come back to your little oasis at the end of the day.

This is a pretty lovely place to come stay as tourist for a couple of days. Its many attractive features include:
(1) location. Less than two minutes’ walk from national stadium BTS. Note that if you come with older folks, there is a lift - look carefully.
(2). Room. We stayed in the residence which is around the corner (note - you still have to check in at the hotel, not at the actual residence cos there’s no one manning the station there). They will send you with your luggage there on a buggy. All rooms are suites with balconies (good for drying clothes!) and come with a washing machine/dryer (with powder provided), kitchenette (with a new wash cloth and detergent provided), electric stove, microwave. Four bottles of water are provided daily! Aircon is strong. Wi-Fi is strong.
(3). Breakfast (at the hotel). It’s an ala carte buffet in addition to a decent spread of items. Service is fast!
(4). Massage. I’m not referring to the hotel spa, but the little shop across the hotel. Reasonable prices, so if you don’t want to venture far, just come here.

Above all, your stay likely won’t burn a big hole in your pocket!! This is not the kind of place that will blow you away from awe or spectacle. If you intend to spend a significant amount of time outside your room, plus you want to save some extra money for expenditures, yet you want to enjoy a medium level of luxury and comfort, then this is one of my top recommendations in BKK (I visit BKK yearly, sometimes twice).
