Tower Club At Lebua enjoys a central location favored by guests for its proximity to cultural sites and the convenience it offers for city exploration. The hotel's sophisticated ambiance, often noted for its live music and chic decor, is a highlight for many, although it can be lively at times.
Luxurious amenities, including the Sky Bar and generous breakfast, receive high marks, as do the spacious rooms with their breathtaking views, despite some needing updates. While the value is sometimes questioned due to pricey dining options, the cleanliness and service generally receive accolades for their high standards.

Stayed 1 night in October 2024 in 3 bedroom suite with family of 6. Staff very professional, polite and attentive, in particular Amy from Concierge desk who was always right place, right time, from very beginning of our arrival to the last moment while we were loading the taxi with bags, she was always there making sure everything goes smoothly, super helpful shared few local tips which saved us time and made our stay easy and pleasant. Hotel is really nice, suite was great with some fruit and desserts on arrival, fridge loaded with water and drinks, suite is very spacious but quite simple in furnishings and decorations, TV like from 90’s, room needs some investment but the river view from 56th floor in Lebua Tower made up for it and we were super happy with it. Also Club Lounge - amazing place, great attentive service and food - same experience from breakfast team - staff and food - everything just amazing and one of the best breakfast buffets ever. The only place which is letting the hotel down to complete the overall good hotel experience is the famous Skybar - very weird experience, staff makes you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable or just weird. It was really weird experience, nice views but staff seemed very strange - not genuine at all. They seem to suspect everyone from just crashing the place to take pictures without ordering drinks and they try to prevent this happening but creates some unpleasant tension - not what you want to deal with while having a night out on holidays. drink prices are excluding service charge which you would not be aware of before ordering so final bill came with average drink price @ €50 per one (1) drink (glass of cheap wine) which also answers the question why this is not a friendly place to chill with buddies - better avoid and enjoy the views from different angles.

This is the fifth time that Accommodation at Tower Club at Lebua, already last year in July we came and the second day left, pool and gym unusable! I have always come because I love kindness and hospitality, but for two years now there is something wrong! Previous years in the room they had been cleaning twice for a few years no more. Bathroom products have decreased, This year the water from the sink drain came out of the bathtub. In the breakfast room the staff is too few, there is just so much confusion, the guys are banging like crazy to do a job that should do at least 4 more people. Too many people at the reception guests little workforce in the hall. We paid for a service that is identical to the State Tower rooms...no difference, because my daughter and her partner have a room there. Tomorrow morning we leave and I don't think we will come back, reluctantly but it is so! .

We are a family of seven, including three boys, and we stayed in a three-bedroom suite for five nights.
Pros:
• Breakfast: The hotel’s breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including many healthy choices suitable for children. • Swimming Pool: The pool is spacious with different depths, making it perfect for family members of all ages to enjoy together. • Tower Club Amenities: The Tower Club provides complimentary lunch and afternoon tea. Although we didn’t use it often, we were very satisfied with the quality. The selection was limited but refined. • Comfortable Beds: The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep for everyone. • Proximity to ICONSIAM: The hotel is conveniently close to ICONSIAM, our family’s favorite shopping mall. We loved the comfortable temperature inside, along with the opportunity to enjoy a variety of street food in a clean and comfortable environment. • Laundry Facilities: Before our stay, we tried to confirm if there was a washing machine and dryer available, but we couldn’t find any clear information. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find both in our suite. Using the washing machine and dryer every night meant we had fresh clothes ready each morning, saving us from hand-washing after a tiring day out. Given that this is a hotel and not a serviced apartment, this feature greatly enhanced our travel experience. • Service: The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Their smiles made us feel at home throughout our stay.
Cons:
• Soundproofing: While the often-mentioned issue of outdated facilities wasn’t a major concern for us, the main challenge was the soundproofing of the front door. Our three boys can be quite loud at times, and their voices could be heard in the hallway.
Conclusion:
• Without a doubt, Lebua will remain our family’s top choice for our next visit to Bangkok.

Arrival and check in were bad. The car park is like a Thai horror movie dungeon. They really should clean, paint and light up that area, it’s embarrassing. The entrance hallway stinks also. The Filipino duty manager was borderline rude, insisting on 4 passports for 3 Thai citizens and myself when mine is currently with immigration for my visa (we live a few hours north of Bangkok) and this was a very last minute walk in booking. My drivers licence was not good enough, even though they stated any official ID was ok. The room is tired and dated and lacks tech for easy phone and device charging. The balcony is locked ruining any chance to soak up the view. The bathroom is nice and water pressure great as well having an exhaust fan helps a lot. The TV is tiny and more like a large tablet these days. The channels and reception etc were very good. Our dinner in cafe Mezu was a huge disappointment. My wife sent the first Thai dish back and the second had a black hair in it. They did end up waiving the bill which was very kind. None of the dishes were particularly great and charging $15 Au for a can of coke is just robbery by any standards. The young lady from Myanmar serving us was a very nice person and we liked her. The lady welcoming people to go up to the roof was also very kind and our 4 year old loved her. The views from the rooftop are stunning, but Labua get no credit for that. They rave on about dress code and standards, yet one guest had a sheer see through dress on which was laughable really. The breakfast was Lavish as one guest put it to me and I had to agree but almost too big and too much. I strongly disliked being forced to ask for BBQ toasted bread and would prefer a normal toast conveyor. The cook chucking the bacon and sausages onto large flames and burning it was also a massive letdown. We were stopped by a senior Thai manager named Tanya who apologized for the issues we faced since arrival and we greatly appreciated. She really saved this from being a very negative experience and review. She hit the standards of service we expect from these types of hotels. Thank you. However we would not return to this hotel as we prefer 2 or 3 other luxury hotels in Bangkok. Oh I forgot to mention the swimming pool which was very special.

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms have a kitchenette they say you can use but you cannot. The cleaning lady doesn’t change the sheets. The same stain was on the sheets for two days. She left the trashbin multiple times on the toilet in the bathroom after cleaning and didn’t empty the trashbins. She also didn’t clean the bathtub. The bathbomb stains were still in the bathtub. We needed to ask the cleaning ladies everytime to empty the trashbins and clean the room like it is supposed to be cleaned. The breakfast bacon is too hard to chew and burned. There is no smoky flavour in the bacon. The breakfast selection is small. The baked potatoes were raw on the inside. During breakfast the staff keeps harassing you to leave a good review. They also want to check your review and what you wrote. The airconditioning in our room only worked on the right side. We asked 5 times if the hotel could fix it. They said they did, but the airconditioning was still broken. We eventually said they didn’t have to fix it anymore as we got tired from asking. The fitness area has very old equipment. When you try to use the equipment it shakes like it will fall on your head. The staff that calls for a taxi in front of the hotel asks inappropriate questions like how much salary do you earn and the guy kept on flirting with my mother. This hotel is not worthy of 5 stars. We went to take pictures at the dome and the staff kept on asking us to buy expensive drinks at the bar.

Dear ccV8142PD, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at our hotel. I am truly sorry to hear about the various issues you encountered and looked into these with my respective teams. This certainly does not reflect the high standards we strive to uphold. Following our eco-friendly practices, the linens are changed upon request to conserve water and other resources, aligning with many guests' environmental concerns, but made a note of your preferences for future stays. We take your feedback seriously and are actively working to improve our service quality and guest experience. It would be my privilege to welcome you back and demonstrate the true lebua experience. I look forward to your future visit to showcase the quality and hospitality we are known for. Warm regards, Rajan Khurana General Manager rajan@lebua.com

When arrived thought service was good. Had been upgraded to suite but room not ready for 2 hours (ahead of 2pm check in) whilst others were taken to rooms. Unfortunately despite it being morning and having travelled overnight we were ineligible for breakfast or coffee while we waited , unless of course we paid. Room was good but had to chase cases as they had not been brought to room. Hotel is centrally located and a visit to the sky bar and restaurant is a must and we did this for our anniversary. Food was amazing , mark up on alcohol 1000%. Eg bottle of wine on Amazon £24.95 = 1125 Bhat but cost 5,400 Bhat = £120. But it was a special occasion with amazing views and we wanted to celebrate our anniversary . Staff were attentive. Unfortunately we were left waiting over 10 minutes whilst the waiter sought to authorise our meal on our room - this was declined - very embarrassing- luckily we had taken our cards to dinner. Staff on arrival should make it clear regarding deposit and extending this if you intend to eat and drink at hotel as 10,000 Baht doesn’t go far!! When we told them how we felt there was little empathy or support. It really spoilt what should have been, and was until that point a special night. Initially the manager offered us wine or chocolates but it was late at night and we were checking out early the following day. They said look at it overnight and sort when we checked out. At checkout the member of staff was dismissive and said there was nothing they could do. Didn’t even ask if we’d had a nice stay or invite us to make a review as had been offered to others checking out. Overall the hotel is a bit dated, the views on 64/52 floors are worth it as is the Dome 266 cocktail. The majority of staff are helpful , management were rude. Concierge service were helpful, housekeeping staff couldn’t do enough for you, and the staff looking after the restaurant side are helpful. In saying that the costs if drink and food are pricey and it is all about the mark up , there are plenty of other places to eat outside to get the authentic Bangkok. Boat is the best was to get anywhere and the staff at the boat stations are helpful.

The stay was excellent as always. The service and the price-performance ratio are absolutely right. We have been coming to the Lebua for over 10 years and always enjoy coming back. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and the Tower Club Lounge is also highly recommended. The pool invites you to cool off and all sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth in the gym. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The suites offer enough space for families and are also recommended for those with babies/toddlers.

This hotel is fantastic! Cherry was extremely helpful. I thought she had been working here for many years as she was so professional & knowledgeable. The room was great w/a great view. Our room was extremely spacious & roomy. The breakfast was put off this world, w/foods from all over the world, eggs, soups, noodles, pasta, an Indian section, sushi, fresh fruits & more. They had 4 separate cooking stains, plus a working brick over for making toast. The breakfast was included, but the other bars & restaurants are very expensive. To my fair tho, the other bars & restaurants were Michelin Star rated venues. The check-in process was amazing, as they sit you down in nice soft chairs around a table, give ua cold bottle of water & a cold towel. The hotel & hotel lobby are even more beautiful than the outside of the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located near the river so it's easy access to the massive IconSiam shopping mall & to very far from downtown. The hotel offers a transfer service from the airport to the hotel. We (I) picked the BMW 7-Series car for about $90 1-way, but they offer cheaper services.

Upon arrival, received a warm welcome from the bellman and be guided by the guest relations officer to the lobby, where you got seated, served with mineral water, a cold towel… & you just have to wait there for the all the check in procedures to be done.
The room is big, AC are already turn on waiting for your arrival (an email will be sent to you asking for your arrival details few days before your arrival)… a little complaint is that the sound proofing in the room are kinda bad.
The breakfast selections are great - Western, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, European….. international and they are all very tasty.
This round I’m lucky to get an upgrade to a river view and having a late checkout! So thankful to the team in Lebua.
I will definitely be back again.
Meanwhile, do continue with the great work!

Perfect. Its reputation is deserved. Legendary service and amazing food. Really helpful staff. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you will feel really well taken care of. One thing to be wary of is that the reputation is so legendary that taxis will try to overcharge you because they think you’re a movie star or something.
