I have stayed here for a week during the convid-19 pandemic gradually getting worse in Bangkok. Probably I was the only guest in the hotel when I checkout. However, during that week, even there weren’t many guests, their service never compromised, the staff spirit still optimistic and positive, not any facilities closed because only few people staying. Even I can feel some anxious outside, more and more people start masking themselves and more and more places offering sterilizer for public, but the hotel staffs still keep smiling and comforting our whenever we engage to each other, seriously I believe their attitude calm down people’s worries. I really liked this hotel and for sure I will back again.

Of course, the St. Regis BKK is a great property in terms of the rooms, breakfast, restaurant, swimming pool and specially the locations! No matter what reasons you visit this fantastic city, this is a convenient place for everyone.

This St Regis hotel is truly exemplary of a 6 star hotel. The rooms are furnished with an open concept , making it stylish, modern and spacious. What is amazing for me is the wonderful scent present in the cupboards. I like to hang my clothes up as I travel for work and most hotels cupboards usually have a stale scent. it is really a pleasant surprise and a great experience. The service is professional and pleasant. My only complaint are the toiletries (for most St Regis hotels). The toiletries smell like medicine at times and I usually use my own, as a result. The location of this hotel is also excellent as the train or transit train station is linked to the hotel, making it convenient to travel to the shopping malls. Overall it is a great stay.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Elite members, i always take marriott group hotel as my choice , i have stay in JW marriott , courtyard by Marriott and St Regis in different counties ! I can say The St regis bangkok never disappoint me and always surprise me in their excellent world class service! They focus on very little detail as it really impress me !

Some example as follow :

1. Everyone in the lobby will quickly come to you to greet you! While i am taking the lift , one of staff is moving luggage to life , he is high aware on surrounding and say hi to me quick which really surprise me !

2. Even i only stay 2 night, one of the staff in lobby named Tom can remember me and greet me with my name which i feel i was respect.

3. When i have breakfast in restaurant , one of the staff send me the egg which i order ! Except putting the egg down, she will check if any plate or glass that was empty before she left and clean it out which i never experienced before in other hotel. As i feel that they really care about my experience of enjoying the breakfast with a clean and neat table !

4. My butler was Maxwell ! he demonstrate very detail orient and warm service which i haven’t experience in other St regis i stay ! As it was our anniversary, he didn’t mention anything but we receive the surprise of the rose and cake when i come back from dinner ! i was surprised ! Also, he will connect with me to see anything i need support of packing before the day of my departure ! i feel so warm!

5. One more thing , i would share is the messenger service of St regis! it help me a lot! As i has friend birthday and in bangkok, however i already go back to my home country during her birthday! The messenger service help me a lot of helping me prepare the cake and send to her hotel! And the signature hotel was so delicious shared by my friend !

Thank you St Regis Bangkok ! Never disappoint me! Highly recommend to people who want to have a relax stay in bangkok and have high expectation on service !

Having gotten married at a St Regis, I’ve visited several of its properties around the US and world. This property was by far the least well maintained, fairly generic, and isolated in an area blanketed by hotels. If you long to wonder the streets of Bangkok and explore local bars and restaurants, be prepared to take a cab. Unless you want to hotel hop, there is little culture and few dining options in this area. The saving grace of our stay were pockets of great service and a good quality food. The service at the pool was strong, and the quality of the food throughout our stay was high.

When you arrive, the first thing you will notice is a worn out, stained, and dark carpet. This sets the stage for the decor in the rest of the property. The lobby could easily be that of a property in Phoenix, AZ as there are few nods to the vibrant heritage of Bangkok. The second floor bar area and parts of the lobby were decorated with ugly banquet chairs to accommodate over flow from the buffet.

The check in process was long. Compounded by that it happens in the room, made it feel invasive.

The bar offered two for one cocktails before 7pm. Sadly, the cocktails were half portioned (photos attached) making them less of a deal. My sliders served at the bar were cold, and a request to add cheese was ignored. We were also asked if we wanted a newspaper for our room, and though requested, it never arrived during any of our four days.

The butler service was efficient and the property offered daily laundry service free of charge for six items a day. This was wonderful and exceeded our expectations.

I’d stay here again for business but not for anyone coming to Bangkok for fun or with friends. The neighboring Anantara, while older, was well maintained, elegant, and felt like it was situated in Thailand.

Really impressed by the hotel's quick and courteous response to my complaint about the room noise. The hotel went out of its way to get me ear plugs and offered to change my room to a quieter location. My issue was addressed in a positive manner and all the hotel staff I've interacted with were friendly and accommodating.

If you're a light sleeper, try not to get a room on the lower level facing the park because you'll also get the skytrain noise.

Our family really loved this hotel and we would stay here if we ever get the opportunity to visit Bangkok again.

Highlights:

Service- every single person we engaged with provided fantastic service. Checkin, bar, pool, breakfast, butler, and pastry shop.

Location- directly connect to the BTS sky train via the 2nd floor. Purchase a daily tourist pass and you can easily ride down to the river and take a boat ride. 3 very large malls with food courts are within walking distance or one stop via BTS. Most of the area can be done without risk of getting wet with covered walkways.

Breakfast: this was by far the best breakfast on our trip. Thai food, Western, Sushi, Dim Sum, fresh fruit, omelettes, etc. The variety is very good, but the quality is extremely high.

Pool: what a great pool. Located 15 floors up the view of the area is great and a great place to relax. Even the pool bathrooms were nice!

If we visit Bangkok again we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.

The hotel is directly connected to the SkyTrain via a bridge accessed from the second floor. There is a concierge area at ground level along with a cafe and a sitting area but the main reception is on the 12th floor.

Everything in the hotel is immaculate, from decor to furnishings. You walk off the main road and into a space of calm and serenity. I received a warm welcome and an efficient check in. The staff were friendly and took me through everything I needed to know about the property.

My room was very spacious with a side view of the Royal Sports Club. The bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub can be opened up to the rest of the room giving it a more spacious feel, or shut out with sliding doors for privacy. Complimentary Elemis products are provided. There was also a small sofa in the room as well as a working desk, along with office supplies. Complimentary tea and coffee were also provided.

The St Regis butler service was very responsive and efficient to any requests made.

Breakfast was served at Viu restaurant and mainly included a buffet as well as a select a la carte menu. There was a wide choice of cuisines, a large bakery section, fresh fruit and cereal, as well as noodle, egg and other cooking stations. We enjoyed dinner at VIU one evening which was a mostly buffet option with a limited la carte menu also available. It was enjoyable but very busy from the buffet footfall.

The hotel has a nice pool area as well, which is great for relaxing. Snacks and drinks are also served at the poolside.

In Bangkok you are spoilt for choice when it comes to luxury hotels and the St. Regis does not disappoint. I have certainly added it to my list of favourites. I would highly recommend it and happily return.

We were originally booked the St.Regis suite room type because we believed that the 100 sqm room size was well fit with our expectation and had enough space for our son to run around, without any clues, we got the double upgrade to Astor suites which make us fell stuning at the first glanced.

The both room types are not different too much by number (100 sqm to around 116 sqm) but the layout design with the hugh glass window make us feel twice bigger. Honestly to say that was my first time to see the beautiful view of RBSC with highest angle like this.

The room was well suite elegant furnished and came along with 5 stars amenities and seem like to understand the desire of customer in every details. The writing desk with completed stationary was my place and the bed was extreamly comfortable.

The Afternoom tea is a must, the price was a little bit too high on my first thought but the quality, creativity, presentation and service were made the price I paid was resonable after all. Beverage had to be mentioned also, the Cocktail lover of GT fan must be appreciated with the huge selection items and how to present with the style.

The breakfast was magnificent with the super quality of each selection, the hot station was superb, tasty and consistancy in every dish.

The service was excellent and details in every aspect, butler service is your right hand to make your life much more easier while your stayed here. Special Thank you for Khun Menn, Butler team and Khun Nicky from Guest service agent for the exclusive memorable stayed and tried the best to make sure every things are smooth as it should be.

This place is the pecfectly combination between luxurious New York vibe and theme with the exclusively Thai Hospitality. The only problem that we found was we did not had more time to stay here any longer.

My wife and I have stayed at this property a number of times over the years, and are just concluding another holiday here.

There is absolutely nothing we can fault with the St Regis Bangkok. The property is in a fantastic location on Rajadamri Road in the heart of Bangkok, close to shopping, business, dining, markets, and everything else you could ask for. Direct access to a BTS station makes getting around a breeze.

The property is comfortable, sophisticated, elegant, and peaceful; a real haven from the wonderful chaos that is Bangkok.

There are plenty of dining options in the hotel, and a plethora of other options within walking distance or a short train ride. Breakfast is fantastic with a huge array of different cuisines, and a la carte options both local and international.

The thing that really sets the St Regis apart though is the staff. Everyone here appears to genuinely care about guests, and all are unfailingly attentive and helpful.
My wife and I are perhaps unusual as we tend to stay for a while longer than most guests do, but regardless, the staff make us feel welcome and at home, remembering our preferences and foibles, and taking great care of us.

Every time we have to go home we can't wait to return.

We got a great deal from Hotels.com and I could not believe how wonderful this hotel was. The rooms are HUGE with beautiful a beautiful bathroom (bath rub and rain shower). Upon arrival, you are assigned a butler who will bring tea/coffee, pack/unpack your luggage, etc. Truly a first class experience. The included breakfast is wonderful - there are so many choices - a noodle soup bar, omelette bar, juice bar, sushi bar, pancake/french toast/waffle station, fried rice, noodles, and plenty meat options. The rooftop pool is gorgeous as well! It is a wonderful location if you're interested in seeing the large shopping malls (10 min walk).
