The reception staff are very professional. Superb swimming pool with a magnificent view. The gym is very well equipped. Thanks to Suki who took our reservation in advance. When she showed us around the room, she took off her shoes, which we greatly appreciated.

Very comfortable modern hotel in the business district. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very helpful and courteous. There is a rooftop bar (not the best range of drinks but very good price) and a restaurant. The breakfast has an excellent range of food including Asian and Western options, very extensive and largely the quality is good.
There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby and a 7-11 shop downstairs for supplies. The Ari district is hip and has lots of places to hang out but it is a little way from many of the main attractions of Bangkok. It is very close to the BST station, though this can get busy the trains are regular. Taxis are an option but Bangkok traffic often means you can take 40 mins to an hour to get to some locations that could be 20 mins away (helpful if you ask your driver to use the Expressway which costs extra).
We had the deluxe room with bathtub. It was on 28th floor and had an amazing view. The room was spacious and light. The aircon is powerful and works well. The beds are large and comfortable. The wifi was okay while occasionally dropping out briefly. The room also had a small kitchnette where you could eat food purchased outside or get Grab food deliveries (not much equipment for cooking but there is a hob and some utensils if you wanted to). There is large refrigerator with minibar items that you must pay for, but you can buy your own stuff from the 7-11 downstairs to stock it.
One problem with the bathroom was that the hot water took time to come through in the shower and, very disappointing, the hot water tap in the bath only dispensed cold water (and I tried running it for a while too but no luck). Also the shower attachment in the bath for rinsing your hair also does not work. I paid extra for a room with a bathtub, so this was very disappointing and a waste of money. One day I did fill the bath using the shower head from the shower, but it took forever, so I did not use it again. So please fix the bathtub in room 2803!
Otherwise, this was a very comfortable hotel with great staff and felt good to return to after a day sightseeing in Bangkok.

I was a bit wary of this place, thought it would be too far out from the center, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It was a short walk to the ARI sky train station, and the neighborhood has plenty of options for dinning, drinking or getting a nice massage or do a bit of shopping. The hotel is above offices so pretty much a great view from any room. The 7-11 on the ground floor was very handy as these rooms are not filled with an overpriced mini bar, just an empty frig with some complementary water. Rooms are clean and modern, and the pool has views to die for! The buffet breakfast was good too. I commend this property for providing value and not “nickel & dime’ ing” your guests!

The Quarter by Ari UHG has unfortunately gone downhill considerably and it used to be a really good property but now has deteriorated.
Chicken was a pain in the neck and a misandrsit lazy bully who doesn't want to do her own job and just expect customers to do it for her. I had made my booking online and all of details were provided and when I checked in I provided my passport and then she hands me a piece of paper and asked me to fill out my name address email phone number and everything under the sun when she already had it all and I said to her you've got it all so she yells at me says you fill it!
I wrote my surname and email and that was it I'm not doing some lazy staff members job for them when they should have done it themselves.
There was no Direction given to the rooms and there was no offer of assistance for your luggage all those things seem to have fallen away with poor service.
I noticed they were no hand towels or face washes and I called reception and they said they'll send some up and they never arrived an hour later I went down to reception and told them and they said they will send them up immediately and they never arrived and were never given to me throughout the stay. 0 out of 10 on service.
The rooms at the quarter Ari are spacious and nicely set out and there is a mid-sized fridge freezer, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, a hair dryer, and some pathetic cardboard looking things they call slippers which are nothing more than rubbish.
They do not provide bathrobes, dental kits, hand towels or face washers and the towels they provide are like rags and should have been disposed of a long time of go they are extremely tatty and are very poor quality and are in a terrible condition.
The beds are quite firm a bit too firm for my liking and they have a large LCD TV.
The bathroom in this room I had was very cramped and a large person or a person with any mobility issues would not have been able to use the toilet. The Washed by some tap was faulty and sprayed water all over and the shower water pressure was average at best.
There is a rooftop Cafe Bar and gymnasium and the rooftop swimming pool or with excellent views across Bangkok. The hotel is located approximately 600 M from the Ari BTS station, and there's a group of small stores which operate during daylight hours at the front of the building and there is also a couple of food outlets and they Pizza Company restaurant and a 7-Eleven located on the 1st two levels.
It was disappointing to go here and see that they have let their standards drop because my first visit here I rated this as an extremely good hotel now it would struggle on 3 stars and the service would get one star at best.
Considering how poorly this place has dropped off I would recommend looking for other properties as there's plenty of hotels in Bangkok that provide good comfortable rooms and excellent service

Even though I booked my flight too early compared to my check in time everyone in the lobby was very accommodating. They set my luggage aside to bring to the room when it was ready in the afternoon, and they showed me to the hotel pool so that I could use the showers, as I had not had time to shower between flights.
Suki was especially helpful as she explained all of the amenities, like the breakfast buffet, as well as the 7/11 located around the corner, inside the ground floor of the building. She even gave me a discount coupon for 15% off of any room services because they were sorry for making me wait. Although, again, it was my own fault for arriving so early.
Thank you all for making me feel so welcome here on my first visit to Thailand!

First time here. I picked the location to be close to work and it is an area I am familiar with. It is about a 20 min walk to the weekend market at Chatuchak and between the Ari and Sapan Khwai BTS. The hotel is located at the back of the building. Lobby is on the ground floor. Make sure the driver knows to go to the back and not drop you off at 7-11 if you have luggage and are arriving by grab or taxi. I did not get breakfast with my room because I did not want it. but I looked at the buffet. The price was 360 for breakfast buffet which is reasonable and there is a lot of choices both western and Asian. The swimming pool is open 6am to 9pm and it is a decent size for lap swimming. There are a lot of guests who like to take photos though and they will take up the pool with their photo sessions. The work out room was very good. Good selection of free weights and machines. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. I was out most of the day and it was a pleasure coming back to a tidy room. The fixtures in the bathroom are nice, marble or stone. Tap water gets hot but shower water temp was only hot one day at 4pm. If you like hot showers you may have to get used to tepid temperatures (which is fine, I just prefer very hot temp. The room is very spacious. I had one bed it might have been a king size and I still felt able to move around comfortably. Th he bed was very comfortable. There is a fridge and I was surprised to find a plate of fresh tropical fruits for me in it. They provide you with bottled water which I advise you to take when you are outside as it gets very hot and humid. The room comes with a safe. Air conditioning was superb and you will need it. Overall a very positive experience. Other guests appear to be Chinese from Malaysia and Singapore, there were a few Europeans. The hotel was mainly quiet. Could hear some noise through the wall but not bad and only one day. I would recommend this hotel for its location, staff and quality of accommodation.

Location is in the Ari neighbourhood and away from the liveliness of Bangkok. Generally the area was relatively quiet compared to say staying around Siam, Asoke or Silom. Taxis can access the location through both street directions though.
Our room was very comfortable. The high floors allowed us to leave the window blinds open. The king size bed was very comfortable. Not a fan of the window with the bedroom looking into the bathroom so we kept that shade closed. Housekeeping was always friendly and quick.
Wifi was inconsistent during our stay -- one day we were getting 500 Mbps and other days there was no wifi at all. Front desk could only suggest that we use wifi from the lobby. We couldn't use Youtube on the room's TV during half our stay because of no wifi.
Breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend that guest try it paid if it's not included in your stay. Very large variety of options and everything delicious.
The gym is decently equipped but has open membership to the public so it's pretty much always busy. Similarly pool access is part of the gym membership. The pool water isn't heated.
Four coffee/drink shops and four restaurants (two Thai, sushi, pizza) are at street level in the building. A lot of street food in the neighbourhood which changes day to day and morning to evening. Full service restaurants are a further walk blocks away.
We enjoyed our stay so much that The Quarter Ari is on our shortlist for our 2024 return to Bangkok.
Ari BTS is a 10 minute walk away. Or Tor Kor Market is a 25 minute walk away, and Chatuchak is 30 minutes away.

Our stay at the Quartet Ari Hotel was just fantastic! The location of the hotel could not be better: Located within walking distance of Ari BTS Station, it is the perfect base from which to quickly explore Bangkok.
The hotel itself is stylish, modern and designed with great attention to detail. Our room was very nicely decorated. A highlight was definitely the breakfast: a large selection of fresh, delicious food that left nothing to be desired.
We would particularly like to highlight the incredibly friendly and courteous staff. A big thank you goes to Suki, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. She was always there for us with a smile and great tips.
Another plus: Since our flight home was only in the evening we were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout at the hotel and even use the showers before our departure.
All in all, the Quartet Ari Hotel offers top customer service, an excellent location and an all-round feel-good experience. We can only highly recommend it and will definitely come back on our next visit to Bangkok!

Suki welcomed us very well - showed us around the hotel. Here she showed us the training room, which is on the 33rd floor, and the swimming pool, which also had a fantastic view - over the whole of Bangkok! The swimming pool area has nice sun loungers, both in the water and on the terrace! The entire hotel has a very high standard, and is very centrally located in terms of transport to the places you want to see in Bangkok. We were also upgraded to a room with a seaview - at no extra cost. Thanks for the great service Suki - greetings your Manchester United friend :) (she supports United, which was really cool!)

Great stay experience~~~ I am really happy to stay in such a good hotel at a preferential price. You can see the beautiful scenery of Bangkok through the window, and it is even more beautiful at night. The infinity pool is definitely worth taking a photo~~~ The room is clean and every employee is friendly and smiling. Special thanks to Ken for his service, which made our stay smooth and convenient^^, worthy of praise^^
The transportation location is also very convenient because it is not far from Ari BTS station, about three to five minutes' walk.
There are 7-11 and Starbucks downstairs nearby. If you feel hungry in the middle of the night or in the morning, you can get delicious food.
