Neighbourhood
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

Just check in and extremely bad experience with front desk staff - Mr. Poom (looks very unhappy). He doesn't seem interested in helping with my request for check-in before 2pm and brushed me off with a rude "Please understand my point" when I asked for a late check-out. Worst

The breakfast is very very good. The service as you would expect is excellent. Room cleanliness was superb. I must say the pool was a tad chilly in the afternoon and only the hard nosed like myself and my boys ventured in at all.

The hotel is nice and modern, massage and restaurant are everywhere. They have 2 restaurants that you can eat your breakfast although it depends on your package deal. The ground floor has more variety where the upper floor has not much but it has nice view plus is more relaxing

There are lots of great places to eat around the hotel if you went to western food and a good hamburger there’s a place upstairs just across the street there’s also a Japanese restaurant there but when you walk just about anywhere and Bangkok you will always find food stalls along the street. My rule of thumb is if they’re cooking it in a very hot wok it’s probably pretty safe to eat. In the 20 years I’ve been traveling to Bangkok never been sick by eating street food. Enjoy your trip you love it!

Just left there today. 4th visit. One of the best if not the best hotel in Bangkok. Not sure on room size for families but plenty were staying there. Most rooms are not huge. Breakfast buffet is amazing with plenty of vegan options. New CEO starting soon but they are usually good with communication replies. Try again...if still no reply then look elsewhere...but hotel is worth staying at

This is the perfect hotel for family of 4. The nearest BTS station to Hotel is Phrom Pong which is 12 mins away to be precise opposite FENDI EMPORIUM. It is advisable to use the path along the road which is safe as always. It is easily accessible at night as late as 2 pm. I hope this information will be useful.
