From the moment we were welcomed to our reluctant farewell, Victoria Falls Safari Suites took care of my son and I with grace, care and warmth. We ate our meals at the Victoria Falls Safari Club with its spectacular views – and each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Our 2-bedroom suite was comfortable and perfect for relaxing after activities, catching up on a movie with popcorn (provided!) or just sitting on the veranda and looking out at shy bushbuck and bold warthogs in the surrounding indigenous bush. Being a bit time-limited, we could only sneak a peek at The Boma Dinner and Drum Show, which looks amazing! VFSS is perfectly located for easy, quick access to the Falls, themselves, all the activities on offer there, the Zambezi National Park and Zambezi River, outside restaurants and pubs, plus other attractions like galleries and cultural/township experiences. Victoria Falls and wonderful places like VFSS deserve all the support they can get in this vibrant, beautiful heart of Africa!

We spent 2 nights here in a 2 bedroom suite. We had a package which included 2 dinners, 1 lunch, a sunset cruise, and a tour of Victoria Falls. The room itself is excellent. There were 2 balconies where we saw many animals including warthogs, bushbuck, mongooses, guinea fowl and monkeys. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. There were two bathrooms that provided amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and even bug spray. The staff were all very friendly. We enjoyed the settings for meals which provided a view of a watering hole where animals would gather. We enjoyed attending the vulture feeding and found the guide informative and truly passionate about the plight of these birds. The pool area looked beautiful although we did not use it. The sunset cruise which was arranged with a company called Pure Africa was lovely.
I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the food was not very good. We found the Boma show to be a bit of a tourist trap. The Victoria Falls tour which was arranged by the resort was also a little chaotic and we were delayed about 45 minutes due to confusion about the number of people on the tour, transportation and ticket allocation. The guide did not really provide much info. I think we would have been better off just taking the hotel shuttle and paying for a guide through the park.
Over all, the room and setting is great. If we returned I would consider staying here but planning food and activities independently.

Nicely set up rooms good. Hot water not great all the time. Sometimes cold. Expensive and dont order a small anything as there is a $10usd charge to deliver but views great service very good and location really good. All animals around you so yes ok

Leisure - Everything was laid out perfectly. The employees worked to ensure that every need was met at all times. We were even given insect repellent to help with the bugs. We woke up to animals in our backyard. The only problem was none of the phones worked in our cabin.

Victoria Fall Safari Suites is beautifully appointed, well staffed, conveniently located, and well maintained. We enjoyed a 2 night stay as a family in a Safari Suite, and the king beds were very comfortable and the suite spacious. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Absolutely incredible stay at Victoria Falls Safari Suites. We were only here for one night, and were not able to make full use of everything on offer. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and watching elephants come down to drink at the waterhole. The vulture feeding was amazing to watch. Would love to come back and spend more time here.

We stayed in the suites, which are part of a larger hotel — we had all of the amenities of an amply sized suite overlooking a yard with water hole that attracted bushbuk, warthogs and guinea fowl. It was conveniently situated. We enjoyed the lively Boma dinner.

Perfect place for a short stay at Victoria Falls. Family of 5, 3 bed suite was ideal. Located about 5 minutes by buys from town with all of its activities on offer. Nice pool area and poolside bar. Recommend the BOMA African drum show and buffet on site

The second bedroom is completely private with en suite bathroom. Bedroom and bathroom can be shut off from the rest of the unit. Hope this helps. You will love it!
