Where to start. Cristiana and Pedro are wonderful and their Riad is truly beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble. Organising airport transfer, trips, restaurant recommendations, lovely conversation and they clearly have a passion and love for Marrakesh that they want others to share. The tour guides were amazing. The Riad a peaceful retreat in a bustling vibrant, sometime overwhelming city and it was always a joy to return to the tranquility. That said, it’s located so centrally everything is accessible and it’s amazing how it’s so calm when it’s located right in the middle of the city. Staff are on hand 24/7 managing access to the Riad and organising drinks (always accompanied with olives and nut/seed snack) when needed. Breakfast was an event! Set menu but everything you need and want. Fresh juice, variations on an egg each day, bread basket, coffee, tea, fruit, yoghurt, sweet treats …I travelled with my mum who loves breakfast, normally I do not but this was so nice and set you up for the day I honestly miss it now we’re home! The staff set the table like the Ritz and service was superb. The Riad is extremely clean and the staff are wonderful. The Arabian night organised by Cristina and Pedro is not to be missed. I travel a lot with work and have stayed in very nice hotels; the bed, bedding, shower and toiletries were truly excellent, one of the best nights sleep in a “hotel” I’ve had. There is a lovely rooftop sunbathing area which looked to have a cocktail bar in peak season, but not sure as was being renovated when we were there. There’s a hammam and spa which is small but well appointed. Really can’t fault this place, feels like we’ve made friends here and it’s an experience not to be missed. Didn’t once have an upset stomach, the trips we went on organised by Cristina included restaurants and some snacks during the trips and it was all great. My mum and I don’t often return to places but this is one we’d seriously consider. Don’t hesitate to book.

Had an amazing time at PerleKech Riad & Spa! Stayed in one of their suites, and it felt like a little slice of luxury in Marrakech. The suite was spacious, comfy, and had this lovely Moroccan vibe. The rooftop breakfast was a highlight - tasty food with a view! The staff was very welcoming, the owners are really kind and made me feel at home. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in Marrakech, I'd definitely recommend PerleKech.

We stayed at the Perlekech Riad and Spa for a week over New Year 2023/24 and we had a fabulous time. We were in the Ali Baba suite which is a lovely spacious room, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and there is a large walk in shower in the bathroom. The breakfasts were delicious too with a variety of different breads each day as well as eggs, ham and cheese. The Riad is in a great location – about 10 minutes’ walk from Jemaa El Fna Square. All the main sites were in walking distance. There are some good restaurants close by - we particularly recommend M Bacha and Terrasses Des Arts. The owners and staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We went to their New Year’s Eve Party. The food and entertainment were superb and the owners and staff all took part. It felt like a very personal stay and we were very sad to leave. I highly recommend the Perlekech Riad and Spa.

Perlekech is an absolutely stunning Riad with the most kind and attentive staff. The whole building has been decorated with authentic charm and care. The roof terrace is gorgeous and we loved having our breakfast up there each day. The location is great - each day we walked out to go shopping, or make visits and it all felt very safe and accessible: for example we could walk to Le Garden Secret and to the Yves St Laurent garden "Garden Majorelle". Lots of nice restaurants near by. (We liked Terrasse des Arts) The Riad is quiet and the rooms face on to the inner courtyard. We recommend asking the Riad to arrange transport from the airport because the Riad could be hard to find the first time (down an alley) but when they arranged our transport there were three members of staff waiting to greet our taxi on the main street to escort us and carry our luggage to the Riad. Really lovely visit thank you!

I had a wonderful experience staying for 3 nights at Perlekech Riad. The location is very central and easy access to everything in Marrakech. The riad is located 10-15 minutes walk to the main Medina square and other sites. The location is safe and easy for taxis to pick up and drop off. The staff was exceptional and always available to help with excursions and details during my stay. The property was beautiful, elegantly decorated and great for solo travelers. I enjoyed dinner on the terrace on my last night at the riad (book a day before). I also enjoyed a hammam and massage at the spa (book a day before). Highly recommended! Thank you Cristina and your lovely staff. I felt like family and loved my stay at Perlekech Riad.

First Class Hotel to spend some days in Marrakech. Really friendly and helpful stuff. Breakfast was pretty good and a lot Thanks again to both of you for help to catch our taxi to Agadir. One thing I could recommend for improvement: Add some hooks in your bathroom to give your guest the option to place not only the towels in bath. I could and will recommend this Riad to my friends if they stay in Marrakech.

Our stay at Perlekech Riad & Spa was amazing. Cristina and team went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. From the minute we entered you could smell the wonderful fragrances and hear the sound of the internal water feature. After a long weary flight the generous invitation to sit in the beautiful reception area and drink mint tea and eat local sweets was appreciated. The interior is peaceful and stunning. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and clean. The beds are very comfortable. As two female travellers (who don't speak fluent French) Cristina and team took care of us, speaking to the taxi drivers and walking with us to the relevant pick up point to meet our tours (the Air balloon pick up is before sunrise). My sister and I enjoyed using the traditional hammam on the roof and the breakfast was delicious. I can't rate this place highly enough. Don't overlook this riad.

We referred to some comments to choose this Riad for our holiday. However, our experience was not as good as others. When we arrived, the driver tried to call several times to the Riad to assist us for the luggage. However, the phone number (the one as shown in website) didn’t work. Thus, we had to carry it by ourselves to look for the Riad. Luckily, it’s not far. Upon check-in, the staff told us the number we dialled was correct. We dialled again. Of course, it’s failed to get through. Then they alerted it but didn’t know the reason. Then we asked them for the breakfast time as we needed to check-out at 8:30am the next day. The staff replied it started from 8:30 am. We asked if they can do a favour to arrange something at 8am or packed us. He said ‘No, only from 8:30am.’ Finally, he said ‘I’m not responsible for breakfast. If you need, I make it for you!’ (in a reluctant manner.). Actually, we didn’t expect anything at that moment and went out for sightseeing. We then back to Riad late afternoon and expected to have dinner at Riad. We asked the staff if we can have dinner in Riad. He replied ‘Yes’. We took a rest and asked the staff where for dinner. Then we were told dinner was not available as needed to pre-book!! (Unlike other Riads, they will have a reminder on this arrangement. ) Finally, we decided not to book here again after we back from Sahara tour. This Riad’s location is good, convenient. Room is clean with air-conditioning and with strong pressure of hot water in bathroom. P.S. : the staff did prepare us for the breakfast at 8am. Appreciated!

Had an amazing stay here in April 2023 with my mum. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel special with traditional Moroccan tea and sweets. The staff are super helpful and friendly and the hosts, Pedro and Cristina are amazing and really go all the way to make their guests have a perfect experience. The Riad is very new and all fixtures and fittings are complete to a high standard. The rooms are of good size and all unique. They also have a safe and small fridge which is an added bonus. The roof terrace is large and a lovely suntrap. Breakfast is served either downstairs or on the terrace and is a great selection of Moroccan/Mediterranean choices. We had dinner twice there which was a great experience with Moroccan cuisine made in the Riad. It was my Birthday also and they gave me a cake and there was traditional music and belly dancing one night also. The Riad can organise day trips for you also. Overall this was a great place to spend a week in Marrakech and I’d highly recommend!
