Clean, welcoming and most important Moroccan feeling. The rooms were very welcoming with little details, eg bits you might have forgotten to pack like tooth brush and paste, comb, shaving gear. Just what you want when you have travelled for several hours. Then the breakfast..... fresh orange juice, fruits, different breads, all freshly cooked, and a variety of cakes. Accompanying this was an assortment of meats and some cheese and freshly brewed coffee and tea, green, mint and traditional 'English'.

Honestly, this is the worst place we stayed while in Morocco. The beds had bugs, stains, and hair from previous guests under the covers. The floors were so dirty that you couldn’t walk barefoot without your feet turning black. The air conditioning shuts off when you take your key card out of the slot, and outlets do not work in the absence of the key card either. If you want to leave your air running when you leave the room or want to charge a device, it won’t work because you have to have that key in the slot. Bottled water was not even offered for foreign travelers seeking to avoid tap water. Needless to say, we won’t be back!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to discover Casablanca. I had 2 rooms booked. It has a Moroccan features in room. Breakfast was good with omelettes freshly made. One room AC didn’t work but eventually they changed the room but then the wifi was not working there.

Overall it was good option hotel as rooms were cleaned and spent a lot of time outside hotel. As Casablanca very big city.

The mosque to visit was 5 minute taxi away and 5 mins walk is casa port train station. We bought our tickets for Tangier but had to use the other station which is voyage station.

Saw trams but didn’t have enough time to discover how to use them.

Babul Marrakech was 10 min walk for shopping. Pizza Hut was 5 mins away.

I would recommend hotel but just ensure wifi and AC works.

I already reviewed this. The advertised price on the Internet for $21.00 turned into about $60 in person. The place was clean, quiet and with a good breakfast however and centrally located. It is very far from b.c. the airport though. About a half hour drive by taxi.

This is more of an upscale hostel or low grade hotel. The location is very close to Marche Central and CasaPort train station. The staff were extremely hospitable and friendly, spoke English, and helpful; however, I could only give 3.5 stars due to cleanliness and state of facilities. The common areas were clean and beautiful, but there was no A/C or it didn’t feel like the A/C was on. The room seemed outdated with door o balcony and window fixtures close to being broken. The bathroom had mold and mildew inside shower door. It was nice to have a great selection for breakfast, but none of the refrigerated items were kept cool or on ice, so it’s best to have your food early; otherwise your food will be a health hazard, especially in non A/C environment. Also, some of the bread was moldy and stale, and I had to point it out to breakfast attendant which they removed immediately, but again, the other pastries and cookies tasted stale. Additionally, the website states cooking lessons and a spa. The cooking lessons are only available if the staff is working on day you schedule, and there is no spa onsite. They schedule spa services for you with an offsite spa. The hotel is great for safe, basic stay, and great location that provides a breakfast and great hospitality.

This hotel looked beautiful and is located close to Casa Post train station which is why I booked it. I was disappointed in my stay for a few reasons. Firstly, I booked online and my receipt said that all taxes and fees were included. However, upon check-in, I was told I needed to pay an additional city tax. Housekeeping only visited my room once in my three night stay to make my bed. Floors were never cleaned and garbage was never emptied throughout my stay. They removed my towel and never replaced it. When I asked front desk for another one, housekeeping brought me a disgusting blood stained towel. The bed was hard and there was construction happening on my floor so there was constant noise and banging throughout the day. Walls are thin so you hear everything when any other guests enters or exits their room or goes out on the balcony. Some staff, such as the tall night doorman, were polite but others were not. Overall, very disappointing as I was expecting much better based on reviews I read. Would not stay here again despite the convenience of the location.

The common parts are ornately decorated to within an inch of their lives. The bedroom we had although it had all you needed was old/ basic. My bed was particularly hard. Breakfast was good, better than expected.

NB There is currently a new tramway being built outside which meant when we arrived late evening the first thing we had to do was find a gap in the site fencing and drag our cases across a building site to get to the hotel.

Although the hotel has some quaint artistic qualities that lend Moroccan charm, staying here remains a mediocre experience.

A hard mattress isn't very comfortable inside a rather cramped space. The height of the bathtub prevented me from showering or bathing due to risk of injury.

The TV didn't work. A repairman attempted to fix it, but gave up after an hour.

But the breakfast was decent and location is reasonably close to major tourist sites I Casablanca.

Arrived late night ,just for one night at start of a tour.
Single room had just the one comfortable single bed with good firm mattress. Air con blew out nice warm air and there were clean spare blankets.
Rainfall shower appeared to be new so maybe has been upgrades.
Quirky ,very Moroccan décor .I have stayed more than once at the sister hotel in Marrakech, this one appears newer all round.
Clean.
Lift rather slow.
Close proximity to the container port and associated transport links.. One can hear the cranes working, the containers clanging ,through the double glazing but I did not find it problematical. I watched it from the balcony in the morning.
Breakfast very good selection: Dates, olives, cheeses ,breads, beans ,cucumber etc.

Is there a beach nearby ?

The hotel is fine, a bit funky, but there is a restaurant right across the street which can be helpful with the small window you have. Though I would second what the other answer said, make sure you check train times as the most inexpensive way to get to the airport would be the train. It may be easier to take a cab, but I would have the hotel set this up for you.

Oh forgot to comment on the Mosque, we walked there and back from the hotel but if you aren't a regular walker you might want to avoid walking. We found it quite an easy walk but commonly do 8-10k walks at home. It is an easy walk from the train station Casa Port to the hotel if you have a wheeled bag or back pack.
