Staff was very friendly and professional but they only give you one towel set in the room for two people staying in a room with double beds. Staff needs to work on communication when guest extended there leave time so they wouldn’t get interrupted by housekeeping. Overall my stay was great with no other complaints or concerns.

I enjoyed my stay there the property was clean and taken care of .The pool was open and clean great for cooling off. My room was nice I got a double bed room it was cheaper the only thing was my bathroom had mold in it! Besides that Wi-Fi worked good on the first floor. If you do get a room ask for a room on the back side only because when the sun rises the blinds don’t cover all the window and it bright

The wife, daughter and I stayed for a couple nights. Decent place to stay as it was at a good price, thus a good value. The staff was nice. No issues with check-in/out. Mostly quiet. Clientel was nice. Room was clean. Bathroom had a crack above the shower that needs repair as water gets in and has mildew around it, but otherwise, bathroom was up to snuff. Location was fine for us but I think most restaurants are one exit down at exit 199. Oh, best part is that my wife said she slept really well. What else can be better than that.

To start off with no inside the hotel, both workers and guests, were not wearing masks. The pictures for the hotels make the hotel seem much nicer than it truly is. Simply, if I travel back to the area I will not stay here again.

Was very annoyed with this establishment and the people who work and run the Hotel. As soon as we arrived the smell was very foul around outside premise. The trash cans surrounding the building were over flowing! Smell absolutely horrible as you walked by them to get to the front door.
Both lobby doors were wide open in the middle of Summer. 🥵 Smelled of moth balls as soon as you enter the building.
As we approached the front desk another customer was in front of us getting checked in. The person assisting them was explaining their computer systems were down and she was having a hard time. 2 other people came to the desk and just stood around talking. Another customer comes in behind me and my husband and no one says anything to the customers. All of us waiting around in the hot lobby and not even an explanation, a sorry for you wait, etc...
She ends up just confirming we checked in somehow and gave us a room key. We enter our floor and it feels of marijuana. Kids are playing in the hallway.
As we enter the room you immediately hear kids above us and the sound of their feet as they run around the room. Paper thin walls. The t.v was small for a king room. As me and my husband begin unloading our baggage we discover a used bottle of Vodka in our fridge and only one light bulb works in the room. I had to check everywhere at this point, I didn't trust anything. We found blood on the sheets and dirt from someone's shoes. I decided I didn't trust this place or the compitence of the staff. We packed up and went back down to load the car and ask for refund. There was no apology or any care about customer satisfaction, cleanliness or respect salt all. I was just handed a paper showing money returned. We were not rude at all. Was pretty much shown careless attitudes for customers and their reputation. Definitely would not recommend or return.

The location was good & close to the theatre. Easy check in & out. Breakfast was the usual continental. Would we stay here again... probably not. After packing up to leave, we always double check around our room & under the bed’s dust ruffle....there we found a dog collar plus something that should have NEVER been there for the next guest to find. Yes, I took a picture of it to show the desk clerk & she wrote my statement down to report it.

Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay. I'm not really one to make reviews very much but I have to say something. My wife and I drove all the way from MD and had booked and paid for this over a month ago. This is hands down the most horrible hotel experience we've ever had. It honestly seems more like a drug hotel than a hotel for "true" travelers. The smell of weed, cigarettes and moth balls wreaked. We have been literally sweating for 3 days because the AC doesn't work. It will work for about 10 min after you shut it off and unplug it but goes right back to warm air from the fan. We told someone on our very 1st day and he honestly didn't know what he was talking about. Good customer service would have offered us either another room or a refund. I also told another guy and he just wrote it all down. There was no cold water in the shower. Also, there was a live roach running around in one of the drawers in the breakfast area. I was looking for extra utensils and there wasn't anyone at the front desk to ask so I thought I might find them in the drawer. Instead I found a roach that appeared to look like it got a hold of some of the drugs that are lurking around the place. I just quickly closed the drawer. On our last night, I was going through the room to make sure we didn't leave anything behind and found 2 condom wrappers. We are lesbians so we obviously do not use those. The pool was dirty and unkept as well. In the elevator was some sort of rigged plastic over the numbers overhead. We just don't want anyone else to go through what we went through. It supposed to be a time of relaxing. The ratings are rather on the high side but should not be. It is definitely a 1 star(if that) hotel

This place never disappoint me. The staff is super generous, helpful and polite. Always willing to help you with anything you need. Will even leave the front desk to help you with anything you need in the room your staying in

Room was not clean and smoke detector was removed. The room next to us had a wreath on the door like someone lived there and we could smell that they smoked. (posted on building that it’s a smoke free facility).

The people who run this place are two of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting in my recent travels. We had our boat with us so needed extra parking. They were extremely accommodating and seemed genuinely happy to help. The hotel itself was one of the cleanest I've seen in a while. It was overall a very pleasant stay.
One this worth noting: I made my reservations for a king size bed through a 3rd party site. Believe it or not my husband and I were too tired to notice until we climbed into bed and ended up having a difficult night's sleep (he's 6' tall). I inquired at the desk the next morning and was informed that the reservation came to them as a queen size bed. Had we noticed the night before they would have gladly moved us. Lesson learned with this - make reservations directly with the hotel.
