I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times because my daughter lives nearby. The staff is always friendly and often remember us. The rooms are clean, though occasionally there is a musty smell in ground floor rooms. Usually they have a breakfast bar but during covid they offer brown bags though I cannot eat what is in them excopt the apple, at least they have made an attempt to still give out a breakfast. There are a lot of restaurants nearby in waling distance so you won't starve. There is a mall a few miles away and an nice park around a lake near that mall too. It's about a half hour drive out from the amusement park attractions though we rarely go there so I can't say for sure.

The Ramada is an older property but appeared well maintained. The room was clean although it could stand a refresh. Hot water was plentiful and immediately available. The staff was friendly and the location was quiet, despite being in a very busy area. Nearby restaurants are numerous, with several good choices within easy walking distance. Only complaint was the stale smell coming from the a/c unit; a filter cleaning/change would help lessen this, and it became less noticable as time went on. Certainly this is a good value in this area if you're not looking for anything overly fancy,

Got off the road late and this was first reasonable room rate near Daytona Race weekend. Room was old and tired. Breakfast was pitiful with no hot dishes other than make your own pancakes, pastry was still frozen. Probably would not stay here again.

This hotel is a black eye for the Ramada brand. Air conditioning did not work in one of the renovated rooms had no one to fix so moved us to rm 133 in the old section so in the morning someone would fix the ac and we would be moved back. We'll that never happen. The next morning I was told that they had no other rooms available and we would have to stay where we were. This was after I found a bug on a wrapped danish that was offered with the continental breakfast. Truly disappointed. Had to check out only after 1 night of our 4 night reservation. The hotel is old, out dated and dirty. You can see dirt all along the baseboards, lots of paint chipping, cheap hotel products and it had a strange smell. Breakfast was a brown bag joke. Paid $159 per night. Should have slept in my car.

I don't recommend any truck driver / truck driver company to come to this hotel because you will be locked out and the front desk clerk Allison will not help you at all. She has a bad attitude. She is not a good clerk for ramada company.

Checked into a room sprayed with a sanitizer that caused me to have a severe asthma attack. We were switched to a 2nd room that had no shower curtain and a shower head filled with mold and corrosion. Our health is important enough to us that we won't stay here again.

They were amazing! clean people. staff is excellent. breakfast was the only thing lacking, if they get a hot breakfast they WILL be the best hotel in altamonte. I enjoyed my stay of over a week or so, and they handled all paperwork and check in check out diligently. I HIGHLY reccomend!

You get what you pay for but could be better for the 2.5 star rating. I don't expect a fabulous room for the money paid, but I expect reasonable cleanliness. Carpets were filthy and room was damp and could not be dried.

Fantastic and courteous staff and very super clean hotel property. The location is close to the interstate 4, shopping mall, Starbucks, several name brand restaurants.
Overall excellent value and well worth booking there while on Orlando business or pleasure trips.

Yes they do, most of the rooms definately have them. You need to request a room with it at time of check in, as you just never know. Things change all the time.
