The beds and location were the best part of this place. Lobby is closed for unknown reasons (covid claimed but like, masks are a thing) therefore gotta use this small check out window you see at a gas station that doesn't open for guests over night (you know the ones.) And all the exposed metal fixtures were rusting bad. Mini fridge was holding for dear life. Fixtures themselves could use some proper cleaning vs simply dust off and average room cleaning in general. Like I get it was a smoking room but I'd argue those require the most upkeep as we're pretty sure we noticed black mold on the AC the final night (we checked out early after that, didn't even bother complaining as it's clear bare minimum is being put in.)
Overall the place COULD be a full 3 star place as location is ideal and the beds were amazing but, least for the one room, it needed heavy TLC and investing of newer equipment/Fixtures/décor.

The room smelled bad, possibly of mildew or mold. A few of the outlets didn't work (one failed while I was there, almost all were rusty). The grounds are pretty and the location is convenient. Their price was $20-$30/night lower than nearby hotels, but their brand was not as upscale. I have stayed at Days Inns before and I'd rate this as the least of them.

I have stayed here many times before during Daytona weekend due to the fair pricing compared to other hotels. Management is friendly each year when we show up. The breakfast isn't much but the coffee is hot! This year the room wasn't cleaned, trash not emptied and bed somewhat made. Disappointing compared to past years. I hope this was an isolated case.

Great place to stay Mr.Vip was great help and clean rooms guest services are a lot of help They do a good job. They clean up around the groom's every morning outside. They clean the pool out daily to make sure there's not nothing in it trying real hard to upgrade things around. I've been coming here for years and it is a lot better than it used to be. People are very friendly.

Derelicts, drug deals happening right in front of us, disgusting rooms that , smelled like drugs, mold and sickness, rooms were not habitable , no refunds. Wyndham should condemn this property… very unsafe, rundown and scary/sketchy. Very crooked. Hotel and rooms were not the same on booking.com and hotel websites. I am waiting for a refund. Will continue to leave bad reviews…. as booking.com and Wyndham keep asking me to review my stay but have not answered my disputes and complaints

We saw a drug deal happen right in front of us, the rooms ….we could not stay in there longer than five seconds. The rooms reeked of smoke, mold and just smelled absolutely funky and terrible there were stains on the disgusting bedspreads that looked like they were 100 years old stains rust and mold on the lampshades and walls, black stuff on the toilet seat, the carpets were black with filthy and smelled terrible… druggies all around the lobbyand parking lot. We were there for a baseball tournament for my 12-year-old son and looking forward to a hot shower and nice hotel to go to after a long day outside. Unfortunately it was Daytona 500 weekend and spring break and all the hotels in the surrounding area were booked. This hotel and the rooms are absolutely uninhabitable. It is a bait and switch hotel there’s something sketchy going on here and as soon as I left they gave my room to some scary looking dude and his female friend on my dime ( the other baseball parents witnessed it) Don’t be fooled…DO NOT stay here!!!!!
Still waiting to hear of some reconciliation and refund from hooking.com or Days Inn

Mr. VIP was exceptionally good in customer service. He greeted guests with a warm smile. He remembered their name and took care of their needs. He provides personal service. He attempts to get the best rates and considers the guests of paramount importance. He is consistently kind and welcoming. I would come here again.
The rooms provide what you need and are comfortable. The facilities are beautified with gardens and a pool.
It is a nice place to stay situated near bus routes, restaurants, stores and a shopping mall. You can’t do any better than this place. The rates are competitive and on the lower side of the spectrum.

Cleanliness was horrible. Roaches came out at dark. Room smelled terrible. .Heavy traffic going in and out of adjacent rooms all night long. One of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. I had to sanitize all of my luggage and clothing to remove the smell and possibility of roaches.

No frills room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Water pressure good in shower. Other than a weird water running noise in the bathroom and some questionable other guests a decent place to stay if you need a place to lay your head overnight.

The room smell real bad, rug very dirty, and bathroom needed cleaning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I recommend this hotel be taken down and rebuilt in its present location. Employees were not friendly or gave great customer service, maybe they need further train in this area to improve themselves.

This is a horrible hotel and a strong reflection of the Days Inn brand. Theives, Charge for a non smoking room they did not have, then would not refund. Days Inn says call the hotel for a refund, hotel says call Days inn.
