Another Hampton Inn: Another fine visit. Never been to this one before. Close to I-4 and LOTS of restaurants. 10 minutes to Amway center to watch some basketball. Room was good, though our 4-day visit didn’t get us any housekeeping. Good fitness room, big COLD pool, breakfast as good as ever.
Front Desk was AWESOME. We left something small under the bed, called the front desk when we got home and realized it. Front desk guy checked with housekeeping to see if they found it- they did - then told me how to create a shipping label on USPS, email it to him, and he would mail our item to us. I did as instructed, and we got the item 2 days after we checked out. Fantastic!
If we are ever in the area again, we’ll be back.

This was our first trip since COVID. The hotel is practicing safe distancing and keeping everything clean. They have a beautiful pool and an outdoor fireplace too. We were there for business. The room was very large with a large bathroom and shower. We noticed that the shower head was placed pretty high up, so if you're a tall person this would be great. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. You can't go wrong here.

The desk and management were extremely welcoming and kind. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The only problem I had was I was not aware we had to request the beds and room cleaned during the weekend. Also some of the cleaning staff didn’t understand or speak English. I was trying to explain I left the garbage cans out of the door , due to they weren’t emptied and she could even understand me showing numbers with my fingers. No waffles , pancakes or potatoes for the breakfast . The breakfast services were outstanding though ! Otherwise 5 star place to stay and will continue to book there when we have hockey tournaments or in the area. Highly recommend this hotel.

OK for an overnight, but don't expect a warm welcome or goodbye. Partial housekeeping (changing of towels, emptying trash, only) is automatically provided, although signage in room says someone will come in only on request. Free Wi-Fi was unusable because of a Hilton server Chrome and Google refused to access for security reasons.

The room was not as clean as the signs all over the room and door when you first enter tells you. My husband and I stayed there because we were working the Sanford Air Show on 10/31-11/1 2020. With Covid-19 we are a bit more germ a phobic, so I had brought some clorex wipes just to wipe down mostly touched areas. The remote control had s sticker wrapped around it that said it was sanitized. After wiping it down myself, it in fact was not cleaned at all the wipe I used was BLACK. The bed cover smelled like some rotten perfume. The sheets looked clean and bed was comfortable, my husband said he didn't like the pillow. I also think they should serve breakfast at 6am then 7am. We had to be on airport grounds by 7:30am each day. So no time to get breakfast when it was at least 30 min drive to get to airport from hotel location. Over all the stay was good. Would have given 5 stars if the remote was clean.

The beds feel like a cot was strung up between the frame. My legs were numb within 20 minutes. There are no bathtubs on property except for handicapped accessible rooms. Management does not meet expectations for resolving issues, as it is now 48 hours past the time I requested a call for resolution and have not yet received any communication.

We'd stayed in Hampton Inn on W 31st in NYC and decided to stay again at this Hilton near my daughter. Ordered by phone with AAA credit card which, since our NY trip had a lot of "points". All this resulted in a room for 3 days and 2 nights at just $44. Receptioniste with Christian radio blaring gave us the key to a room on the 4th Floor. We heard loud running and screaming coming from the adjacent door and returned to her demanding the quiet room i was promissed by HQ during booking. She made a key for Room 228. We opened the door and were shocked. A lot of furniture. We thought this was a storage room. Then as all the lights went on we stood in a suite. She had upgraded us to a marvelous spacious quiet suite. For $44... My recommendations are #1 to use the AAA cc and #2 to demand what was promist. Hilton can deliver. They give discounts to seniors and AAA members. The hotel had a meager breakfast due to the Covid. No sweat. We walked to Perkins across the street where we had ALL our meals. (see my Perkins review) They do have a coffee bar with 4 choices of excellent fresh brewed coffees open 24 hrs. On the E side of i4 is a romantic park next to the Mall. To enter the hotel from any of the 4 doors you need to use your key. A fairly small - fine for kids - swimming pool is kinda located on the parking and a stranger can walk in - thus NOT safe for unsupervised kids. Last but not least, the suite gave us a lot or relax time and I never slept this good in a hotel bed, ever!

We stayed at this Hampton Inn as a somewhat affordable hotel while visiting Disney Springs down the road just a little. It’s not far from I-4 in a busy, hotel-filled area. The two double bed room we stayed in was good sized with a view of the parking lot and the pool. The pool area is average sized. We went for a dip and found it to be on the cool side even on this warm day in the full sun. There is a large continental breakfast available near the lobby that was filled the next morning. Through the entire area were guests sitting or walking around with plates of food. Most weren’t wearing masks as this is Florida. Not entirely comfortable with that situation, we took some pre-wrapped muffins, danishes and coffees and juices and went back to our room. The lobby area is clean and spacious. This Hampton Inn is a little more costly than I’d preferred, yet that’s unfortunately typical for this part of the state. We had a good time for our brief time here.

Stayed at 3 different Hampton Inn’s from 30 sept - 10 Oct 2022 One in Burbank, CA, one in Orlando, FL, and one in Altamonte Springs, FL OUTSTANDING is the word I would use to describe the service and attention to details, that makes this chain my GO TO home away from home. One Particular Employee stood out above the rest…. Her Name was Corthee at Altamonte Springs…… When my two rooms were given to hurricane victims only days before our arrival, she sprung into action, personally taking charge of the situation and working behind the scenes, while my family enjoyed the local theme parks, even giving me her personal cell number to stay in touch, to let me know when we came back from a long day on our feet, our rooms would be ready. She took any and all stress away from what could’ve been a catastrophe. Her smiling face was all I needed to see to ensure to my family, we were going to have a great time in sunny FL. Thanking her was not enough, hence this public review of her Value to this company I hope she is recognized appropriately THANK YOU HAMPTON INN
