So, my wife and I like to travel with our two dogs when we drive places. This place allows pets and was located less than 25 minutes from where we needed to be.
Check in was simple and smooth, and the front desk even told us there is a closer side door for us to bring the dogs in and out of for walks and potty time.
The complimentary breakfast was a bit disappointing. There was not fruit (not even bananas) and the food was muffins and instant oatmeal. I do appreciate that they are each individual packages for sanitary purposes! I have a very severe nut allergy though, and unfortunately all the food had possible traces of nuts. 😭😭. The coffee; however, had amazing options and a variety of sugar types and creamers and they had the option of tea or hot cocoa as well. ☕️
I was a bit disappointed that there was no trash can by the side door for when we walked the dogs to discard their potty bags. We were told to leave the bag by the cigarette but container there🤔.
For sanitation purposes, they are keeping all kitchen utensils and pots and pans upfront and no longer stocking the kitchen. This way they can cut down on how many people touch things and put them back. When you need them, you can just go out front and request what you need. Same with extra towels and health care toiletries for the bathroom. We really liked that they are taking cross contamination seriously.
For some reason we thought there was a pool, but they do not have one. That was our bad for not triple checking.
Like many people say, the rooms are a bit outdated. It still looks nice though, not trashy or stained. Just older style, I mean, we aren’t here to sit in the room all day, I am grateful for a roof over our head that is clean and allows our dogs to be here with us.
If we need to come back, we may choose to stay here again. I just need to remember about the food situation.

Where to start....the room door did not close properly. I had to really push it shut. Upon looking at the door more closely, I saw that it was tilted. The top would hit the door frame and I'd have to push it towards the other side for the door to close. It looked like someone had hit the door hard to open it. Then there was the bed. When I pulled back the bed sheet to get into bed, there was a long black hair on the bed. I have short hair, and I was the only one staying there. Not good. The shower had a slow drip. I twisted the knob and stopped it, or so I thought. After I took a shower later, I could not tighten the knob hard enough to stop a slow drip. The shower head dripped all night. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the rest of the room was clean. Even so, I thought things should have been better.

Excellent location. Close to shopping. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Clean towels were always available at the front desk. Quiet. Internet was good if you upgrade service. Will be back when I am in Orlando.

Very clean hotel, lobby always smelling fresh. Friendly and kind employees and management. I will most definitely recommend family and friends. Very clean laundry room with up to dated dryers.

Great customer service and a sincere effort to make the customer happy is too rare, so my husband and I are so amazed that we have found it at this extended stay hotel in Cental Florida. My husband recently had surgery and needed to rest in afternoon, so we requested an early check in. Front desk manager immediately complied and had our room ready by 1:30, even though hotel was fully occupied the night before and all rooms needed housekeeping services. The room was spotless, and our request for kitchen supplies (dishes and cookware) was immediately fulfilled. Day 2 presented an issue with our refrigerator, which was not cooling properly. A new refrigerator was brought to our room within 2 hours! Although this is a long term accommodation with no frills, we are so happy with the room, service, politeness and staff efforts to make us comfy. Only downside is being next to interstate 4, but soundproofing is excellent in room. There is also a small lake next door and a great walking trail with sidewalk in front of hotel. Plus, rates are terrific, helpful since we will be here 3 weeks. Highly recommend...staff is sweet and conscientious!

the checkout process started with 4 people waiting on one desk clerk who continually answered the phone instead of helping the people check in.
The front door key card reader was broken. And guests constantly have to let each other in after 7 pm. Out of the two keys that we were given only one of them would work just getting into our room. But it was not worth it to go downstairs and have them redo both sets of keys. We managed to pass off the gay back and forth during the three-day stay.
The continental breakfast had good coffee and hot water to make your own oatmeal. But no fruit. And no staff member was on hand to clean up after guests. The counters were sticky for about 2 hours.
The room was pretty clean and secure for the price. The beds were clean and smelled okay. The bathroom was clean and the water got hot really quickly. Because it's Extended Stay, they don't do maid service. So that means I took our garbage out daily.
The neighborhood is okay, and I felt safe enough to go running down to the park early in the mornings. But at night there were a lot of homeless people wandering around, like most parts of the big city. And the hotel feels like there's no security there at night. We did not see one security guard in 3 days. No one Walking The Halls, no one out in the parking lot. For that reason alone, I would never stay here again and I would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family who were young, female, or had kids.

After staying here for a little over 5 weeks, I've had the pleasure of getting to know some of the staff here. Incredibly pleasant folks here. Typically Bella checks me in and we exchange a few laughs. After a long tedious 5 second ride in the elevator, I get to the recently vacuumed hallway of my second floor room. Upon entering, I am greeted with the pleasant atmosphere of a home away from home. Fresh linens that smell like a lilac field, freshly cleaned counters and porcelain. My forget me nots neatly placed around the abode. I love this place. 5/5 would recommend.

The worst hotel ever. You have people smoking marijuana and meth that you could smell in the hallways, but nothing is done about those complaints. Only concerns they care about is cigarette smells. Aren’t the meth and marijuana a much harmful smell then tobacco ? I rather smell cigarettes than meth. Also they harass you for identification when they already know who you are it’s so annoying. If they spent more time properly cleaning and handling business to keep the property up to part they job will be a whole lot better. They need new staff and cleaning workers. They do not clean the rooms as often as they should, they only want the money. I will never stay there again. Last thing, the cleaners don’t even speak English tf. Do better.

I'm moving to Florida from another state and I stayed at the Extended Stay in Altamonte Springs. I got to know the staff very well. From the first day I got to Florida, I felt comfortable and at peace. It's not easy moving from another state to somewhere you've never been before. Everyone won't be friendly or patient. But the staff here, from the cleaning ladies to the front desk staff ( Ms. Sandra, Ms. Corlissa, and Ms. Lynn) have been the most helpful, patient, friendly, and understanding people I've met since I've been here. They've made my hectic move here more tolerable and I'm so thankful for everything they've done.
The hallways are clean, considering that this is a hotel that allows pets. It's also convenient that you can get kitchen utensils, pots and pans to help make the kitchen are a bit like home, always fresh linen and toiletries as well. I enjoyed my stay and will continue to go there in the future.

I have been staying here with my daughter, our dog, and sometimes my father, for several months. We moved rooms one time. There was nothing wrong at all with the other room, we just wanted more space, and the price was right. Every single person who works the desk from Lynn to Crystal, and Sandra, as well as the Manager, and Assistant Manager are all amazing! Anytime I have had any type of issue, they do everything they can to resolve it right away, and really, we have not had many issues at all. Unfortunately we are between homes right now, but the staff truly goes out of the way to make us feel comfortable, as much as they can. They are also great with our dog, and he loves them as well. We would recommend this property to anyone, regardless of it is a short term, or long term stay!
