Detailed Reviews
For approximately $125/night, we got free breakfast, WIFI and parking for three people. This hotel is older, but better than expected. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but it looked nice. Our room was a balcony room overlooking the pool. It was clean and very quiet and the beds were comfortable. There was a large fridge and microwave. The only thing lacking was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. After three showers, it was pretty damp in there! The walk to Disney was easy, taking only about 10-15 minutes. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast food - waffles, breads, yogurt, cereal, fruit, eggs and sausage. It was the same every day. The eating area is small, but we got a table each day. There's also a couple of outside tables. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone looking for a quiet and affordable place to sleep.

We stayed in a Family Suite 5pax which consisted of 2x small queen beds in common room and a very small double bed in a small bedroom. It had tea and coffee facilities, bar fridge, tv, bathroom with bath.
The small bedroom did not have a tv and the air conditioner was very noisy.
The room was nice and clean, housekeeping came only when asked not automatically every day. We made great use of the pool and outdoor seating.
Management were giving the hotel a facelift on the outside with all staff on deck, painting, tiling - whatever needed doing, Jack of all trades they were. Breakfast was included in our tariff and was good but could do with a change in hot items every few days as scrambled eggs and sausage cooked same way was monotonous.
Next door to Denny's eatery which is nice.
It is within a 20 min walk to Disneyland. Reception was able to organise a Uber for transport to Huntington Beach and back at a reasonable cost.
All staff were friendly, polite and accommodating.
This hotel however did over-charge us, which was not very good for business. Our Australian travel agent told us this hotel quoted $1942AU for 5pax, 6nights but when we got there hotel charged our credit card $2638AU, that's nearly $700 AU over charged and now wont reply to travel agents emails with explanation.
Very disappointed, not sure whom to believe - Travel agent or Hotel!

My husband and I snuck away for a quick trip to Disney. It happened to be the weekend that Disneyland closed down so we didn’t get to fulfill the entire trip. We opted to fly home a day early as we didn’t have much else to do in the rain, during the closures of activities. We asked one of the young men at the desk if we could check out early, and what their policy was on issuing credits for nights. (We were ok if we had to lose the last night, as it was our choice to leave early, but was curious if they had any exceptions during the pandemic time.) The first young man we spoke with told us that since we booked with another hotel site, they couldn’t do anything and to contact them. With a 4 hour wait, we were gonna just take the loss. Upon checkout the next morning, the front desk was able to edit our stay and credit us back a night, without even mentioning how we booked and told us that with all that was going on, they would handle it on their end. It did take him a few hours to get it all handled, but we did not mind at all. We appreciated the help during a time that is out of all our control. Because of this hospitality, we would stay here again.
The room smelled clean, and the bed was comfortable. I wish they had more blankets and pillows offered in their rooms but not a deal breaker. The free breakfast was ok, pretty standard but the coffee was good and that is truly what matters in the morning. 😊
The location is about a 20 min walk to the park, depending on route you take. We didn’t mind but at the end of the night it felt longer, but for the price, and being just two adults, we managed.
We have stayed here before and have been overall pleased both times. We would book here again on any future Disney trips.

I am sorry that we were unable to assist you when you first asked about your refund. As you mentioned this pandemic was something that we were not prepared for and were unsure of the procedures that would be taking place. Thank you for being understanding while we were able to rectify this. I appreciate your patience and hope to see you again after all of this is over. Stay safe and take care!

This place is a rip off. Disney Parks closed but they normally raise the price quite a bit March 1st. But that is because parks are open and vacations are starting. What they don’t tell you in writing or in person is that they have cut off all services. You get a room, clean it yourself, if you need anything like towels or toilet paper just ask! Been using Choice hotels for 20 years but never again. Consumer be ware, if you want to your moneys worth stay away from this place.

I was pleasantly surprised with their hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were ok, linens crisp and clean and room was appropriately furnished with a mini fridge and quiet coffee maker. Doors are very hard to open and loud. Had a patio which was nice. This hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk to the parks via Downtown Disney. Front staff is very friendly and helpful. Held our luggage since we got in early. Would stay here again if doing the parks with kids or friends. Not romantic so would not stay as a couple.

We booked via hotels.com ( Expedia) the booking page shows amenities and availability. We booked this place to be close to Disney AND to enjoy the hot tub.
After we were issued keys we were told the hot tub was under construction. CLOSED. we asked to speak to a manager- they told us nobody was available. We asked to cancel to go somewhere with a hot tub. We were told they don’t offer ANYTHING for cancellation, modification, discounts, etc.
The rooms were decent and updated ( outside of the hotel looks like a 50’s throwback)
The pool area and staff were good at keeping it clean. VERY disappointed with both this hotel and hotels.com

The place is a good distance away from Disney main entrance, and plenty of restaurants around. We had a room with two queen beds, and asked for an additional folding bed that hotel staff provided. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. The pool is not that big but a great addition. Ample parking space is also available on site.

Family Disney trip. LOVED the courtyard, flowers, fountain and soothing music every morning at breakfast. We stayed 4 days. Comfy room, 15 min walk to Disney park, breakfast every morning, pool for kids, hot tub for mom and dad, and a VERY friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Family of 5 with youngest at 8yrs old. We travel to DLand about every 2-3yrs and have always stayed across the road from the park entrance. The location was great for getting quickly into DLand, however the cost has always been around $130/night. WHen we tried reserving this year, the cost jumped to $180/night. That's why we reserved at the Quality Inn. Initially, we were concerned about the switch because even on a budget, we did not want to be in a bad hotel for 6 nights!! I can tell you, the Quality Inn is every bit as nice as our prior Hotel (Park Place), and a lot less expense. You're not getting DisneyLand quality, but it's a clean hotel and close enough to the park to walk.
We spent 6 days at the hotel (daughter had a volleyball tournment for 3 days and we spent 3 days at DLand). We upgraded our room to the "suite" as we had 5 in the room. The suite package provided us a little larger room with fold out bed. The larger room allowed us to bring in 2 ice chest and a small folding table (our plan was to eat a few meals in our room and it worked out well). The room was clean, with no issues of "non-working" items. The TV was a 32" LCD (although we did not watch much TV). Small pool and spa, which was fine for the kids to get wet. The continental breakfast was actually better than the prior hotel we stayed at. Eggs, sasuage, waffle maker, toast, donuts, oatmeal, fruit, and the other standand stuff you'll find in a continental spread. The breakfast is served from 6-930am in the lobby. They did a good job keepign everything stocked. The lobby is small and gets busy starting around 745am. By 815am, it's really busy, so if you can get down there by 7am, you'll have more room to get what you want. They did not seem to mind that we took items back to our room. There should be no need to want more out of a continental breakfast. There's one ice machine on ground floor and worked fine. We used it to keep our ice chest cool. The beds come with 4 small pillows. If you want more, ask right when you check in as they run out of extra fast. Getting to DLand is a solid 15min walk (expect 20-25 if you have little ones). You'll go thru Grand Calif and then thru the Disney mall. It was close enough for us that each day, we went back to the hotel for lunch and short nap, then went back to teh park so we made this walk a few times. If this might be a challenge for your family, just load everyone in the car and drop off at Grand Ca. Have dad take car back to hotel, and he can walk back and meet up with everyone. The Grand Ca does not seem to mind the extra traffic as many people take this path. In summary, everyone has their own hangups about specific things that they are willing to deal with (which is why the reviews are all over the map), however, from our experience with other hotels around the park, they are all around the same age and condition. Spending an extra $50/night is not getting you a better setup. I can't say you won't be disappointed, however, you should not fear reserving this hotel for your stay. Upgrade to the suite and get an upstairs room.

Okay, so...I've always been a little skeptical of reviews like this. I work in the hotel business, and I know that you just can't please some people..no matter how hard the hotel tries. So, I tend to be more lenient with the hotels we stay at. I have no problem letting a little dirt slip by, but this place..was by far THE worst place I have ever stayed in. I've traveled all over and stay in hotels quite a bit. More than 5 months total this year....this place was HORRIBLE. We checked in late at night, after a day at Disneyland. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful and gave us a room on the first floor. When we got to the room, I checked the beds, as I always do. Me and my husband's bed had makeup on the pillows and sheets. I called the front desk, and she offered to switch rooms..but, we already had all our stuff carried in. So, I just asked for more linens. I'd change the sheets myself. She offered to do it, but, she was so busy, I didn't mind. Something in my head kept telling me to check my daughter's bed more thoroughly. So, I stripped it. Sure enough, the comforter had what looked like vomit on the underside. The housekeeper obviously just flipped it over so we wouldn't see it. So,at midnight, after a long day, I changed the sheets on both beds, and we started to take our showers and go to bed. Only, the toilet didn't work. The chain on the flusher in the tank was broken. To flush it, we had to reach inside the tank and pull the stopped by hand. Fun. When I brought all this to the manager's attention the next morning, all he offered me was a half hearted apology and points in their reward program. I had to ask for him to comp the night's stay..and he told me he had to think about it. Seriously? I've dealt with irate customers...and that's the first thing you offer. Especially if they are staying for multiple nights. And I made sure to be perfectly calm and nice...remembering the hotel code...you catch more flies with sugar than vinegar. I was shocked that he didn't seem to care about how filthy the room was. We will NEVER stay there again. I don't care if it's the last hotel in Anaheim.

If memory serves me right they are across the street from each other! It’s about a 5-10 minutes walk depending on your pace! But a very easy walk new sidewalks n new crosswalks! Wide enough for wheelchairs n people together!
Found them to be better than the average..... good support without being hard.
