In June 2023 we went to visit the Disneyland parks for the first time. I made my reservation from Mexico, I tried through the website but it was not possible, I guess there was some issue with the credit card, I tried to resolve it through the chat on the website but they recommended that I call reception and they gave me the phone number to tick. The person assisted me in Spanish and in less than 10 minutes we had the reservation resolved.
When we arrived on June 27 we had no problem with check-in. The person who attended us in the Lobby was very attentive and helpful, although I don't remember his name.
It offers free parking, we had a car since we rented when we arrived in California, and we had no problem finding a place to park near our room. We were 3 adults (my wife, my 19-year-old son and I) in a double room. We had no problem settling in, the beds are comfortable and we slept well. Some details are that they have very little space to put suitcases, larger families will struggle to accommodate. They have a small minibar, coffee maker, and microphone. They fulfill their function. The toilet had little pressure, but I guess that's because they are old pipes. We didn't have any problems with weather or showers.
Another detail that was a little uncomfortable is that the rooms have very thin floors and ceilings. You hear a lot of noise from outside and from the rooms above, so I recommend requesting a room on the upper floors.
It has a small convenience store in the parking lot that has a little bit of everything (souvenirs like keychains, clothes, Minnie Ears, etc.), food (drinks, yogurts, snacks) and a few other things. It is served by oriental people who do not speak Spanish, in case someone does not speak English it could be an issue.
Also in the parking lot there is an Ihop and an ice cream shop.
Steps away there is a McDonalds and a Denys...

To get to the park, you basically just have to cross the street, so it's the closest you can get to the parks! This is very good at night since when you leave tired it is a great plus that you only walk a little more and you are already in your room. It is the main plus of this hotel.

In December of this year I will return to this hotel. They increased the prices of the rooms a lot, but I suppose that is normal for the dates.

Took the kiddos for their first visit to Disneyland and we were so glad we stayed here. We booked a last minute trip and got a good deal. I stayed here once about 20 years ago and loved the convenience. Staying across the street is absolutely essential for families with young children. Mid day naps at the hotel spared us from the dinnertime melt downs we witnessed. It’s the only hotel that you see as you walk down the walkway to exit the parks and it’s a sight for sore eyes and sore feet. We were on the ground floor and didn’t have to hassle with stairs for our stroller which meant that the kiddos slept undisturbed after a long day. It also meant that door to door it was about a 5 minute walk to the main gates which helped tremendously for us to get to the parks early at open. While noise could be heard above us it wasn’t so bad that I couldn’t sleep. It’s something to expect when you go on a trip that attracts families. Fireworks could be seen from our hotel window. Carlos was super courteous and helpful at the front desk. The in room fridge was pretty large and had a separate dedicated freezer section. We brought a lot of food since our littles are picky eaters and aren’t fans of theme park food. Parking was plentiful and spacious and was worked into the daily rate which meant no added fees. We also were told we could keep the car there past checkout (up to 10pm per the website). There was a really nice organizational shelf in the room that stored our luggage and food and all the little things a family might bring. There was plenty of space for our double stroller. Some things to improve upon were the cleanliness of the floors. My toddler’s socks were pretty dirty and did not wash clean in the laundry. Housekeeping is modified and our trash piled up pretty quickly. The shower had trouble draining. Maintenance office was near our room and they were pretty loud during the times our kiddos were napping in the early afternoon. The bed frames are metal and were noisy if you accidentally kicked them with your foot. We wish they would bring back a free continental breakfast. All in all this was a terrific stay and was absolutely a large part of why our first trip to Disneyland with a 3 year old and 1.5 year old was so successful, even during a crazy heat wave! Thanks for everything, Park Vue Inn! I’ve always recommended you, and will be back for sure! :)

The motel is in the perfect location for easy walking access to Disneyland and nearby restaurants and shops. The cost was very reasonable considering this feature. Room was adequate for a family of 4, and I appreciate when showers have curtains instead of clear glass doors, so multiple people can be getting ready at one time.

We have been staying at the Park Vue Inn for years. You simply can't beat the location, directly across from the park.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the room has been updated.

We were disappointed that breakfast isn't offered anymore, but we were aware of that before going.

A warning: the laundry room is completely closed and this was not communicated to us prior to arrival nor has the website been updated with this information. Staying for 9 nights, laundry facilities are a must. We spoke to the front desk and asked if they could make arrangements with a neighboring hotel to allow us to use their laundry facilities. The Best Western next door graciously allowed us.

The wifi kicked us off daily at random times, so be sure to monitor that so you aren't wasting data.

We hope they bring back the breakfast, it's a huge selling feature for us. There is a good sized fridge/freezer in the room though.

The air conditioning is fabulous.

Location can’t be beat! Directly across the street from Disneyland main entrance.
Family with 3 kids. We had a split stay between two rooms. First 3 nights stayed in room w/ 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. Then moved to a suite with 2 queens and a separate living space with sofa bed. The 2nd room was much more spacious and included a larger fridge, plates and silverware, and three sinks (inside bathroom, outside bathroom and a kitchen sink) which was nice.
Beds were very comfortable with exception of the sofa bed (though it was better than other hotel sofa beds we’ve encountered). My only complaint is ghr carpets are filthy. The bottoms of my son’s feet were black within an hour of checking in. Carpets need a deep clean.

Excellent location for Disney. We had a great breakfast at IHOP (in the same parking lot) and literally walked across the street to the main Disney entrance. Room was impeccably clean. Property was quiet. We slept well and the in-room coffee was enough to get us going. The room was so close, you could easily come back to sleep, freshen up, whatever. We were on the ground floor in April. The A/C and heat both worked well. There was ample place to store/hang our stuff and the fridge was cold. The included parking was such a positive part of this reservation - and being able to leave the vehicle until 10pm the day of checkout was a real blessing. We excited the park and headed straight home. We will most definitely stay here for our next Disney trip.

The proximity to the Disney parks is of course the major selling feature of this hotel, but it is also clean, and although the rooms are quite small, you only need a place to pass out after a long day in the parks. A couple of things of note: I received an email in advance letting me know the pool would be closed during our visit, and although we were disappointed, I really appreciated the heads up as it's happened to me more than once that you pick a place because it has a pool and then it's not open you arrive...this is the first time a hotel has let me know in advance. Second, we were billed a resort fee but it was removed upon request; again, the decent thing to do, but that's not always what happens. For these reasons in particular, I would stay here again, and recommend to others.

Right across the crosswalk to enter the Disney Parks from the east side, the motel's location was more than convenient for a break during the summer heat from the parks. Our was a two-queen room, with lots of space for four of us, very clean and quiet. AC unit is in the sink area, allowing for a more pleasant night away from the unit. For me the best part was the VERY comfortable bed and pillows (more on the firmer side)... THANK YOU Park Vue Inn! We were able to watch Disneyland's fireworks while in the pool. Due to COVID, the room was not cleaned during our stay, but staff promptly picked up our garbage and provided clean towels when requested. There's a very handy little convenience store next to the lobby (closes at 10 PM). Didn't explore it, but there's a laundry room of the first floor on the south end of the building. We will definitely stay here again.

Not sure i would recommend this place, while it is convenient to the parks the service is nearly non existent, no after hours support the room phone ring a call center that can not assist with any problems on site.
The staff left much to be desired they were devoid of any drive to assist and could not find in themselves to get out of thier chair and come to the counter.

They provided a location for scooter charging that they said was watched but after the office closed there was no one watching could have pulled up with a truck and taken them all.

Just totally unhappy with our stay.. did I mention no elevators and 2 stories if you have Ada requirements this is not your place.

Great location, and parking included. Unfortunately, carpet is quite filthy and AC too loud and didn’t work properly. We stayed at 4 hotels during our entire trip so can attest to this. Housekeeping woke us early at 8a for no reason and again a second time before checkout. Rude and unprofessional. They need a better system to inform them of exact rooms who checked out so they know when to clean …not by knocking every unit multiple times. It’s way overpriced for this type of place. There were a few tiny bugs flying in the room but have entered afterwards. However, one positive is when we requested towels, service was quick.

No breakfast available. Best is very short walk to McDonalds or get some micro breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cereal to eat in your room. There is a Target just down the street and other shopping not too far.
