First time staying here and would recommend this place for anyone wanting a hotel close to Disneyland. Floors are hard floor no carpets. That was a plus for us and we didn't have to worry about black feet that others have posted from carpet floors at other hotels. Rooms come with a refrigerator and microwave. There is a $7 a nite resort fee that basically covers for parking. There is no security deposit but they do require a credit card to have on file. Front desk staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. We timed ourselves walking to Disneyland and it's about a 15 minute walk. You get to Downtown Disney in half that time. We stayed Thursday night until Sunday and there was no construction noises next door on the new hotel being built, but just in case request a room away from construction.

Three day pass at the parks and we needed a room to basically just sleep and leave early each morning. LOVED the hard flooring (hotel carpets are gross) and beds were super comfy. There was a very strong disinfectant smell when we arrived but considering Covid I didn't mind that at all. We opened the window and turned the AC on and that was gone in a few minutes. Plenty of very hot water for all four of us to shower. Main drawback...no daily housekeeping so get plenty of towels from front desk at check-in.

Location to Anaheim Convention centre and Disneyland couldn’t be better. Driving from John Wayne airport is 20 minutes and easy to find. There is onsite parking for $15 a night unless you book directly with Eden Roc for which it is then included. Rooms are large and come with coffee maker, microwave and fridge as well as air conditioning. They have handicapped rooms which are very large. Bathroom has toilet and shower separate from sink and dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Pool is nice and doesn’t seem to be used much. Staff are accommodating, friendly and hard workers.

First let me say I have used trip advisor for travel all over the US and parts of Europe and while I did not always agree 100% I have always had a good experience, until now. This trip included my wife and 3 grown kids. We arrived late in the evening. Our room was huge and upon entering looked and smelled clean but VERY sparsely furnished. There were 2 queen beds, a sofa bed in the back corner, 1 tiny night stand between the two beds, and a desk with a small TV that was very hard to see from the bed which was the only place to sit. That's it! There were ZERO lamps, only the extremely bright overhead lighting and no switches near the beds. The furniture was from, I'm guessing, the 70's. We thought maybe it was retro with the orange sofa bed but when we opened the sofa and saw the sagging springs with the worn out mattress realized nope, it was just really old. The pillows on the beds were the size of throw pillows, very thin and there were only 2 pillows per bed. There was a blanket on the beds but you could seriously almost read through the material it was so thin. When my son, who slept on the sofa bed, rolled over it sounded like he was rolling over on chunks of Styrofoam. The A/C was in the wall, very noisy, and my daughter who slept close to it nearly froze while the rest of the room was very warm. The toilet tissue was 1 ply, very thin and rough. The 2nd night there my daughter got up to go to the bathroom and we woke up to her scream as when she turned the light on there were several cockroaches on the floor. The second day we got no room service and the third a gentleman who was dressed more like a manager type than a maid appeared at our door and to our relief asked if we needed fresh towels. When we said YES he then ask that we bring him the dirty towels. REALLY... not even Motel 6 would do this! Upon our return to the motel that afternoon the beds were made up but nothing else and the k-cups for the coffee were not replenished (that may have been a blessing because the coffee was terrible). I might also add that after the first night we decided if we had to eat the $1400+ we paid for 3 nights we were going to go to another place but were unable to find anything. The other thing I thought rather odd at this place was each morning as we were leaving for the day I saw a lot of garbage bags (cockroach attractant) sitting on the balcony outside peoples doors. Maybe there was also a policy we were unaware of that in addition to turning in the dirty towels you had to empty your own garbage. I read a lot of the other reviews and several mentioned this place had been remodeled. That combined with the 4 1/2 stars was the reason I chose it but our room definitely did not appear remodeled or at least not since the seventies. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed here on a Monday night after a trip to the food festival at California Adventure. We payed extra for a newly-renovated room, but I’m not sure it was worth it. The bathroom in the first room we were assigned was dirty. There was urine on the toilet seat, hair in the shower, and the bathroom fan/light was falling off the ceiling.
However, Oscar the manager at the front desk was amazing. He was very friendly and helpful, while also being efficient and a hard worker. He was doing laundry when arrived and was willing to clean our room when we called about the dirtiness. We chose to move rooms because of the safety hazard of the fan. The new room was clean enough (it also had some hair in the shower and the room smelled like weed), but the bed was comfortable and I brought sanitizing wipes and went over the room with them before relaxing. I would have been upset about the situation except it was one of the cheapest hotels in the area and Oscar was so accommodating, which made up for it. I probably won’t stay there again, but I got a good night’s sleep.

The location near Disney parks is great. It is a 25 minute walk to park entrance and 12 minute walk to Downtown Disney entrance. It is also very convenient to the convention center. We were a family of five (3 young adult children) sharing a suite. The room was spacious and I found bed to be reasonably comfortable. We had 2nd floor room so luggage was carried up the stairs. We stayed 4 nights and had no problem with noise. There is a quiet space with tables near reception my daughter used to work. The WiFi was so slow I didn’t use it. There was a pool but weather was cold so it was empty. The reception staff were VERY helpful to provide extra pillows, a blanket or information. The hotel does not sell Disneyland tickets. There is a microwave and spacious mini refrigerator in the room. We brought some food with us and was nice to have these available. There are drugstores and restaurants nearby and walking distance. Overall the hotel provided a great location and value.

We stayed here for A Sunday-Friday visit. Booking directly on the Eden Roc website gave us free parking where other hotels were charging up to $22 a night. The rooms have no frills, but are clean and comfortable. While it’s true that housekeeping does not come to clean the rooms during short staffed COVID times, that’s the same pretty much everywhere. We had no trouble getting what we needed from the front desk. We were here for a trip to Disneyland, and while it is indeed within walking distance, we opted to drive and park in the Disneyland parking lot because it is a bit of a haul at the end of the day when you are exhausted. We would absolutely stay here again.

Made a last minute booking at this property as I was visiting Disney during the weekday. Walking into the lobby, I was greeted by the wonderful smiles and energy of both Ms. Janet and Ms. Agnes. Ms. Janet gave me the rundown of the type of rooms offered and provided me with a room on the ground floor. The room itself was perfecly cleaned and came with a flat screen TV, mini fridge, coffee maker and of course free and fast WiFi. There was plenty of available parking and best of all, I was able to park right outside my room. Thank you both Ms. Janet and Ms. Agnes for the welcoming atmosphere, exceptional customer service and for the amazing room. On my next visit to the area, please know that I will be stay at Ede Roc again.

We stayed two nights. The room was clean, the location was excellent, and the staff was friendly. It was a great choice. I had rented a scooter for the park and the front desk facilitated delivery to the hotel, overnight parking and charging for the scooter.

Wonderfully remodeled with a great location. It was an easy walk through DTD to Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure. Convenient and quiet location made this a great find! Coco’s Kitchen Restaurant was less than a 3 minute walk which was a excellent for a meal before or after hitting the parks. The hosts were so kind from check in to the very last minute of our stay. They even had a beverage selection in the lobby which was so refreshing during our stay in August. Highly recommend!
