This hotel is fantastically close to the Disneyland resort. It was great to be able to walk with ease to the resort and come back mid-day for a swim break.

The pool was heated and relatively clean.

The room was small, had very little sound proofing and we heard guests arrive after Disneyland closed each night.

Biggest drawback was a lack of an elevator. It was hard to haul our luggage up the stairs and then down when we left. Plus at the end of a long Disney day we were exhausted and climbing stairs was not a welcome experience.

Checkin was a hassle as well. The lobby is very tiny and a family ahead of us had many issues checking in which delayed our checkin process.

Our room was not cleaned while we were there, but our towels were removed and new ones placed, which was odd. Garbages were not emptied and beds were not made.

The twin bunk beds were great for my kids. The adult beds were adequate.

With many other hotels in the same proximity and sane generally price range I would not stay here again.

We just left the super close to Disneyland Del Sol and our stay was great for our Disneyland trip. The hotel is so close and we have stayed there many times in the past. It's been renovated since we've stayed there about 8 years ago and the rooms have definitely been updated. The staff was great and accommodating to any of our needs/requests. They have thought of everything with hand soap dispenser and lotion. The room also had in shower body wash and shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Lots of towels and makeup remover pads. Since most of our time is in the park we literally just went back to take midday breaks and sleep at night. It's so close and convenient. We will definitely be going back for our next stay.

Beds comfortable. Location to Disneyland great. Smell of cannabis was everyday and overwhelming. Requesting a late check out was like pulling teeth even if you are the only one requesting. We got an extra 60 minutes. Staff really were nonchalant. Front office small no bathroom facilities with late check outs. We waited in the lobby

1st and last time staying here. Three nights stuck in room 201 above the office and its 24 hour office with an electric sliding glass door that opens and closes constantly day and night. Couldn't sleep after three exhausting days in DL and awaken through the night and morning. The hotel knows of the problem due to a ton of bad reviews i read regarding that room, yet they still put people in there! No housekeeping even though their website and hotels.com states "one housekeeping service per stay.' Trash piled up, no clean towels or bed made. Dirty bathroom with hair on floor, dirty used shower curtain and brown spots on the shower wall and near toilet. No wifi available to connect to on any device which meant no streaming. Cable tv consisted of pixelated and frozen pictures on the tv , and thats if you could get the remote to work. No tea, no creamer, no sugar in room."sorry we're out." Are you kidding me?? No mention or disclosure of a "resort fee" on their website, hotels.com or at check in , yet I was charged a sneaky extra $23 over what my booking stated which said "includes all taxes and fees." Charging an extra "resort" fee when you cant provide basic things like a tea bag, packet of sugar or creamer, wifi or functioning cable tv is ludicrous. Their website says they give you Dennys discounts in lieu of no breakfast (we never received those) and hotels.com states "individually wrapped food offered." They did not have food. Their toiletries include a foul smelling dried out chalky puck they call soap. Bedding was two white sheets and a paper thin blanket. So, basically you got faucet water or black coffee, a dirty bathroom, no wifi, no cable, no sleep and an office door that keeps you up all night. $573 for 3 nights is more than what i pay for a hotel on the beach in Oahu. I want a refund!

The only thing this hotel has going for them is their location. It is very close to Disneyland. However, it is a motel spent almost $600 for two rooms for one night the day of my check in I received a call telling me that they had had a glitch in their booking system and we’re going to put me in a sister hotel further away I said that was unacceptable and I was transferred to someone else who then said it was just a courtesy call to see if I would be willing to move that is not how the first phone call went, when we arrived I had to do a lengthy check-in, which took way too long. I had asked for connecting rooms and instead got rooms on the opposite side of the hotel. Their parking is $29 which is ridiculous and you are obligated to give your keys to the valet, the beds are lumpy their pillows are hard lumps and my room had a mini fridge that made very loud noises all day and all night. This is not what you expect from a hotel that supposedly has great reviews to top it off when I called to ask for one hour extension to my check out, I was told that was impossible and that if I stayed, I would be charged an entire night stay. In all honesty I don’t think I’ll ever be back to this hotel even though I frequently visit Disneyland, there are many other better options.

Stayed for 4 nights in February 2023. Had a great stay. Such a close walk to Disney. Stayed in the room with 2 queens and a bunk set. Loved having enough beds for everyone. Room seemed clean. Nice hot water in the shower. Used the mini fridge in The room. Room also has microwave and single cup coffee maker. (Not keurig brand) we didn't use that. The lobby has a coffee machine with creamer that we used each morning instead. Had a late arrival. Someone was there at the front desk. Check in and out was easy.
Only thing that I could add to the room is some kind of curtain or divider to block the light from the sink bathroom area to the rest of the room. The lights are so bright that if you are trying to quietly get around while everyone else is asleep you will just want to turn on the bathroom light (toilet/shower room) and leave the door cracked. But I really don't have any complaints. We were in the room usually just night and mornings. Sleeping and then getting ready.
Would recommend and stay here again!

Basic hotel that was great for our trip to Disney. It was just across the street and we could quickly get in line in the morning and be home quickly after a long day.

The hotel was clean when we arrived but no housekeeping during stay due to COVID . The front desk said that they could bring towels and toilet paper as needed and they did.

The air conditioner was a champ even though it was running 24/7. We couldn’t hear any other patrons for our weeklong stay until the last day when the room above us had very active children stomping around and yelling outside the room for hours.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights this past week. We booked through getawaytoday (no complaints to them). We were given a 2nd floor room and were laughed at when we requested 1st floor and then again when we asked about an elevator. This resulted in having to haul a stroller upstairs every night and when we went tot he park every morning. They were very unaccommodating when we requested (within 30 minutes) of check-in. We also discovered within that same 30 minutes the lights on the bunkbeds did not work and were told that was the situation on the majority of bunks in the hotel. That first night we discovered the filters on the air conditioners were filthy (they replaced those after we complained), the WI-FI/Internet was spotty if there. We were told everything from they'd reset the router to we were the only ones having that issues with it and to talk to the manager upon checking out time (like that was going to help then, I was leaving). I will sy that after multiple conversations with staff, we did succeed in getting a supervisor/manager. She was very apologetic about what we had gone through and attempted to help us with the internet issue. It worked perfect in the lobby area and outside of our room door but the minute the room was entered it stopped. there were no answers. Internet seems like a small issue, but I had 2 grandkids with me who were trying to do school work (they are in a charter school) and unable to do so. To summarize here, for me staying at the Del Sol was a terrible/horrible experience, which started at check in and ws never able to resolve. I cannot in the smallest way recommed this hotel to anyone!

This motel is at the best adequate. Our room was clean enough but extremely noisy and their "limited housekeeping" was actually no housekeeping. The worst thing was the parking--the parking lot is too small so that your car is boxed in and it's impossible to just run out to a local restaurant or store. You have to get the valet to move cars that are blocking your car to get out, and no one is available midnight to 6AM so you are essentially trapped. It's walking distance to Disneyland but so are many other places in the same price range.

After spending an average night here with a loud air conditioner, I spent $30 to leave my car in the parking lot while we were at Disneyland for the day. Investigating the warning light that came on as I left the parking lot, I realized my gas cap was missing.

I HAVE A LOCKING GAS CAP!! The only person that had the key was the valet....

After 3 phone calls asking for the manager, I finally reached someone who said they would review tape and have the manager would get back to me. Three weeks later, still no call back and another call got me the response that "someone should call you next week" and "we'll send you the phone number for the valet so you can talk to them"

Never again will I stay here. They just don't care.....

Hi! There was not an additional dresser. We have a group of 6, so I understand. We were able to just the use drawers, but you could use one suitcase on the case rack if needed. There is also a desk you can put things onto also. There was a single cup coffee machine, but coffee pod delivery was not consistent. There was a mini fridge as well.
