We traveled from New Zealand to stay somewhere close to all the attractions. the Sonesta fit the bill perfectly. The room was very comfortable, the braekfast great to fuel up for the day and the pool and hot tub were great. The only negative was that there was no kettle in the room and told they do not supply them. Made it a bit hard to make a cup of tea. Thank you Sonesta for a great 7 nights.

A really nice family-friendly hotel. The front desk staff were always friendly and happy to help. The two bedroom suite was very roomy, clean and a comfortable base for our time at Disney. Having a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and full sized fridge was handy. The laundry had three washers and dryers, and the gym looked good although we never used it. The location was good, a quick uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go although it’s right next to the freeway so expect some traffic noises but otherwise it was really quiet in our room. We didn’t use the breakfast or evening reception, but they looked nice enough. We’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a six night stay Oct 2022. We rented a car and were pleasantly surprised that they didn’t charge us the $25/night fee for parking! We were able to get parking each day/night no issues.
The rooms are older but they’ve done some upgrading to them, they were clean and nicely presented.
The bed and pillows were comfortable! They gave us one room cleaning during our stay, we requested when we wanted it. Otherwise just ask for towels when you need more.
The kitchen in the room is great, we ate out most of this trip, but the kitchen has a full fridge, hot plates, microwave, sink and dishwasher.
The breakfast is super basic and not great quality (scrambled eggs, sausages, hasbrowns, yogurt and canned fruit, oatmeal and toast/bagels, some cereals, juice and coffee which was pretty good!) I just had a bagel and cream cheese every morning with my coffee, can’t complain about that.
I was a bit nervous after reading some of the other reviews. I am glad we chose to stay here as we got a great deal and had lots of space in the 1 bedroom. For the price we paid it was worth it!

Unfortunately I wanted to enjoy my stay.. it is a nice property, but it is poorly run. First off I NEVER found one hand sanitizer that was filled. The elevator, the main floor, the bathroom.. not anywhere. The pool area had signs to wipe down and clean tables and chairs before you sit. There were NO cleaning supplies at all. The pool bathroom had feces everywhere, no soap.. a mess. When I called over at 2 pm to clean it, they were not cleaned until the night shift after 11 pm. There were no pool towels available. You would go inside to get a towel and they would send you outside and then repeat to get your towels inside again. Even after the pool bathrooms were cleaned, no one came out to wipe down tables or chairs. They were still disgusting the next day. It was really not Covid friendly. They had outdoor heaters.. all of them were out of gas. We actually went out to purchase our own gas (65$) for a heater so we could enjoy some social distancing outside after they said sorry we can't do anything about it.
The room was okay- it took me 1.5 hours to get a blanket for the pull out coach. Also a kitchen drawer broke and they never came to fix it after reported. We requested a broom for a broken bottle the lady dropped it, without a dustpan and ran for her life... even though we had a mask on. I never placed a sign on my door for it not to be cleaned and they never ever cleaned it or knocked on the door to ask if we would like the room to be cleaned.
The breakfast "grab and go" was decent, however, the front desk told us at check in that breakfast was 6-9 AM. It was not... it was 7:30-10:30.. so I was up and out of my room super early for no apparent reason. Overall I was not satisfied with the condition that the hotel was run. It could have been a great experience if only someone cared to run it like an actual business where people come for a break.

We stayed 2 nights here during our recent trip to Disneyland. Upon checking in we were greeted so nicely by Jimmy. Customer service was A+ Jimmy was very welcoming and gave detailed and thorough information regarding our stay. Once we arrived to our room it kinda went downhill from there, it was so noisy and sounded like we were at the races. We were facing the 5 freeway and it was 24/7 super loud cars racing by. I noticed another really loud humming noise coming from the bathroom. When I brought it to Jimmy's attention he knew what it was right away and had someone come up to remedy the situation. Apparently there is a huge fan that everyone that works there is aware of and runs continuously from the ground floor all the way to the roof and all the rooms ending in 15 get the brunt of the loud humming. My husband had the volume on the TV maxed out at 50 and we literally couldn't hear it with all the distractions. This does not help make for a restful and peaceful sleep. The shower is horrible, no water pressure at all, the toilet only flushed if you held the handle down and there was no Kleenex in the room. The shower had 3 containers mounted on the wall with body wash, shampoo and conditioner so they don't give you the small bottles. The body wash was completely empty and the shampoo pump didn't work. It was annoying moving the 1 soap they give you between the sink and the shower. Onto the kitchen, the coffee maker had gross build up in the water tank, I had to scrub it and run water thru before using it. Grabbed a bowl from the dishwasher and it had dried corn flakes on it. I was so disgusted with the kitchen at that point. Also, every time we entered or exited the property there was a customer in front on the sidewalk smoking marijuana and the smell was so unbearable. We definitely will not be staying here again.

Family and I stayed for six nights. I knew it was the wrong place for us at check-in. The front desk clerk told us “no partying, as we like to keep the environment comfortable for all guests.” I was visiting with my wife and two children.
A positive is that the hotel is close to Disney, and a walk away from near by restaurants. I love the kitchenette. Room was pretty clean upon entrance besides the sofa. The sofa is more likely a couple years old, and I’m positive that it’s never been cleaned, the smell confirmed my belief.
Negatives are that guests must request EVERYTHING, and I do mean EVERYTHING. Coffee pot in room had no lid. Had to request a lid. Need clean towels, soap, shampoo/ conditioner refills, toiletries, etc. Guests have to call the front desk to request.
It’s annoying that guests leave their trash in the parking lot. Actually it’s very annoying, however the same to-go food containers were in the same parking spots for the 3 days I looked.
Breakfast was fine, however the service was poor. It’s like standing in line for a Disney ride. The first night there were four workers assisting with orders. There was only one the remainder of the week. My wife tried ordering for two while I’m line. The worker pointed to the sign that all guests must be present when ordering, which makes sense. I come down and the same worker allowed a guest to place an order for SEVEN. Just be consistent.
Overall, I love the location, but the hotel is overpriced for what it has to offer. Six night stay plus guests pay $12 nightly for parking was not worth it. Hotel must have been doing well to receive such high ratings? I will not be returning.

I chose es suits because it got really great reviews for family stays and cleanliness. The staff at the hotel was great but overall very disappointed with the up keep throughout the day of this place. When we checked in the place was messy children’s greasy hand prints on everything that could be touched they still go by “COVID” guidelines but that’s bs because this place was gross! I got a suit on the 7th floor. Soon as you exit the elevators the whole floor smelled like weed! The floors had food or crumbs just everywhere!!This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel so I don’t know why this was just not taken seriously I even mentioned it to the front desk and they said all they could do was leave no smoking letters to the rooms but that was never done. I stayed for two nights. This went on our whole stay definitely not for children to be around. The two bedroom suit we got was nice but not very clean..the freeway was a little loud but not too bad. Our refrigerator was leaking so we had to get that fixed and the microwave was not cleaned at all and there was a bandaid stuck to the lamp in the living area? The pictures on the walls had fingerprints. They definitely need to clean this whole place better… There was bloody foot steps outside by the pool restroom that was dried up so clearly no one really cleanes anything here. There were dirty towels everywhere and no clean towels. I was just very disappointed because I expected better and I really loved the hotel in general but these things that happened are human errors that could and shouldn’t be an issue. I was compensated for some of my stay but still overall very dissatisfied and disappointed..

Booked a room for a family Disneyland vacation August 2022. At check in I was surprised when I was told there would be no cleaning service during our stay even if we ask. Their reason was 'for our safety and their staff safety.' In my opinion the owners have found a way to increase profit margin by minimizing the number of cleaning staff they hire yet continue to charge rates equivalent to a deluxe hotel. You can do better at a budget hotel or go to a deluxe for the same price and get cleaning service

I’ll start with the positives. The staff at the front upon check in were lovely.
Love having a suite.
Pool and hot tub were good.
Rooms were quiet.
Beds were pretty comfortable.
Close to Disney.
Now for the negatives.
This hotel is absolutely filthy. I should have expected it when we were told they would only lightly clean rooms with stays 7 days or less. I never saw cleaning staff except maybe once and I know they did not come into my room. The floors had disgusting hair balls everywhere. There were old fries and chips under our bedroom table. There were random water bottles shoved between the beds. The touch surfaces had brown finger prints. The bedding was stained. There were bags of garbage from what I’m assuming were cleaning staff left in hallways for days. Just weird and really gross. Why don’t you clean?
So, we had a kitchenette which was good except we didn’t have anything to wash or dry the dishes which is weird. No paper towel. One spoon. 2 forks. 2 bowls.
Fridge leaked.

We've just stayed a week at this hotel, and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay! A highlight of our trip was Salvador, at the front desk. He went out of his way to be friendly and helpful, engaging my kids and taking time to make us all feel welcome and valued. After our first interaction, my children said we need to come back here because "that guy is so nice!". Our last night, they even went down specifically to say goodbye to him!
Aside from that- our room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The location was extremely convenient for Disney- the ART bus stop is just outside the doors and runs right to and from the park. Breakfast is included, and was a great variety each day. We never started our day hungry! The pool is heated and clean, and all the other staff was also helpful, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
