Detailed Reviews
We were very comfortable staying at this resort. We were expecting two bathrooms with a two bedroom unit but made it work with one. The grounds are impeccably kept with a nine hole mini golf we used everyday. The property is aged but well maintained. We walked to a Disneyland the first day, it took us 22 minutes at a semi brisk pace. Next day, we walked to the toy story parking lot 10-12 minutes away and took their bus to Disneyland. Great at the end of an exhausting day.

If you stay here, you can walk to the Toy Story parking lot and slip in the gate toward the street and get in for free. It is only about 1 1/2 blocks from the timeshare. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I used a luggage cart. However, you need help to get the cart up front by the lobby to the pool area like we did. They need a ramp of some sort there. They also need more trash cans in the room like the master bedroom/ There was a little noise this time we stayed but overall a very comfortable trip!

Staff is excellent. Property is older but well maintained. Good location if going to Disneyland, within walking distance. I was at location over Halloween, employees had a small Halloween for kids in parking lot (very nice and unexpected).

Avoid Remodeled Unit 515 or the suite below.
If anything goes wrong with your room, expect less than nothing from the staff.
The day before checkout late morning/early afternoon my kitchen sink stopped draining. I was trying to get the dishes washed so I could then go to the grocery store and top up our food for the last day of stay with a kitchen and come back and cook.
I called the resort desk and they sent up and “engineer” he could not fix it from my room. They then went up on the roof and had someone in the room simultaneously for about 3 hours. The attempted clearing of the pipes has now backed up into my washroom sink (it's disgusting sludge that smells). I can no longer use the kitchen or washroom sinks. They determined they could not fix it. I’ve been stuck for 3 hours now. No one from the office comes to check on the situation or calls me. I have to follow up with them. Maintenance tells me they will talk to the office about getting me a new room. I hear nothing back so I call them and ask about the plumber situation vs a new room. They tell me they have to call me back to answer that. They don’t call me back so I walk to the front desk. They tell me the plumbers have just arrived and that they won’t switch me rooms unless the plumbers determine than can NOT clear it. No manager has come.
The plumbers come in and take over the kitchen (my small amount of food is in there) and washroom (my belongings are somewhat cleared out but still in there). They track tons of dirt in, it stinks like a sewer. I have the front door propped open, the balcony open and all the fans blowing. I’m sitting in this room unable to do anything as they work. No management. Finally a maintenance guy tells the front office again that I should be switched to a new room, so 5-6 hours later I get keys to move rooms. Not once did a manager come up to check on things or see the condition of the room I’m stuck in. I didn’t get to grocery shop to make lunch (I ate no lunch, I was stuck) it was too late to shop for dinner supplies and it was our last night at the hotel so shopping for breakfast food at this point was, well pointless. My day was ruined. I lost this day of my vacation. It cost us more money.
When checking out I asked if I could somehow be compensated for my terrible day and the response was "you gave nothing to us so we can give nothing back" as if my stay there was free or they do not value Timeshare Owners. The man at the computer was grinning as if it was funny.

Our experience was wonderful. They are fully remodeling the units and they are beautiful. Large pool area with 2 large hot tubs. There is also a clubhouse, ping-pong table outside, mini golf area. Getting to Disneyland- you can walk and it’s about a 25 minute walk. You can Uber but the prices are really high first thing in the morning and the evening. There is a free shuttle “Toy Story” around the corner but it’s about a 15 minute walk so you might as well just walk to Disneyland. Last is the “ART” bus. You need an app that the front desk with give you the link. Please know, that ART has 2 stops by Dolphins Cove; one around the corner by Dennys (4 minute walk) that stop is the #3 bus and right across the street the #4 bus. These two stops are on a Constant loop and provide service all day for all hours up to a half hour before the park opens and a half hour after the park closes. They run about every 20 to 30 minutes give or take. You can pay for a one day, today, three day or a five day pass. The five day pass was $25 a person. Please know as of March 2022 you still have to wear a mask on the bus
Hope this little bit of info helps you as so many things change over the years. I have stayed here multiple times and never had a bad experience. The grounds are beautiful and manicured. Hope you enjoy

We stay frequently at Wyndham properties. This one is an older facility that is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were not pushy with the timeshare meetings which we don’t go to anymore. It was very convenient to the Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) stop around the corner. We purchased a three day pass through the ART app and were very pleased with that service. It only takes about 10 mins to get to and from Disney via the ART bus.
My only critique is that the facility could be updated aesthetically. Though in good repair, some of the furnishings are outdated. The style of the resort is a stucco structure. Again, it is well maintained, but it felt like we were on the set of Three’s Company (if your old enough to get that TV show reference).
The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool and hot tub are great. There’s a ping-pong table by the pool and a 9 hole putt-putt that is lots of fun.
Overall we had a great experience here!

Resort was good. The dishwasher in our unit appeared to have mold. We did not use the dishwasher, and opted to hand wash all of our kitchen items. Would still use this resort in the future. Service and location was good.

We spent a week at Dolphin's Cove the week prior to Thanksgiving 2020. The property was well kept, clean, and everyone we interacted with at the property were very nice.
We enjoyed our stay. The units are large as this is a converted apartment/condo complex. They have a large pool, which was opened to a limited number of guests at a given time, because of COVID 19. The parking area is gated, and there are stores, restaurants, and fast food within easy walking distance.

Perfect for Disney! We had a wonderful time here. We had a beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite right by the pool. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want, and the suite was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub was awesome. Parking was great and it was easy to walk to the Disney parking lot (or even Disney). Very impressed!

Okay so we booked this place through our RCI/DISNEY Vacation Club. We have been on a number of vacations, so I might sound a little spoiled but I just feel that this place should not be included anything DISNEY. This vacation was a family reunion so we stayed for 6 whole days. Our room was done maybe 1 hr early which was great no doubt about that but that was the only thing good about this place oh yes one more thing is it was a gated area. Our room had a very bad odor to it that got on our clothes and our mask and the bathroom fan was so loud we only used it when very necessary. We were way in the back behind the building too with a bad view. I just expected more because if anyone knows about DVC we used our points we banked in a RCI account .

No shuttle, just the ART which is public transportation. You can buy by the ride or for a better deal, buy a few days at a time.
