We stayed at the Hyatt DC/Capitol for a race weekend. We loved it! Great rooms, close to the Metro and the staff was very friendly. They even had a nice surprise for the runners on race day! I would definitely stay there again.

Location felt safe, not far from Metro. Valet parking was fine. Bed was comfortable-pillows were weird. Clean room and bathroom. Very helpful staff. Healthy and delicious breakfast. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Just can’t say enough good about this hotel and this staff. They were overrun with a massive group of children who’d been delayed by the grounding of the Boeing plane and they were unfailingly gracious, polite and helpful. They engaged customers at check in and throughout my

First, the hotel is on a triangular block with one side facing an apartment/office building, and the other with a limited 'city view.' If my room is typical, I had a 10th floor king and it only had a shower...no bath. Hope this helps. I didn't like the location nor the energy of the place. Good breakfasts, though.
